After a long morning talking to Emiliano sia decided to have a ladies’ day out with rhea, she would have called it a happy outing, but that wasn’t the case because the person who called her to an ice cream shop was busy stuffing herself with more ice cream while sobbing like a baby
“I didn’t know where I went wrong… sobs… he should have… asked me if I… wanted… sobs”Rhea cried as she ate more ice cream, sia was lost because for one thing the woman was acting like a total jerk not to insult her friend, but Rhea had gone overboard crying over something which already happened
“Are… you sure… you don’t want him?” Sia asked hesitantly and ate her vanilla cream and Rhea looked at her with a frown, after that morning with Logan the man left her at the Martinez mansion without saying a word to her. She knew she had said some nasty words to him that we’re harsh enough to keep him away, but she expected him to do something to get her back however the man just left as if nothing happened
“I…hate him… in fact I feel it would be better not to see him”she cried again and this time she earned a few glances from people around who were having a quiet afternoon with their loved ones, Rhea saw through them and ignored their judgy eyes, she was upset and since the man who used her had gone and dumped her, Rhea had gone back to the villa but couldn’t stay since she felt alone and emotional that was why she decided to invite sia out
“Are you in love with him?”sia asked with a sly smile and rhea pouted and blew a few strands of hair off her face and made her lips in a thin line
“Maybe… maybe not… that fool is busy enjoying himself while… while I take care of our baby”again the woman went on with her dramatic complaints, it was rare to see Rhea act like a child but since she met Logan he feelings and emotional got messed up such that she didn’t understand herself any longer
“So you love him?” Sia asked hoping to get some answers, she was surprised when she found out that Rhea was expecting Logan’s child. It was more of a surprise when she thought about the two getting intimate which was the most unexpected thing she ever thought of, however it happened
“No… I hate him… sobs… such a fool… he’ll pay for this… now if you excuse me, I’ll… go to the restroom”Rhea said dramatically and rose from the chair thanks to sia who didn’t even know what to say but one thing she knew and that was Rhea had developed feelings for Logan. For Rhea to give herself to Logan just like that without regretting it, sia smiled when she pictured Logan and rhea together with a cute little baby hence approved of their blossoming love and would do everything possible to get them together
Sia sat there with her eyes glued on her phone as she exchanged a few messages with Mario, she had made the man in charge of all proceedings at cross stones and would resume work once Emiliano says so because the man was hell-bent on not letting her get stressed over work however she had to go back to work because she heard from Angelo that Mario was leaving Canada and going who knew where. With that off her mind so glance around then at her watch, and it exceeded ten minutes and Rhea had not come back
“I should go to her”she said with frustration and got up and headed to the restroom

“Sir everything is ready, your first meeting I at 4pm with one of our new shareholders”Logan’s assistant said as they left the conference room where the meeting had taken place and Logan nodded every time as they entered the elevator, and it started moving heading to his office, to be honest, everything felt new it was like his first day at the company when he had been there the rest of his life
“And a surprise dinner you said I should prepare will be at… 7pm”his assistant said just as the lift came to a halt and both men stepped out only to find themselves in the hallway nice and clean
“Good…get everything ready”Logan said seriously, and the man nodded and went the other way while Logan sighed and walked to his office and like always he was bound to be busy which meant it would take time for him to see Rhea which was what he was looking forward to, seeing Rhea at home then saying hello to his unborn baby. It was like life had surprised him with so much happiness which he never expected to suddenly have,
Logan pushed his office door open only to find Emiliano sitting behind the desk in his chair as if the office were his or if he was the boss
“And why is Casanova here?” Logan asked sarcastically as he unbuttoned his coat, took it off and threw it on the couch out for Emiliano to look up at Logan with a smirk and crossed his legs like a boss he was
“Well… to see how you are feeling… haha congrats man… you… followed… your master’s footsteps and now… a baby is on its way he-he”Emiliano said more like in mockery and Logan knew Emiliano came all the way from his work just to rub it on his face, yes he called Emiliano names in the past about what happened between sia and him, but his case was thoroughly different
“Shut up… you know I’m not like you”Logan remarked with a frown pulled out a chair from opposite Emiliano and sat down as he looked at the man who was sitting where he was supposed to sit, and now he was looking like an employee
“Oh really… I thought I would get something different maybe a little romantic trip to some island but… well, you scored before the game even began”Emiliano teased with chuckles which made Logan even more irritated such that all he wanted was to strangle the man and throw him out of his office for being disrespectful towards his private life with Rhea
“Whatever… say what you want”Logan finally gave up because the more he denied the claims the more Emiliano was likely to continue teasing him which was pathetic, he and Rhea weren’t intoxicated when they got intimate but fully knew of their actions which he enjoyed very much and wanted more not just that, but he felt so free and happy, and it was all Rhea
“So… any love so far?” Emiliano asked and played with his phone,, but Logan shook his head knowing full well love didn’t just happen. A few days ago he said he loved sia then know if he said he loved Rhea, then everyone will consider him to be a joke, and hence he was going to wait and build his relationship with Rhea, and he would see what the future had for them
“I don’t know but…”Logan started, but Emiliano’s ringing phone saved him the trouble as he watched the man answer his phone
“Sweetheart”Emiliano answered and when Logan saw his smile he knew it was sia in the line, and hence he shrugged and looked away
“What! Where are you!?”Emiliano exclaimed as he quickly got up and Logan got concerned
“Don’t panic baby I’m on my way stay there”he said that and cut the call
“What is it?”Logan wanted to know why Emiliano looked so disturbed not his usual aura
“Rhea… was abducted”Emiliano said and Logan was shocked.
