“President Ford!” The assistant appeared just in time to intercept Edward Ford who was stepping in closer.
Edward Ford turned his head and glared at him, “Get the hell out of here!”
“But, President Ford ……”
“Get out!”
Edward Ford scolded angrily, not taking his words in at all, and the assistant’s whole body cowered in fear.
Elena Bush’s face crumpled in pain as a twinge of pain shot through her abdomen, Edward Ford didn’t notice the difference, his mind now falling on his assistant.
The assistant’s throat knot rolled up and down involuntarily as she was looked at, before slowly dropping her head and saying, “Yes, President Ford ……”
“Wait!” Elena Bush couldn’t control her voice, her forehead was already covered in a fine layer of sweat, her face was pale and bloodless.
The assistant immediately stood still and looked over, only to see her clutching her belly tightly, her lips parting and closing as if she was struggling to say a word.
“Call …… for a doctor!”
Elena Bush spat out three words with difficulty, and after she finished, her whole body had already collapsed into the sofa san breathing heavily, her whole body was sweating like she had just been fished out of the water.
Edward Ford couldn’t help but laugh out loud at her appearance, his big hand clasped her neck, “Elena, stop pretending, I know better than anyone what’s in your mind, you just want to make my heart ache, right?”

Elena Bush was in too much pain to speak, but Edward Ford felt that she was still acting, and his hand tightened silently around her neck.
“Edward Ford!”
The little woman’s teeth seemed to squeeze his name out in pain, “Haven’t you tortured enough people! Why do you have to torture me, I’m not Joanna Lake, I’m really not her, and I can’t replace her!”
Her words made Edward Ford keenly aware that something was wrong, his grip on her neck loosened a little, but his expression firmed up, “What do you mean? What do you know?”
“Me?”
Elena Bush tugged at the corners of her mouth and grinned, “I know a lot more than you think I do, remember Claudia Garcia? She’s the one I had sent out of the country, I know everything about the other house and she’s the one who told me all of this ……!”
“What?”
Edward Ford’s pupils shook and his whole body looked like it was stimulated, his already loose hand tightened again, and her face followed the blue and purple because of the lack of oxygen, she couldn’t even breathe over.
“President Ford!”
The assistant’s eyes widened and her heart hung in the air.
But Edward Ford, who had lost his mind, was not listening. All he could think of was that she knew, that she knew everything, that she could not live!
Elena Bush’s pained expression lifted into a smile the next second, a hard smile, and she said, “Edward Ford, kill me, I’m dead and I’m free ……”
She wouldn’t need to be caught in the middle of everyone anymore, because she was a scourge, and wherever she went, disaster would happen, and something would be lost because of her.
If this was meant to be her life, then she might as well die and Edward Ford, for the rest of his life, live with the pain of having killed her himself, with no relief in his life!

She expected her words to irritate him, but to her surprise Edward Ford stopped moving and took a few quick steps back.
Edward Ford looked down at his empty hands in confusion, “What have I done, what am I doing?”
He looked at the immobile Elena Bush on the sofa, only to see that her pale little face was now even whiter, as if transparent, and that she was a mess beneath her!
The assistant stumbled aside and said, “President Ford, Miss Elena is really out of sorts, her …… her water has broken ……”
The words were like an alarm bell ringing in Edward Ford’s heart, and brought him back to his senses with a jolt.
Elena Bush’s eyes were listless, as if she was staring out into the void ……
“Edward Ford ……”
Her lips parted and closed, “You killed me, and my baby! It was you!!!”
“I didn’t!” Edward Ford denied quickly, helpless eyes dropped to his assistant, “What do we do now? You tell me what to do now? Is she going to die?”
“President Ford ……”
The assistant was almost in tears, he had never been married or had children in his life, how could he possibly know this.
That look fell into Edward Ford’s eyes making him shake him off with a controlled curse, “Rubbish!”
The assistant fell to the floor, hitting his forehead on the floor and instantly making a bloody hole, but at this point he couldn’t care less about that and just faltered and reminded Edward Ford, “Call a doctor, call an ambulance, Miss Elena needs to go to the hospital, she needs to go to the hospital right away!”
“Yes ……”
Edward Ford then recalled the most important thing, “Doctor, a doctor needs to be called ……”
He murmured, and the next second he couldn’t control himself and yelled at him, “If you know that then why don’t you go, are you going to watch her die!”
“Huh?”
The assistant’s reaction was half a beat slower, before she stumbled to her feet and reached for her mobile phone to quickly dial the emergency number!
Edward Ford swooped in and hugged Elena Bush, whispering in her ear, “It’s okay, you’ll be fine, and I’m not going to let you die!”

They will remain in her memory for the rest of her life, buried along with her!
