Brendon’s fingers fell on her neck, and he opened his palm to grasp it. He didn’t exert force, but Ranita felt as if she was being choked and couldn’t move.
Her body was pulled a little closer, and she was forced to tilt her chin up.
“Brendon… let go…”
Before she could finish speaking, her lips were pressed.
He kissed fiercely, his breath like a rolling tide that overwhelmed her. The violent emotions pressed down on her, as if to disassemble her bones and blood.
The surrounding air became hot and heavy with the kiss.
Ranita’s nails dug into his hand, exerting a lot of force, leaving several bloodstains.
Grievance and anger churned back and forth in her heart.
His tongue, carrying his breath, entwined with hers, and Ranita, with a cruel heart, bit his lip with her teeth.
Very fiercely.
The blood’s scent spread and stuck to her lips, making Ranita almost go crazy.
Was Brendon crazy?
Didn’t he feel the pain?
He swallowed the breath along with the smear of red, treating her as if she were his prey, tearing at her bit by bit.
Her body was forcefully pinned against the wall, her wrists were pulled so hard that they almost broke, and pain surged.
Ranita hated this Brendon!
But she couldn’t do anything, she could only be forcefully invaded. Ranita’s heart seemed to be wrapped in ice, becoming extremely cold.
Ranita stopped struggling, like a wooden person, staring at the man with her eyes.
Finally, Brendon loosened a bit.
“Ranita… I’m sorry… I didn’t mean to…” The man reached out in surprise and wanted to wipe away the blood from the corner of her mouth.
He felt extremely distressed.
“Don’t touch me!”
A roar of anger, Ranita bit him fiercely on the shoulder. Ranita seemed to be unaware of the pain, only biting fiercely…
The white shirt was stained with blood red.
Brendon was in pain, but he didn’t push her away. Instead, he held her tighter in his arms.
“Let go!” Ranita said in a low, angry voice, “Get out! I don’t want to see you!”
A voice full of anger and pain, “Go away!”
Brendon looked at him, unable to control his jealousy any longer, and approached him in a low voice. “Ranita, you said you loved me, was it a lie?”
Just because he was similar to someone else.
Every time she looked at him, every time she endured, every time she was attentive, it was all for someone else… Brendon felt suffocated just thinking about it.
“Ranita, the one you love is someone else, right?”
Ranita thought she had heard wrong.
What was he talking about?
Was her love for him so insignificant to him?
“Right… you’re right… you’ve always known, haven’t you? I love someone in my heart, I love him very much, and I will never forget him in my life.” Ranita spoke calmly, and even smiled slightly at the corner of her lips, “Brendon, is that satisfactory to you?”
Brendon looked down at her.
The coldness in his eyes became extremely piercing, like an arrow of ice piercing through her heart.
Brendon left.
He left directly without saying anything.
Ranita leaned against the wall, and although it was summer, she felt as if she had fallen into an ice cave, shivering all over.
She stood for an unknown amount of time, and finally, she couldn’t hold on and her body slid down, falling to the ground. It was so hard, tears and nasal fluid were surging in her eyes and nose.
Ranita had to look up to prevent the tears from falling out.
Just then, the phone rang.
The call was from the hospital, saying that someone was causing trouble at Olivia’s place again and asked her to go there to deal with it.
Ranita had to regain her composure and rush to the hospital.
