“That’s good advice.”
Harvey nuzzled, clearly not believing him.
Logan Brown looked at his arrogant look without feeling like lifting a hand to pinch his cheek, “What do you want from showing such disdain to your dad all day?”
“It’s not because you’re too possessive of Mummy, Daddy!”
“Is it?”
“Of course!” Harvey clenched his teeth, “I wouldn’t have deliberately confronted you if I hadn’t.”
Logan Brown hooked his lips in a smile, “So?”
Harvey’s little face almost puffed up into a bun, “So you’ve been abducting Mummy for so long, where’s that little princess you promised me? I don’t suppose you’ve forgotten all about it.”
“How could I have forgotten.”
The man’s big hands picked him up easily and pressed him into his arms, “This kind of thing requires patience, you can’t rush it or you’ll scare the little one and she won’t come.”
Harvey gave him a contemptuous look, “Do you think I’m still a child?”
“……”
Harvey grabbed him by the arm and said word for word, “If daddy can’t do it, then you’re useless! I’ve given you so many chances and you still don’t appreciate them ……”
“Harvey Brown.”
Harvey looked over.
Only to see the man with a grim look on his face, “Do you know what is the last thing a man should be mentioned?”
“What …… what?”
“That would be questioning a man that he can’t!”
And apparently, right now Harvey was questioning his ability.
Harvey’s little face parted in arrogance, “But that’s true now, so if you have any opinions, you should just do it and show me!”
“Stop it.”
Logan Brown laughed helplessly.
He dropped his hand on the top of his head and said, as if making a promise, “Don’t worry, I won’t go back on my promise, besides I’m more excited about my little princess than you are.”
“Humph!”
The little one climbed out of his arms before patting him on the thigh and saying, “Well, I can see you’re tired, so you don’t have to stay with me, go and get some rest!”
Logan Brown answered and went back to his room.
To avoid the little one might disturb, so before that already in directly locked the door behind him.
Half an hour later, Harvey thought they had fallen asleep and tried to push the door open, but was stopped outside, his little face immediately darkened.
He couldn’t help but grit his teeth again and cursed, “That cunning old fox!”
So many thoughts in the mind!
But even with all the complaints in his heart, it was still to no avail in the end.
Harvey had no other option but to go back to the sofa and turn on the TV himself and watch it in boredom.
Elena Bush had almost recovered from her day’s rest, and just in time for Kent to give Blanche the day off, he took her straight to the mall.
Blanche and Kent are both meticulous people, but they are inevitably negligent when it comes to things like this, and they don’t have any of the kids’ stuff at home.
So Elena Bush couldn’t stand it and took Blanche straight to the mall to get her baby stuff.
Blanche stopped at the door of the mother and baby shop and was in a trance, then smiled sardonically and said, “It’s too early to buy, the baby is only a month old.”
“You have to buy some of these things, they just come to mind and they don’t take up much space in the house, so you don’t have to buy them all of a sudden later.”
Elena Bush’s point was not without merit, but Blanche was a little embarrassed.
The latter dragged her straight in without saying a word, and the shop was so full of children’s things that Blanche’s eyes were almost dazzled.
It was at this point that the motherly glow of the two of them came out in full force.
After a shopping spree they could barely hold it in their hands and finally had no choice but to have it delivered to their home.
Blanche took Elena Bush’s hand and found a place to rest, not having felt tired during the shopping spree, but now she found that her strength was not enough.
Elena Bush whispered slowly in her ear, “I know it’s the first time for both you and Kent, but a lot of the time you have to let him stay with you, even though he’s studying now, optics don’t help, you always have to practice.”
Blanche nodded her head with an open-minded look of acceptance.
The duo’s juice was soon on, only for a dark shadow to follow and loom over their heads.
Blanche looked up and a familiar figure immediately crashed into her field of vision immediately after.
“Miss Burne?”
Abbie tugged at her with a sneer, “Blanche, what did she mean by what she just said, you’re really with him aren’t you?”
Elena Bush looked a little confused at the sudden appearance and couldn’t help but frown at Blanche, “And this is?”
“A friend of Kent’s.” Blanche replied.
In the back of her mind, she couldn’t help but think that she was a friend, even though the two were basically out of touch now.
But in front of Abbie, she couldn’t say it was just a stranger.
Abbie was extremely unhappy with Blanche’s answer and glanced at Elena Bush, “Who are you?”
“Me?”
Elena Bush could tell right away that the woman in front of her was angry with Kent, and she couldn’t help but smile at the thought that although Kent was a bit low on the emotional side, it didn’t stop anyone from seeing him.
“It’s just me and Blanche here, who else would you ask if I didn’t?” Abbie rolled her eyes, as if she resented her.
Elena Bush smirked, “Hi, I’m a friend of Blanche’s.”
“Heh!”
Abbie smiled stiffly, “Since we’re friends, I need to talk to Blanche for a moment now, can you leave for a moment?”
It sounded like a request, but the gesture and tone didn’t sound like a request, it sounded like an order!
Elena Bush glanced at Blanche who nodded and released her hand saying, “Just wait for me a few tables ahead, we’ll be done soon.”
“Hmm.”
Elena Bush gave Abbie a somewhat uneasy look, “Call me immediately if there’s anything.”
After all, she was still pregnant and if they fought, she might not be able to ensure that she could protect her.
With that in mind, she found another seat and immediately sent a message to Logan Brown.
At that moment, Logan Brown, who was at the mahjong table, glanced at his phone and immediately snapped off his tile and got up, “I have something to do, you guys play first.”
Kent didn’t like it and tugged on his hand, “How are we going to settle this score if you’re going to run away?”
The latter lowered his eyes and swept him away, not moving to overturn all his mahjong.
He had already won ……
