Lisa who was dancing in high spirits with Sasha felt someone’s hand on her waist, she turned around and saw a fat, bald man staring at her and smiling evilly, “Do I know you?” Lisa asked in displeasure.
“Doesn’t matter. Let’s dance baby doll.” He grabbed her arm tightly. Lisa struggled to push him away just then a strong punch landed on his face and the man fell down hard on the floor.

Lisa got terrified. But when she looked up at the man who hit him she felt relief and couldn’t help but just threw herself on him “Cristian”
Cristian held her shoulder, looked her up and down and asked her in concerned tone, “Are you fine.?”
Lisa lowered her head and nodded.
Cristian turned around and pointed at the man. “Get out of here before I lose my mind.” The man got scared. He struggled to get up, wiped the blood at the corner of his mouth and shouted angrily. “You will pay for this.”
“Fuck off..!” Cristian roared and the man ran off quickly.
Sasha held Lisa and took her to the counter to sit. Then she handed her water to drink, “Are you fine? Do you know that man?” She asked pointing at Cristian who was approaching them step by step.
“Thanks Cristian.” Lisa smiled at him.
“A friend in need is a friend indeed.” Cristian said while grinning and took a seat beside her. Sasha looked curiously at both of them. Just then Lisa introduced both of them to relieve Sasha’s curiosity.
“So, how come you’re here?” Lisa asked Cristian.
“Hmm… my friend called me here.” Cristian replied nervously.
“Friend.? Why I can’t see him.?” Lisa asked while tapping a finger on her chin.
“He went to the washroom.” Cristian made an excuse.
“Okay then, I’ll wait for him.” Lisa said suspiciously eyeing at Cristian. Cristian got nervous and said,”Okay okay Grace told me that you were going to Retro Club so I came here to see you. Fine.” He finally confessed.
Lisa chuckled and said, “I knew it.”
“You… you’re so cruel Lisa..!” Cristian folded his arm annoyingly.
“I missed you, Cristian.” Lisa said holding his arm.
” Me too.” Cristian said leaning near her. “By the way, if you give me your number that will be easy for us to communicate. What do you say.?”
“Hmmm okay.” Lisa said and both exchanged their numbers and kept teasing each other gladly.
“Hey… You two love birds. Stop this my heart is about to burst out in pain. Shouldn’t have drunk that much beer.” Sasha complained while rubbing her temples.
Lisa stepped forward and held her shoulders. “Do you want to see a doctor.? She asked worriedly.
“No… no… Just send me home.” Sasha waved her hand to refuse and said faintly.
“I will send her back. Don’t worry.” Cristian immediately stepped forward and held Sasha’s arm. Sasha leaned on his muscular chest. “Wait for me.” Cristian said to Lisa and left with Sasha.
Lisa ordered another beer and started drinking it. Soon she felt sharp gaze on her. She turned and looked around anxiously but because the lights were very dim she couldn’t see anyone.
“What are you looking at.? I am here, love.” Lisa turned and saw Cristian sitting beside Him. She pinched his arm. “Love?”
“Didn’t you hear what your friend said?” Cristian asked in a teasing tone. “Shut up.!” Lisa said laughingly.
“Shall we dance?” Cristian asked. “Okay” Lisa finished her beer and stood up.
Both went to the dance floor, a soft song was playing on the background. Cristian put her hand around his neck and held her waist lightly. Then both started moving and swaying on the music beat.
She looked at Cristian and felt warm and safe. She felt so lucky to have a friend like Cristian and lover like Augustus. Oops.. Augustus.! Is he really her lover.? Well he had behaved very well in these last days and today she approached him but still he didn’t cross the line. She felt so grateful to God to get these two handsome men in her life. Lisa secretly thanked God in her heart.
While Lisa was completely lost in thinking about her blessings, she felt hot breath on her face, she looked up and Cristian’s lips pressed on her lips. She was drunk and this sudden action from Cristian made her mind blank for a moment. By the time, she got her senses back. Cristian had already let her go. He looked at her with deep eyes waiting for her response. But Lisa got so angry, she pursed her lips, turned around took her backpack and got out of the bar.
Cristian followed her behind. “Lisa, Listen to me.” He tried to stop her.
“Cristian, I don’t want to talk.” Lisa said while walking away from him. Cristian held her shoulders tightly and forced her to stop. “Lisa, listen to me. I really like you.” He said with deep emotions in his eyes.
Lisa faced him, her eyes were red from anger, she then said, “I also like you but as a friend, Cristian.”
“….” Cristian was at lost of words.
“What you did now was not appropriate for friends. Next time, don’t come close to me.” Lisa warned him seriously and then left.
“Here, he is…! Got him.” A man’s voice came from behind including some other man’s footsteps. Lisa turned around and saw five man were circled around Cristian. She remembered that one fat man was the same man who was beaten by him, just now.
Lisa got panicked and shouted at Cristian. Fat man saw her standing far away from them. Then he signaled one of his man, before Lisa could have a chance to run the man ran towards her and grabbed her arm tightly, he then recklessly pulled her towards the fat man.
Lisa tried to shout but the man had already covered her mouth with his hand. Cristian got furious, he clenched his fist tightly and said through gritted teeth, “Let her go.”
“Ha…. Ha… she is such a beauty. Only a fool will let her go.” The fat man sneered.
“As you wish.” With that sentence, Cristian furiously fight with all four men. Even though they were four but they were no match infront of Cristian’s muscular body. All four men were down by him. Seeing his man defeated, the fat man ran quickly releasing Lisa from his grip.
Lisa ran to Cristian terrified, Cristian held her in his arms and comforted her. “I am here, it’s okay.”
“Wu…. Wu…” Lisa sobbed.
“Lisa..!” Cristian shouted and pushed Lisa away suddenly.
“Bam”
The fat man hit on the Cristian’s head with a big wooden stick. Lisa was shocked, she tried to hold Cristian but he fell down unconsciously. The blood streaming down from his head.
Lisa was so scared, she looked at Cristian with horrified eyes and shook him hard to wake up. He didn’t respond. The fat man dropped the stick and grabbed Lisa’s shoulder. Lisa froze and she closed her eyes in fear and held Cristian’s arm tightly.
“Boom”
The fat man fell on the ground and passed out. Lisa looked up slowly in fear and met the blues deep eyes. “Augustus” She breathed a sigh of relief.

Augustus was drinking shots, one by one without any intention of stopping. He then saw, Lisa and Cristian dancing on the dance floor. His face darkened. Then unexpectedly, he saw Cristian kissing her and the thing that bothered him was that she didn’t even resist him. He was so angry and stared at Cristian so hard that if eyes could kill, he would have already died many times now.
Augustus paid the bill and left without glancing at them anymore. He walked back and forth outside and kept thinking why Lisa lied to her.?
If she wanted to go to meet Cristian, she should have told him why lie..?
Is that the reason, she was so happy.? Did she used him to make Cristian jealous? Dis she chose Cristian over him?
His mind was in a mess, when he heard Lisa’s shout not far away from him. He saw in that direction, Cristian was circled by four men and Lisa was held by one.
If he wanted, he could have helped them. But instead, he kept standing there and watched Cristian knocking them down. He got more furious by seeing his ability.
Just then, the fat man came back quietly and hit him hard on the head. Augustus felt good seeing him got beaten. But then the fat man grabbed Lisa’s shoulder. Augustus ran over and knocked him down with just one punch.
He then looked at Lisa, she was totally terrified and was holding Cristian’s arm tightly. His eyes darkened looking at her hand.

Lisa called his name in relief and asked him to help Cristian. Augustus looked at Cristian coldly and didn’t say anything. Lisa stood up and shook his arm with force. “What are you looking? Help him… please.” She pleaded him.
Looking at her pleading for him, Augustus’s handsome face turned ugly and he sneered, “Help”
