“Oh no!” I yell at the top of my voice, and the clone wanes in the thin air, just like Maxwell and Robert. My instinct turns on immediately, and it explains that the fact that this fake Rose disappeared in the thin air, that’s to say it’s her clone, right? I continue listening to my mind as my palms are placed on my chest, slowing down the unannounced pace of heart race.
Maxwell and Robert have their clones as well, and they are the ones following you behind with Ben. Well, I ain’t shocked, I know this might be. But linking them together, Rose has a vampire trait in her infact she’s seventy percent of vampires and thirty of wolf, Robert is a full Vampire, a complete one as earlier affirmed by Rose but Maxwell? Oh No, I wouldn’t wanna believe he is, too.
I struggle to get up from the ground, and I do after three attempts, and continue wobbling around in the wilderness.
“Who can hear me, please?” I scream again but it only echoes. I do, again. I do, again. Gasps approach. Such gasps that escape one’s lungs due to being hotly chased. I hide behind a tree, and peep at the approaching object with such awful gasps. Then an hand crawls up my neck to my head, I look back immediately and shriek, holding my heads with my palms. My eyes bulge out and spit drools out as I see the object approaching from my side too. Sighting the fang sticking out of her tongue, I’m sure it’s Rose’s clone. I look at the other direction and now, it isn’t only one person, they are many. To count them, Rose’s clone is right at my back. Goosebumps creep into my skin and I shiver, not wanting to face back.
“What…” I stutter with reddened eyes. “What exactly do you want from me?”
No answer. I only hear whimpers and snarling of wolves from a far distance but you know, I can clearly hear that. That sound draws near each minute. One part of me wants it to come and save me and the other part wants to escape before it comes. The sound gets much nearer as Rose’s clone smirks and sends me to the ground with a loud thud. I look her in the face and spit on her again. As I spit, her fangs shoot out the more and becomes sharper. I reach out for a brick, and I rush it inside her mouth. It gets stucked inside, and the fangs retreat into her mouth again. She lands on the floor due to the weight of the brick, and gasps. She coughs out her lungs and the brick starts to slide down. I gasp at seeing this and now the first part of me gets me. The part that wants the voice to draw nearer and save me. The brick slides down completely and she sends disgusting looks to me and comes over to me again. Now, I can hear the snarls near and near. She sends me to the ground once more, and her fang shoots out.
“Now, I’m marking you.” She smirks and slaps my chin. Then her fangs twitch and needs an inch forward to get to my nape. Then, the sound comes. The snarling sound. Sounds. They are wolves. Three wolves. No, one wolf and two different species. They bang the clone away and she disappears in the thin air. Then one of the different species, oh a vampire, slowly shifts back and cuddles me.
“Who…. Are you?” I mutter and she swipes her hands into my hair, slowly shifting back into her human form. It’s a she.
“Mom?” My eyes bulge on sighting mum seated beside me and smiling.
“Yes, daughter.” She replies, and smiles again. The smiles turn to smirks as others approach.
“Mum?” I grin, and move back a bit.
“It’s mum! Don’t do that. Lol.” She smiles now, and we both hug each other affectionately. Loosening the tight hug, I see others. It is Jude and Greg.
“Oh, Alpha Jude?” I bow my head a bit.
“Yes, Alpha Jude.” He retorts, and touches his cheek.
“Greg?” I face him at once and he smiles.
“How are you, Sophia?” He waves his hands at me. I look around the arena and breathe in.
“Tell me you’re not lying. Tell me this is real, and not a vision or dream.”
“It is, dear.” Greg says.
“We are not complete, you know?” I tell them and they nod.
“Rose.” I clip.
“Not only Rose.” Greg retorts.
“Then who else?” I ask, and they shudder as my clone appears again in her vampire form, and that’s spark.
“What guts! You dare mark my mate?” Jude howls at the vampire and the vampire speaks up.
“Where is your mate?” She scoffs. “This is mine, and mine only.” Then Jude arouses anger in him and darts towards her. Going towards her fiecely, his vampire takes control and they both snarl as we move bcak and watch them.
“Roorrrrrooro..” that’s the sound I can collect from their snarls and growls. They move unevenly and soon get to our side. We move away a bit and Spark reaches out to me as she tries to grab my hair.
“Sophia, watch out!” I hear the warning as a yell from someone. I lower my head and before it can land on me, Jude’s already on top of it, giving it Punches and bites on its body. It tries its best but since it’s just a clone, it will continue getting defeated by real monsters.
“Thank you for saving me.” I gasp, and thank Greg and Isabella. But they do not give any response, they only nod hesitantly.
“You lost your memory?” I retort.
“No, we didn’t. We aren’t…” Mum faces Greg and he nods, the snarls blaring the surrounding. “… aren’t sure what you’re talking about.”
“Didn’t you tell me to watch out?”
“No.” Mum replies almost immediately and Jude nods, approving her response.
“That’s a blatant lie.” I retort, and spit at Spark. It snarls at me and opens its mouth wide but Jude closes it and punches it.
“No, it isn’t.”
“Then, who spoke?”
“I did.” The voice says in a tiring tone.
We all look back and see Rose.
“Rose!” I exclaim, and meet for a hug. She hugs me tight and as she sights her clone, it wanes in the thin air and Jude shifts back into his human form.
We all stare at each other and smile as we head out of the pack house and into the mainland. We’re going back home. Mum clutches me onto her back. Greg does that for Rose and Jude touches his forehead with his palms and grins.
The sound of a wolf that just shifted into his human wolf blares the whole atmosphere as we head straight home.
