I hurried down to the sitting room and for real, Dorian was standing there waiting for me, seeing him made me so happy, at first, I had disbelief the guard, this was the last thing I expected but I guess Dorian had heard what was going on and decided to rescue his father from me.
“Dorian, you are back finally?” I smirked and he nodded with a yelp looking around the whole building,
“Where is my father?” He asked still looking around,
“Your father??…oh you mean the Alpha?…he is in the dungeon;” I replied with a short laugh, his brow furrowed,
“Do you get my word?… I asked about the Alpha and not Elena, and what are these demons doing here?” He asked innocently making me doubt if he knew all that had happened.
“Where had you been?…you ran away from the battle then why come back?” I asked and he scoffed waking over to the couch to sit down.
“Don’t dare to sit there, no need of resting or feeling at him because you are dying tomorrow!” I stated bluntly making him turn sharply at me.
“What did you say?” He asked with a raised brow.
“You heard me right, I am so happy you returned, it is a brave act, dying with your family never other than running away into bidding is heroic” I laughed walking closer to him.
“Elf, what are you saying?…what the hell is going on?…was Elena right when she said you are a demon? All these demons around the Royal House, are they your colleagues?… Elf!” He called out in shock making me laugh.
“I got no time to explain a single shit, I’m a demon, a head Demon, very powerful than anything you can think of, don’t think of fighting me because I’ll end up breaking all your bones, I’m here to avenge what Lillian did to me…” I paused and grab his collar while he tried releasing himself.
With full force, I pushed him to the wall hardly that his head bled at the slam,
“I owe no one a single explanation, listen, I am not your mother neither I’m I Darren’s mate, I came here for one thing and that is to wipe you all, I’m a winner already, you just showed up and would be dying with them, so get ready!” I croaked.
“When did you turn to a demon because the woman I knew can’t hurt a fly” he breathed getting me pissed up,
“Beat him up!” I commanded the demons around,
“After that, tie him up and keep him right beside his father, they should both see how useless they are, like father like son,” I said laughing more hardly walking away to my room, I should get enough rest for tomorrow, a day when I’ll wipe out one of the greatest pack.
It would surely be adventurous.

Darren’s POV.
I was about shutting my eyes to sleep when the door opened only for me to look up and see my only son who I hoped on being dragged in after being thoroughly beaten,
It was like my heart was shattered with a heavy metallic object, I felt exhausted, it was over for real, it was surely going to happen,
After so many years, for real. The Silver Moon Pack is ending shamefully…
Hot tears covered my eyes making my vision blurred, he was tied just the same way as me, how did they find him?
Just then, he looked up at me and I heard his weak voice in me as he mind-linked.
“Dad, there is the hope of survivor” he mumbled making me arch my brow, his words were more like a taunting one, it was clear all hope is gone, this is night already and she would begin the killing tomorrow, no neighbouring Pack joins the fight with any pack fighting with the demons…
“Stop giving me silly hopes, how did they find you?” I mind link back to him feeling very weak at it since I got no or fewer powers.
“I gave myself to them,” he said and my eyes widened.
“What the hell!!!” I huffed but seeing him smile made me calm down as I wonder what was his plan.
“Tell me why you did it because I don’t know my son as being foolish, there must be a reason” I breathed deeply.
“I’ll go into a fight with Elf tomorrow, one on one, if I win her, she will proceed in killing the whole pack and me too, if I win, then she won’t kill anyone but go back to the demon clan with her legions of demons,” he said and I sneered at him.
I had to check if he was in his right senses, maybe he was drugged.
“Are you drugged or partly insane?…how on Earth is this a good plan?… Elf will kill you and your wolf in one second, it would be more shameful, didn’t you think of something else, this is a foolish act!” I growled.
“That’s why I choose it, she would then accept, then Elena would get the chance to be released, her mind would be away from her giving the dragon woman the chance to open that door” he muttered leaving me confused.
“Dragon woman?…who is the Dragon woman?” I asked but he shrugged and grunt.
“I need to sleep and bear these pains for tomorrow, I don’t know if I’ll survive before she would be able to save Elena and Jason, but then, I’ll gladly die if that would be the only way Elena and Jason would be free and fight Elf for us.” He exhaled dozing off…
I shut my eyes and grit my teeth, I’m confused about who the dragon woman is and her ability to open the door but I only pray for it to work out, if only Elena can come out with her lover Jason, Elf would be destroyed.

King Bane’s POV.
I lay on my bed facing the ceiling tracing every single line there with my eyes as I drown in deep thought, I kept thinking of what Lillian feels about me,
Like, all those while we shared those sweet and romantic moments, she didn’t love me or what?
Why on Earth would she not want me to know where she is this much that she took the maiden away, the very fact that she is alive was ripping my heart off, I had once thought she was dead and now knowing she is alive and doesn’t want to see me is something that made me feel like crying…
Just then, a knock was heard on the door.
“Come in!” I sighed without caring to see who was at the door.
“Another message from the Silver Moon Pack, they cancelled the invitation,” my messenger said and handed the letter to me.
I opened it and frowned at what I saw there,
It just said Darren was joking and that is something I don’t believe, something is wrong, I would have waved it off without much care if it isn’t related to my Hybrid power,
Do you know what it means that someone got the same Hybrid powers as me? I badly need to check on him, who knows he might be related to my Lillian and the child I got.
“I will be going there but it won’t be tomorrow, the next day after tomorrow, we would go to the Silver Moon Pack in disguise, I need to find out who that guy is by myself since Darren wants to keep it secret” I gruffed and he bowed.
“But, you don’t have to stress yourself, I can go and spy there, I can arrange other dragon men to do it, we would give you whatever information we got” He suggested and I breathed.
“Don’t mind, I need to leave here and find out so many things, who knows I might find Lillian” I sighed covering the duvet over my face, I heard his footsteps as he walked away, once again the room became gloomy and lonely.
I can recall that night, right on this bed, Lillian lay with me…

Jake’s POV.
I stepped out of my room and head out of the mansion, I’m going to the Silver Moon Pack this night, I can’t leave a stone unturned, I can’t let all my desires get flopped,
After finding out Bane has a child and also the news from the Silver Moon Pack about someone who got the same Hybrid powers, I got no rest.
Tomorrow, Bane would visit that pack, I need to reach there first and find out who that guy is, who knows he might be Bane’s son, if ever I notice any resemblance between him and Bane or Lillian, I won’t let him live.
With high speed, I flashed out to the outside world of the werewolves. why the hell would King Bane get a child after losing all hope, he was cursed to have no child, I can’t believe Lillian broke the curse and got a child for him meaning I won’t be the next heir.

I finally got out and traced the Pack, it was a long journey but I was never relenting, I got there at last but was shocked at what I saw, the pack was almost ruined with demon scent all over the place, the atmosphere was full of dark magic,
It was so hard for me to understand how the Silver Moon Pack turned to Demons den, my eyes roamed around as I walked closer and closer trying to get a clearer view of the inside.
Just then, a strong force gripped me, I tried releasing myself but could go further as the strange scent filled my nostril and I fainted…

My eyes opened and everywhere was quite blurry but I could notice a face staring at me, I fluttered my eyes and took a deep breath before opening again,
“What!!!” I gasped in shock at who I saw in front of me,
Elf??
“Elf!!!.” I called out stunningly and she arched her brow.
“Your face is familiar and I had been wondering where I knew you, what relationship have we had!” She asked.
“I’m Jake, the Beta to King Bane” I introduced myself making her yelp with a widened eyes.
“Yes!… I remember!” She snapped her finger squinting at me.
“Why were you lurking around the Pack late at night and the force dragged you in, did king Bane send you for a mission!” She asked scrutinizing me from head to toe but I was just so confused.
“Is this the Silver Moon Pack?” I asked still looking around as I can’t see the Alpha or his family members, around me, were demons instead of Werewolves.
“Reply to my question first!” She huffed sitting on the chair beside me.
“Elf, are you now a demon?” I asked peering at her.
“How is King Bane?… tell me about my lover, that’s all my ears are itching to hear” she breathed.
“How did you turned to a De…”
“Shut up and tell me how Bane is faring!!” She cut me up with a hot slap which made my lips quiver.
My eyes widened in shock,
“I’m sorry, tell me what I want to hear and I’ll reply to yours too” she hissed still waiting for my reply.
I looked around and felt her scent oozing out, she has just the same with the Demon king making fear grip me.
“I’m here to find out who the person with Bane’s power is” I muttered.
“Why?” She asked.
“A maiden and good friend to Lillian made it known that King Bane has a child so I want to find out if he is Bane’s son” I disclosed.
“Why didn’t you want to meet him?…so you will take him thinking Bane right?” She howled.
“Never!… I’m here to kill him if he is Bane’s son…I don’t want him to have a son which would kill my chance of being the next Dragon King” I huffed.
“Is that why you disturbed my sleep?…the man isn’t Bane’s son, his child is Elena, can you kill her for me?” She asked and I arched my brows
“Yes, I can!” I squealed feeling elated.
Elf’s POV
“Is King Bane still thinking about Lillian?” I asked with a deep frown.
“Yes, so deep, he is obsessed and doesn’t think of any other thing than her especially now he learnt she got a child for him, no one knows if she is dead or not, is she dead?” He asked.
I smiled and took out a ring from my pocket, I put it right into my left pinky finger…
“What!!!” He exclaimed as he saw my face change into that of Lillian.
“You look exactly like Lillian!!!!” He shouted in shock.
I pulled it off and got my real face,
“Go back and tell king Bane that Lillian is fully alive and would meet him someday…after I destroy this pack, the Demon King would request my hand in marriage, then I’ll send you a message, what you have to do is tell King Bane that Lillian was held captive in the Demon clan.” I relayed while he stared dumbly.
“Did you get me?” I asked loudly and he nodded slowly.
“You want to use the magic to change your face and have King Bane which you desired?…so it was true, the rumour of a Demon who fought with Lillian is true, you are the demon?” He asked and I scoffed.
“That isn’t what you should be saying man?…you are going to work for me to get king Bane to myself, stop talking about the past, Lillian is a forgotten soul!” I seethed.
“I’ll do as you say, just let me kill Elena tomorrow” he sighed and I nodded with a huge smile.
“Oh yes, it’s only the dragon power that can kill her, I’ll let you destroy her soul tomorrow, the same day I’ll ruin this pack, then you will tell the Alpha you saw Lillian in the demon clan held as a slave, I’ll have my new face of Lillian, I want him to defeat the son clan for me!” I smirked.
“But the demon clan helped you get all these powers, why biting the finger that fed you?” He asked and I scoffed at his silly words.
“Don’t dare to disobey or go against all I said to you, I won’t hesitate to kill you!”I threatened and he chuckled.
“How can you kill me that easily?” He asked with a smug look.
“My scorpion is inside you, I can’t control it with my eyes, it would sting you to death if you ever play any trick,” I said and moved my eyes ball,
He screamed and I laughed,
“What was that sharp pain?” He asked with a deep breath.
“My pet in you, be aware…you can go back before king Bane starts looking for you,” I said and waved my palm over the air causing a great force to pull him away.
I walked back to my room feeling on top of the world, everything is just going perfectly, I’m undefeatable!
