As Marco watched Jane’s determined figure fade away, he fell into deep thought.
Shortly after she left Marco’s office, Haven found her.
“Jane!”
Haven approached Jane. Since the incident last time, Jane had been sick and they hadn’t communicated for a while.
Jane smiled and nodded, greeting her briefly, “How have you been lately?”
“Pretty good,” Haven scratched her head. Since her background was revealed, her personality had become more cheerful than before.
“Well, I have an idea.” Haven handed a file to Jane. “I’ve been thinking about organizing a concert recently, but you haven’t been in the office, and they said the project was too big for them to decide. They told me to wait until you come back.”
Haven explained straightforwardly, then looked a bit regretful, saying, “Mr. Pansy has been preventing me from contacting you, saying that work matters would disturb your recovery. So, I didn’t come to ask, and now it’s been delayed until now.”
Jane nodded as Haven spoke and took the file from her, examining it carefully.
