He looked around himself, getting enraged. The sight of the wolves before him, disgusts and brought nothing else to him, but anger. How dare they to attack him! How dare they to mess with him.
Counting them with his eyes, he realized the wolves were not less than ten, so it wouldn’t be much for him, dealing with them. Even thousands of wolves doesn’t freak him, so how much of just ten?
Tilting his head sideways, as it made a cracking sound, he glared at them menacingly. He suddenly roared loudly, as his body started swelling up, tearing his clothes in pieces, his fingers suddenly growing into long claws, his legs slowly popping out, with furs on them, as the fabric on them, tore into pieces, his hands kept swelling up, and soon, he was in his wolf form, howling at them menacingly, while they took steps back, but not ready to back off.
He howled again, before charging at one of them, as he flew high in the air, and landed behind one of them, before turning slowly to face them, with a dangerous look on his face.
Diving high in the air, he landed one of them, and in one swift, he devoured it with his claws and fangs. He raised his head warningly to the remaining ones, who were standing back, howling, like they were scared….
Alpha Khalid POV
Still in my wolf form, I howled angrily and warningly at them, as I stood boldly, ready for another fight. I watched as they kept howling fearfully, giving me a warning look.
One of them charged at me, but I was quick to dodge him, as I somersaulted in the air, and landed on my four feet, not without releasing a loud and angry growl. I’m trying to be calmed with them, I’m trying not to be the beast here, but seem like they’re never going to stop, pushing me to the wall.
Charging at them, in one swift turn, I bite one of them on the neck, making sure not to stop, until I suck all its blood, and after I was done, I left him to fall lifeless on the ground, as others howled, glaring at me.
In less than twenty minutes, seven of them were already laying lifeless on the ground, and the remaining three didn’t look like they are going to back off, as they kept howling menacingly. Gosh! I’m already weak.
Shifting back into my human form, I fell on my knees, as I felt the pains hitting at me again. Oh no! Not now.
I clutched my chest tightly, squeezing my face in pains, with my eyes tightly shut, as I fought back the urge to scream. Oh no! I felt my heart tightened in pains, as it came thumping heavily against my chest, making the pains worse. At the moment, I wasn’t concerned about the wolves, the pains I’m going through, is worse than being killed. What the heck have I done to deserve this from moon goddess? Why is she punishing me in this manner? What wrong have I done her? This is the worst torture ever.
I groaned painfully, gritting my teeth, as I managed to stand on my feet, but it only lasted for seconds, as the pains forced me on my knees again, and this time, I screamed out, I just couldn’t hold it anymore, I don’t think I’ll be able to leave here alive, not when this pains is affecting me, and I have my enemies around me. Droplets of blood escaped my eyes, as I clenched my fist, digging my claws into my own palms, and in the next seconds, blood came dropping from my fisted hands.
The howl from the wolves, made me realize that they were still surrounding me, and raising my blurry gaze to look at them, I saw nothing on their faces, but mockery. They must be happy that they’re going to be able to kill me now, after so many years.
The three of them charged at me, as they came galloping towards me, while I remained on my knees weakly, waiting to finally be devoured, but they suddenly stopped on their tracks abruptly, and shifted back, with a fearful look on their faces, while they howled.
I stared at them confusingly, wondering what made them stopped, when I heard growl behind me, and tilting my head weakly to check where the sound was coming from, I was welcomed with the sight of a black shiny wolf, glaring at the wolves warningly, while giving a menacing howl.
“Moon?” I called almost in a whisper, as my mouth dropped opened in shock and awe…
Moon POV
I cuddled myself on the bed, crying my eyes out. I know that’s who he is, but it still hurts, having him scold me, hurts like damn!
His words flashed in my head again, how he asked me to leave, the deadly look on his face, like he was gonna kill me, if I acted stubborn, just the thought of it all, breaks my heart into pieces. Why the heck can’t he control his demon? Why’s he always letting his demon control him? That’s annoying.
The sound of the growl from a very far distance, jolted me out of my trance, and raising my head, I shut everything off, and stay focused on the growl, trying to know where it was coming from.
You wouldn’t be surprised, right? Well, we werewolves can hear things from miles away, so it shouldn’t be a big deal.
As much as I want to ignore the growl, I felt something, drawing me to it, and the more I tried getting my mind off it, the more I felt drawn to it.
“Urgh!” I groaned angrily, as I stood up from the bed, before heading to the balcony, and once I got there, I sighed softly, before climbing the rail, after which I jumped down the very high building, and shifted into my wolf form in the air, as I landed on the ground, on my four feet.
Letting out a threatening howl, I started off into the woods, and soon, I was galloping farther inside the woods, like something was chasing me.
After running for what seemed like forever, I almost froze on my spot, as I was welcomed with the alpha, on his knees, looking all weak. Oh no!…
