If Rhea thought chanting someone’s name repeatedly would make them appear then she would have called Logan’s name a million times because immediately the door burst open getting Carlo’s attention, Logan stormed in and kicked Carlo off her and the old man fell to the floor as he landed with a thud. Rhea was perplexed at his sight and felt immense joy as a strange feeling washed over her seeing how Logan was beating the living daylights out of Carlos who couldn’t defend himself even if he wanted to. The anger which was in Logan’s eyes couldn’t be compared with anything as he punched kicked Carlos mercilessly such that Rhea felt sad, but the old man deserved what he was getting,
“How dare you touch her!” Rhea heard Logan say in an angry tone as he held Carlos by his neck and slammed his form to the wall and Rhea heard as if something just crushed.
“S… she’s mine… Rhea belongs to me”Carlos said with a smirk not minding about the blood on his face and the pain he was feeling.
“She’s not toy you filthy bastard…”with that Logan punched Carlos in the face and threw him to the floor as he coughs an spats out blood and immediately passed out but still Logan wasn’t done all he wanted was to teach the filthy man a lesson for what he did to Rhea. If he arrived a minute later than something bad would have happened to her,
“It’s okay… I’m here”Logan ran to Rhea and united both her legs and arms which were restrained above her, immediately Rhea was freezing she couldn’t keep herself from crying as she threw herself in his arms and cried herself out.
“H… he was… he… he wanted to… I”she tried to form words to say to him because she was about to get raped, Logan held her close as he ran his hand on her back, but he felt her lunch from his touch and when he lowered his eyes to her back, he spotted red whip marks and knew that kind of torture the man had sunk her to.
“Shh I’m here… he won’t hurt you”he murmured and pulled her cold body close to him and Rhea wrapped her arms around him and snuggled on his chest trying to get some warmth from him, she was all alone no one cared about her. Rhea sobbed until Logan’s shirt was wet, and he didn’t care, he had never seen this side of her before. She always appeared strong and brave however now she was in her weak moment, and he was going to lend his shoulders for her to cry on.
“P… please stop it… you are breaking my heart”Logan held her by the shoulders and pried her away from and held the sides of her face, Rhea felt even more emotional and averted her eyes from him, Logan looked at her for a while then removed his jacket and shirt.
“P… please don’t”Rhea stopped him when he was about to make her wear his shirt and moved away from him to hide the ugly scar that all men she had dated in the past felt disgusted with, she was scared he would also call her disgusting however to her surprise the Logan before her had a soft expression as he carefully made her wear his shirt and buttoned it, Rhea watched how gentle he was, he wasn’t wearing his shirt, and she could see her had a new bandage on.
“You will be fine”he said as he brushed her hair off her face and picked her from the bed and carried her bridal style and walked out of the room before Rhea glanced back to see the unconscious Carlos lying lifeless on the floor with a bloody face, he looked scary, and hence Rhea hid her face in the crook of Logan’s neck.

Sia and Emiliano were already in the car with Nickolas as their driver, Nickolas was sitting quietly waiting for his boss to ask him to drive away from the Castillo mansion however Sia was acting strange.
“What do you mean?” Emiliano asked her again but sia looked at him with a blank expression, she was suddenly feeling uneasy as if someone close to her was in pain but who was it and why would they be at Carlo’s mansion.
“I’ll get some fresh air”She told him and quickly got out of the car and Emiliano had no choice but to follow her out and hugged her from behind.
“What is it?”he asked and placed a light kiss on her neck and Sia sighed heavily.
“I know this might sound ridiculous but,… but Carlos… that man nearly raped Rhea in the past”immediately she said that Emiliano’s grip on her loosened as he turned her around, so she could face him.
“What?”
“He’s a monster Emil… he’s here which means he wants Rhea… we need to send him to jail”she wanted to tell him when she saw Carlos, but she didn’t get any chance because Carlos kept on taking Emiliano away, but now they were alone.
“He’ll pay”Emiliano growled in anger and prepared to head back to the mansion entrance but stopped when both he and Sia saw Logan walking to them carrying someone in his arms.
“W… who is that?”sia said and rushed to him, but her knees weakened when she saw Rhea, Emiliano had the same reaction.
“No time to talk how big is your car… come on”without even stopping, he rushed to their car and with Nickolas’s help who stepped out to help carefully put Rhea in only for Sia to.
“I’ll stay with her, please drive”she shouted in desperation and the men got in the car, grudges aside, Emiliano allowed Logan to board his car for the first time and Nickolas drove away at full speed.

Sia watched as the doctor attended to Unconscious Rhea. She blamed herself for everything that her friend was going through because if she stayed with Rhea then none of this would have happened to her. It wasn’t long before the doctor was done and gave Rhea an injection. Sia was sitting beside her friend holding her hand but soon glanced to her side and saw she wasn’t that one worried about Rhea, surprisingly Logan was having it worse because as soon as they arrived at the mansion he was the one who carried Rhea inside despite how much Emiliano yelled at him to stay back. Sia had to say she had never seen Logan so worked up like he was even when the doctor asked him to leave the room, so she could treat Rhea, he greatly refused.
“Who is he? what is his relationship with her?”Logan who still kept his eyes glued at Rhea asked in a deadly tone and Sia looked at him not sure what to say about she and Rhea’s dark past they have tried to bury but with Carlos around she knew it was time they dealt with him once and for all.
“Not here”she simply said looking at Rhea and Logan nodded, got to his feet and made his way to the door. Once Logan got outside the room he found Emiliano leaning against the wall now dressed in a black tracksuit with his hair wet, he guessed the man was from taking a shower.
“Is she okay?”Emiliano asked because he wasn’t around and the doctor already left.
“Not sure… still unconscious”Logan replied nonchalantly just as Sia walked out the room and closed the door only to be pulled in a hug by Emiliano who snuggled against her neck and whispered some assuring words to her. Logan watched from the sides as the couple did whatever they thought was right and for the first time he didn’t feel anything, he was numb and didn’t actually feel that sickening feeling he always got whenever he thought or saw Sia and Emiliano so close.
“To the study room”Emiliano said to Logan as they walked towards the stairs since the study room was downstairs. Both Logan and Emiliano wanted to know why exactly Carlos was after someone who was old enough to be his daughter, he was completely obsessed with Rhea.
