Sia was now used to working hard because after what happened with Justin she finally had what she wanted, and hence she started her work and hired more employees to remodel the entire place including changing the walls and repainting the entire building for it to look attractive and Mario was in charge of everything whilst she worked from home for a couple of days since her services weren’t needed. And of course, her relationship with Emiliano was getting a little better, although they tended to fight over little things, but now they were starting to know a little more about him and what he liked and currently she and Tara who had come to visit her for the first time since she got married, and now they were in Diego’s room playing with him.
“So when do you think he’ll start crawling?”Tara asked as she raised him in the air, and he giggled, Sia who was busy arranging the stuffed animals which were so many that there was no room for all of them but what could she do when Emiliano decided to buy an entire store.
“Mom said soon, so I just need to help him out”she replied and continued her work.
“He’s a cute one, just love him”Tara said cheerfully and kissed the baby’s cheek and sia who looked back at her chuckled and joined them in the carpet, sia loved her sister very much, but sometimes she felt bad for Tara because despite everything she was not happy at all? Although she smiled at people her smile was fake.
“, I don’t see what’s stopping you from getting back together with Angelo”sia started and once Tara heard Angelo’s name she stopped what she was doing and dropped the stuffed giraffe for Diego to the carpet and lowered her gaze helplessly. She still needed to get punished for how she treated Emiliano in the past and sia needed to know that her husband was once in love, and she was the one who broke his heart.
“Nah, I’m happy like this… I like being an aunt”Tara spoke and got back to playing with Diego, however Sia wasn’t giving up. She has seen how two people who truly loved each other suffered all because their family were against them and her sister was suffering because she was separated from the man she loved.
“I saw how you two were looking at each other and I know you love each other… just talk things out”sia was not going to miss a chance to make sure her sister was happy, and she was willing to do whatever it took to get Tara and Angelo back together no matter what.
“Come on sis, when did you become so mature?” Tara said with a chuckle as they headed downstairs to the kitchen since it was getting late, Sia insisted Tara stayed for dinner so that she met Emiliano in person. Back at the wedding the two didn’t have time to meet, and hence she decided they met.
“This isn’t about maturity sis, I’m trying to do the right thing”sia chuckled as she handed Diego to lulu, and she took him to the living room while the two women went to the kitchen.
“So does that mean I should also make dinner, huh?”Tara laughed because her little sister blackmailed her to preparing dinner saying that she missed her sister’s good cooking, Tara had no choice than to obey because she had been avoiding to metro Emiliano for a while now and sia was becoming even more insistence demanding that she met her husband even if she disliked him.
“I love your food, just do this for me… you know I’m terrible at cooking”sia smiled as she helped Tara get the ingredients from the store room and yes, it wasn’t old news that sia was a bad cook from childhood. She was so spoiled that she rarely entered the kitchen, at times Tara wondered if she knew what sugar and salt looked like.
“Hehe-he I know okay so let’s get cooking then”the two laughed as they chatted while doing their work. Tara’s heart was in chaos because she was in Emiliano’s house and if he came back and found her then he would do something bad since he hated her from the depth of his heart, but whatever it was they had to keep Sia in the dark about them ever being in a relationship before.
Emiliano was having a bad day because two times in a row the factory had incurred some losses due to a fire outbreak nearly killing employees, and he was starting to get worried. For fast, he had been busy with work which he once hated, but now he knew he had to step up and make right decisions.
“Sir, don’t worry everything will be okay”the factory supervisor said as they exited the building and Emiliano nodded and listened more while Trey walked in silence taking in everything.
“There was a glitch somewhere, but the team is fixing it and in the meantime we are going to hire more men”the supervisor went on and said and again Emiliano listened as now they were at the parking lot.
“If this happens again I’ll hold you responsible”he warned and the supervisor nodded and left, Emiliano knitted his brows and prepared to enter his car but someone unexpected showed up, and he had no choice than to look at him and most importantly what was he doing at his factory.
“Emiliano, good to see you… oops and congrats for your wedding… I would have bought a wedding gift, but I forgot”Logan said with a smirk and Emiliano sighed, nor in the mood to tolerate him.
“I see you don’t have a life now… so get lost”he simply said and Logan chuckled sarcastically.
“I’m not a free man Emil, I just came to congratulate you… I see you are still the Casanova we all know after all… first you trapped the elder sister and now the youngest not just that, but you married the youngest and have a baby with her when in… reality you still love the elder sister”Logan cut straight to the chess as he spoke and immediately Emiliano heard him his facial expression entirely change because no one knew about him and Tara other than Mario so how did Logan know.
“Get lost”he said coldly and entered the car and trey drove away leaving Logan standing there looking like a fool, but he smirked.
“Oh Emiliano just wait because as soon as sia finds out you are busy playing her for your revenge against Tara, I’m sure she will leave you”he said to himself knowing full well he still had a chance to get Sia back all thanks to Mario and Rhea’s big mouths, yes he overheard them discuss this about Tara and Emiliano’s past and knew he hit the jackpot, and therefore he was going to use this for his advantage.
Back in the car Emiliano was more than angry but didn’t dare show it in his face, Trey drove the car in silence knowing full well there was another tension in the air and this time his boss had to face Logan his long time rival, and it appeared now that Logan wasn’t planning to back out any time soon.
“Sir… should I take a turn from here?”trey asked nervously.
“No straight home”Emiliano whispered hoping to get a good rest without knowing someone he disliked was there.
