Elena Bush had a difficult look on her face and didn’t know what she should say yes to, “I’m sorry, I really can’t do it and I don’t know what I should do to make it right.”

But Logan Brown was different. Logan Brown had been expecting Cornel Brown to look at him more than once.

Logan Brown didn’t ask any further questions, but simply pushed her into the bathroom to shower and rest.
Elena Bush wanted to ask her questions, but when she came out of the bathroom, he was already lying on the bed with he eyes closed, not sure if she was asleep or something else. ……
Elena Bush had no choice but to hold back all the words that were on her lips and crawled into bed in silence.
Before going to bed, she thought of sending a message to Kent to ask him about the situation, but she didn’t expect the man’s hand to be on her waist the next moment.
Elena Bush was surprised when she realised, “You’re not asleep?”
“Yeah.”
“Then ……”
“Shh!”
Logan Brown cut her off and swept her small body into his arms, “Don’t say anything, go to sleep until Grandpa’s test report comes back.”
Elena Bush hesitated for a moment, but finally retracted her words and nodded.
She snuggled into his arms, the familiar scent between her nostrils, and before long she was completely asleep ……
Logan Brown looked down and dropped a soft kiss on her forehead, his voice laced with endless doting.
“Good night.”
There were things he could guess without having to say them, he just didn’t want to see the difficult look on her face when she brought them up.
