“Now that Ranita has come with the pick-up order, the items belong to her!” Shannon said softly, her voice full of resentment. “I won’t compete with you.”
Shannon changed her approach and tried to persuade Holly. “Holly, please don’t be impulsive! If Brendon gave the items to Ranita, he must have had his reasons. As his family, we should support his decision. If Brendon finds out about this, he might get angry!”
It must be said that Shannon’s words were well thought out.

Ranita picked up the phone. The screen was cracked, but it could still be used.
