Chapter Twenty Three
She’s Something Else
Jack POV
Staying in the pack, qnd ruling those people is really boring. No friends, just me alone, and my thoughts. Sometimes I feel like this title is a curse and burden on me, nobody wanna relate with me, because they’re scared of me. No matter how much I try not to appear scary, it seems luck is never on my side. I’ve tried making friends with some of the people in my pack, but they always run away, of course nobody would wanna be called Alpha’s friend. The only friend I have is Alpha Khalid, but he’s an asshole, always frowning his face, and scaring people away, but I’m not that scared of him though.
Today’s my first day of being to school, so I have to look my best. Swinging down my legs from the bed, I got on my feet, and stripped out of my clothes, before making my way to the bathroom. Stepping into the breathtaking bathroom, which is almost as large as my bedroom, I got into the jacuzzi, which was already filled with a warm water. I closed my eyes, as I let the warm water caress my flawless skin soothingly, giving me the best feelings ever, and it felt so good.
My name is Alpha Jack, the alpha of moon stone pack. My pack is the third biggest in the whole of Europe, and also successful, with wealth and connections across the country. I’m a nice and charming guy, but can be very dangerous, I love making friends, but humans sucks me, I hate them like crazy, they’re too weak for my liking. Did I forgot to tell you? I’m kinda flirty. At the age of twenty five, I still haven’t found my mate, but trust me, I don’t care, coz I don’t give a shit about it. Since no one is here to keep me company, I decided to start school, not to study, but to hang out with students and get rid of this boredom, I know they can all be humans, but do I have a choice?
After almost an hour of being in the jacuzzi, I finally stepped out of the already cold water, and tied my towel round my waist, before walking back into my room. Since it’s still very early, I took my time to get dressed, and once I was done, I picked my backpack, and looked at myself in the mirror one more time, before walking out of my room, and as I walked through the hallway, the guards and the maid didn’t stopped bowing.
Stepping into the dinning room, where series of foods were already served on the table, I walked over to the table, and sat down, as the maids served me, and soon, I began eating slowly and classically, taking my time.
After having breakfast, I finally left in one of my fleet of cars, and in split seconds, I was already on the road, driving my way to my new school. I know alot of people will sure kick against this, especially when my only sister, who’s married to an Alpha in another pack, hears of this. Not that I care though, this is my life, and I know best what I want, and how I wanna live it. Besides, she didn’t do anything about it, when I’m complaining of boredom.
After driving for what seemed like forever, I finally drove into the compound of the magnificent building, and I must confess that it’s really worth it. It appered more beautiful than the picture I saw on magazine, and I must say, I’m impressed already, and I know I’m gonna have a handful of fun here, coupled with bitches, I’m gonna make sure I turn this school to something else.
Parking my car neatly at the parking lot, I stepped out, and looked around, studying the environ, before I finally made my way to the entrance door, before walking through the hallway, till I got to the admin’s office, and placed a soft knock on it.
“Come in.” Came the musculine voice.
I pushed the door opened, and walked in, as I was welcomed with a man, in his mid sixties, sitting behind the desk, with a speck across his face, as he had all his attention on a file, which he was holding. He smelt so like human, I didn’t need anyone to explain to me, what he is, coz the handwriting was bold.
“Hi!” I said simply, maintaining a straight face.
Raising his gaze to look at me, he adjusted his speck, giving me a look I don’t understand. What the heck! This man is playing with fire, and he doesn’t know it.
“You must be Jack, right?” He asked, as he dropped the file, and intertwined his fingers, as he turned his attention to me, with a questioning look on his face.
“Yeah.” I replied simply.
“Alright, your admission is all ready, you just have to sign the admission letter, and you’re done with everything.” He said, bringing out a paper from his cabinet, before dropping it on the desk, along with a pen.
Glaring at him one more time, I picked the pen, and signed the paper, before dropping the pen.
“You’re welcomed to our school Jack, here’s the map to your class, enjoy the rest of your stay here.” He said, handing me a map.
Taking the map from him, I nodded, before walking towards the door. Letting out a small sigh, I held the door knob and twisted it, before opening it, but stopped in my track, as I was welcomed with the least expected person, standing with her hand hanging in the air, seems she wanted to knock the door before I opened it.
“Moon?” I called confusingly, trying to make sure my eyes weren’t deceiving me. What the heck is she doing here?
“What are you doing here Alpha…” I quickly covered her mouth, and dragged her out, before closing the door behind me.
I slammed her against the wall, and leaned in on her, my hand still covering her mouth, with the other one, beside her head on the wall, trapping her, as we both stared into each other’s eyes…
