“You can’t force me to do what you want you know that”Logan said straight to his father’s face immediately they entered his office, he was done dealing with his father who kept on treating him like some kid
“And who do you think you are to go against my decisions… you are incompetent and nearly sunk my company to ruins!”his father yelled on top of his voice and slammed his palm on the table such that a loud noise echoed throughout the entire room. Logan looked at him and knew how angry he was but whatever it was he didn’t care, yes he made a few wrong choices that led to the ruination of the company which he worked hard to build. Not just his father but he too managed the company successively, and hence his father had no rights to take anything away from him
“I don’t want a random woman… I have the woman I love so don’t force me to marry anyone else”his words were clear when he spoke, and he saw how his father’s expression morphed into a deadly one as he glared at his stupid careless son who was blinded by emotions, it was clear that Logan was ruled by his unforgiving emotions which made him to make wrong choices like he did all because of a woman
“A woman? love?.. It’s because of a damn woman that an outsider dared to lay his hands on my wealth, it’s because of a woman that we nearly were left in the streets like beggars it’s because of your stupid love that my family almost lost…”he couldn’t even finish his sentence when he felt his heart tighten, but he composed himself because his son was failing him
“Dad… please don’t stress yourself”Logan whispered as he rushed to hold his father because he seemed like he was about to have a heart attack however his father pushed him away and straightened up
“Get out! you filial son…now out unless you settle down and prove to me how capable and responsible you are then… only then are you allowed to step foot in my house”he said as he stepped back from Logan who had his hand suspended in the air, he didn’t why this was happening to her why his dad was so hell-bent on making him marry just anyone
“Is your happiness and reputation that important than your son’s happiness… if so, then fine I’ll get you a wife”Logan said one last time and immediately walked to the door and stormed out nearly bumping into her mom who was standing by the door crying
“L… Logan, please listen”his mom shouted after him, but he didn’t stop nor did he look back, all he wanted was to get away from his son called father. He was aware how much pain his mom was going through, but it seemed like his dad had made up his mind, and hence he was going to do what Emiliano suggested, but first he needed to ask Rhea if she was willing to get married to him which was likely to happen.

If Carlos knew he would be visited by the devil so early in the morning then he knew better than to guard his mansion, but that wasn’t the case, clearly no one feared him now because after what happened at his party when he was about to have his way with Rhea,

Dressed in a navy-blue suit with his hair differently Carlos so nothing but an arrogant rich brat however he was in a bad state at the moment, Logan Martinez thrashed him like some kid, and now he was bedridden and had suffered some internal injuries hence needed to recuperate for a few days before he went back to business however Emiliano Alvaro had stormed inside his humble home and was threatening him
“You are just as pathetic as your father… now leave”Carlos said with heavy breaths as he tried to sound intimidating, but his chest felt like a thousand bolts jolting in his body
“Yeah the same man who trusted you, but you stabbed him in the back… took his money and now living a luxurious life huh… tsk tsk you are a shameless pig”Emiliano said as he looked at Carlos with so much discussed, the man was disgusting such that all he wanted was to wipe him from the face of the earth, but his granny clearly stated not to do anything drastic. Emiliano slowly walked closer to his bed and smirked at Carlos who was sweating like hell
“Everything is fair in this life… he took my woman he made me a monster I am today and now no one will stop me from having Rhea… she’s mine and I won’t stop until I have my way”it was clear as day he owned Rhea body and soul, he had his eyes on her since she was a little girl and gave her pathetic drunkard of an aunt a huge sum of money just to make Rhea his mistress his lover and someone to make him happy and satisfied but Sia kept on interfering and now emiliano was doing the same thing
“You are a filthy bastard!” Anger clouded Emiliano’s judgement as he immediately wrapped his hand around Carlo’s neck and tightened his grip, the man gasped desperately for air as he tried to breathe and pry Emiliano’s hand away but the anger in Emiliano’s eyes was burning and no one would extinguish it
“L… leave me… leave me”Carlos tried to say as he moved around uncomfortably on his bed, everything seemed dull his eyes were watering, and he knew if Emiliano continued then he was good as dead
“For touching my wife in the past, you deserve death!” Emiliano remarked through gritted teeth and tightened his grip such that Carlos lost all strength to fight the monster trying to suck out the life out of him, Emiliano didn’t want to let go or let the filthy old man go unpunished but when the bedroom door burst open and the police shouted for him to step aside, he had no choice than to let the old man go as he coughed and gasped for air
“Move aside Mr. Alvaro, this is trespassing on a private property”the police said as they pointed a gun at him, Emiliano glanced at them from the sides then back to Carlos who was innocently holding his neck as if he was some innocent man, and he knew the police thought Carlos was decent
“D… don’t just stand there… arrest him for attempted murder”Carlo yelled as he pointed at Emiliano, but the police didn’t dare move and inch close to Emiliano because they knew better than to touch an Alvaro family member and that to The famous Emiliano Alvaro
“Sir, please leave, or we’ll have to arrest you”the policeman said and Emiliano smirked
“Last warning step aside quietly or else… I’ll come for you”saying that Emiliano fixed his suit glanced at the police one more time and walked out of the room assisted by Nickolas who was standing by the door, Carlos didn’t look away from the direction where Emiliano had gone too and clenched his fist in anger. It seemed like for him to have a peaceful life he needed to get rid of the thorn bothering him, and now Emiliano was playing smart boy. Here in Canada, he was just an ordinary citizen and ordinary businessman hence he wasn’t afraid because he would use the police for protection, however Emiliano wasn’t going to sit until he exposed him, but before he succeeded Carlos needed to get Rhea, to marry her and take her somewhere no one would find her that meant getting Sia as well over the years the little lady had grown up to be exceptionally beautiful to his liking.
