Alpha Khalid POV
Standing on the podium, and looking down at my warriors, who looked energetic, and all ready for war. Yes, it’s time to attack Ivan and his people, and I know that usual, victory will be mine. I’ll make sure I bring Ivan here alive.
Tilting my head to my right hand side, stood four Alphas, from different packs, and on my left hand side, were three Alphas, including Alpha Jack.
“It is time to go. As always, make sure to be your brother’s keeper, watch your backs, and don’t let your guard down. I want the Luna’s head, and Alpha Ivan, I need him alive, no matter what happens. Failure to bring him here alive, just know the fate, that awaits you.” I said in my demonic voice, as I stared down at them.
“Yes! Your highness.” They all chorused.
After giving them orders, I wore my helmet over my head, before taking out my sword from the scabbard, and raised it up in the air.
“Victory is ours!” I thundered, as I raised it in the air.
“Victory is ours!” They all chorused, as they swiftly removed their swords from the scabbards, and raised it in the air.
We matched to where the horses were waiting for us, before mounting on it, after which we started off to the journey of destruction. We were about one thousand, five hundred in numbers approximately. After I found out that Ivan has about a thousand armies, I decided to add half of them to armies, not because they’ll surpass us, but because I didn’t want them wasting my time.
After riding through the woods for what seemed like forever, we finally got to the boundary of midnight pack, which was heavily guarded. I signaled them to stop, after which I ordered them to split themselves, and have all corners of the pack, surrounded, especially the palace, knowing well that Ivan will try to escape, once he finds out that I’m here. I’ll lose my mind, if I don’t kill that bastard with my hands, I’ll never forgive myself, if I don’t rip his heart off his chest, with my claws, I’ll forever live in grieve, if I don’t see him cry for mercy, and beg to be killed.
Once we’re in front of the big iron gate, a smirk crept on my face, as I imagined his death, I just couldn’t wait to see those pitiful look on his face, I can’t wait to hear his cries in all corners of the pack.
“Attack!” I raised my sword, as I yelled on top of my voice, and they all charged to the gate. In less than five seconds, they broke the gate down, as we made our ways in, killing every soul we found on the way.
Once we got into the very large compound of the castle, I jumped down from the horse, and started running my way to the entrance door, slaying some of the armies on my way.
We got to the big door, and with just one kick, the door fell down, as we were welcomed with thousands of armies, standing all ready for war. I stopped on my track, as I glanced through all of them, and turns out that they are three times more than us. Shit! What’s going on here?
“Now you’re finally here.” A voice came from behind us, and turning swiftly to see where it was coming from, I was welcomed with the sight of the bastard, who I’ve been looking for, Alpha Ivan. He grinned wickedly, and walked passed us to stand with his armies, while facing us.
“Ivan!” I growled angrily, as I glared at him, my blood boiling in anger. I felt my demon, struggling to take control, and destroy everything, but I tried as much as to restrain him. If I let him take over me, he’ll kill Ivan on the spot, and I don’t want that, I really want to make him feel so much pains, I really want to see that painful look, that’ll be on his face, I really wanna sit back, and enjoy his tears, while he beg me to kill him, for this, I have decided to add another punishment to it for him, I want to tie him to my horse, and make sure that he ride on the bare ground, till we get to my pack.
“Let me guess… you’re surprised, yeah? Well, sorry to disappoint you kid, but I’m always a step ahead of you…, I am not a big fool like you.” He smirked, while bringing out his sword from the scabbard.
My demon cringed in anger, as he struggled inside of me. How dare he insult me! How dare he talk to ne in that manner? Has he forgotten who I am? Has he forgotten that I’m a beast?
“You!” Alpha Roxanne of blue moon pack growled, as he stretched his sword to him menacingly.
“Oh please shut up Roxanne…., you and I know that you’re just his puppy, you all worships him like he’s moon goddess, you all think that without him, you’re nothing, and guess what, he isn’t failing to use you all.” He smirked.
“Don’t you dare Ivan!” Jack growled, as he brought out his sword from the scabbard.
“Jack…, you and I know that I’m saying the truth… he’s just…”
“We’d rather let him use us, than serve a toothless tiger…, a weak Alpha, who can’t even protect his people!” Astrid chipped in, glaring hard at him.
He glared back at Astrid, anger written all over his face.
“Why don’t we get this done with Khalid? Enough of this talk, and let the swords do the talking.” He smirked, as he kept swinging his sword in the air, before holding it firmly, ready to fight.
“I promise you Ivan…, I’ll make you beg me to kill you, I’ll make sure I feed you your own blood to quench your thirst, I’ll make you eat your own flesh, to satisfy your hunger, and I won’t miss seeing you in pains, for anything in the whole world. You see that thing in between your legs? I’ll make sure I set it on fire, and when I’m done with you, I’ll watch vultures, feed on your remains. Know that no matter what happens today, I assure you that we both are leaving here alive, while you go face your fate in my pack. Death, is your fate, Ivan. Attack!” I yelled…
