Theresa Mo was dazed. His family is here? When did they arrive? Was Junxie Li aware that they were here when he said she should come downstairs for lunch?
No, he doesn’t know. She is sure of that. From what he said, she knows he’s not aware of their presence. She has to be brave and step out.
She heard her kids chuckling and happy. Without being told, she knows they are with Julia. He has always been their super uncle.
Li Guang was coaxing Junxie to let it pass and call Theresa so everything can be sorted out when they saw her coming downstairs.
She looked like a schoolgirl in her ponytail. She is beautiful and sweet. “Uncle, Aunt, you are here?” She asked, wearing a smiling face.
Junxie Li heard her voice and the stares of others. If he knew she was coming over so soon, he would have texted her and asked her to remain in the bedroom.
The three boys playing, three boys because Julia has brought himself to the level of the kids and played with them like mates.
They paused and looked at Theresa. She wasn’t crying anymore but looked sober and calm. They subconsciously glanced at Luciana and saw her bow her head.
They smiled at her and the kids waved their hands at their mother. Their mummy told them that when someone hurts you, you should let it go and not allow it to affect your health.
Looks like their mummy had forgiven the bad aunt. Theresa Mo now stepped off the stairs and walked towards the people present.
” Theresa dear”, ” my dear” both Carol Li and her husband Cheng Li answered Theresa at the same time. The former walked over and hugged her.
” How are you feeling now dear?” Carol Li asked. She cupped her face in her palm and stared at her with a smile.
” I am fine Aunt” Theresa replied and glanced over Carol’s shoulders to Look at Luciana ” How are you too Aunt Luciana?” She asked, smiling like she was not hurt by the woman a while ago.
Everyone was surprised. Theresa talked so sweetly to Luciana? She definitely has a heart of gold. She doesn’t hold any grudge against her aunt?
Hearing that Theresa talked to her, Luciana walked over to her ” I haven’t been fine dear, since I said those hard words at you” she replied.
” Common aunt, it’s in the past now. Let’s not bring that topic up again” Theresa chimed. She was only trying to let it go herself. Luciana’s words still rung in her head.
“I’m sorry” Luciana apologised. Theresa Mo looked in her eyes, there was fear rather than remorse. Luciana’s apologies came from a frightened heart not a remorseful one.
She smiled all the same and nodded. She said everything was fine already. Carol Li also apologised and said she shouldn’t put it to heart.
Junxie Li just listened. He didn’t even glance at Theresa. He would do what’s in his mind but would pretend.
” Thank you Theresa” Paula appreciated. She also hugged Theresa and the latter smiled at her.
Li Guang Promised Theresa Mo that nothing of this sort would ever happen again. Everyone said a few words to Theresa and she became cheerful again.
” Where’s Rita?” Theresa asked Julia and he said she’s fine. She needed to rest because of the Pregnancy.
Theresa sneered in her heart. Julia is not telling the truth. He probably didn’t inform her or didn’t want her to come.
Junxie glanced at Theresa now, and saw her look different in her ponytail. It was like the first time he saw her in his office.
He crossed his hand around her waist and said they were having lunch. Carol Li said, they all are going to have lunch together.
The servants brought the various dishes that Carol brought along from Li’s residence and set it on the dining table.
That afternoon, Lu Jingli went to see his lawyer. He had kept an appointment with him.
Lu Jingli explained everything that ensued between himself and Theresa Mo.
She was aware that he was going to divorce Tiana Mo and be with her. But having successfully let Tiana go, she refused to get reconciled with him.
He wants her back. She claims to be dating the father of her kids. She lied. Because she doesn’t know who the father of her kids is.
She doesn’t want to become his. He wants her by hook or by crook. She must be his woman. Only he can possess her.
As Lu Jingli kept stressing his points to his lawyer, he imagined Theresa’s beautiful face and body. She is cute and attractive.

His lawyer stared at him before asking “How Many knew you were once married and then divorce?”

“That implies, that invariably, only these set of people know you are divorced with her?” He asked again.
Lu Jingli said yes. The lawyer smiled. He was heading someone and looked like he would succeed this time like before.
“Does she have your wedding certificate with her?” The lawyer asked. Last that he remembers, she was not to return to the house to pick a needle of all her belongings.
That way, she would not be able to leave with her wedding certificate. If she doesn’t have it, they would manipulate and restructure their parting as ‘separation for a while’.
” No. It’s in the mansion with me” Lu Jingli responded. He seemed to guess where his lawyer was heading as a faint smile crossed his lips.
