Just the thought of having lunch worth hundreds of thousands of dollars with such a popular celebrity would certainly make a huge fuss. Allen Peterson could easily make any guy who wants to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy Sasha Cortez lunch, envious but he still refused.
“I’m sorry Sasha, but I’d like to return to the hospital,” he replied politely.
Honestly, Sasha Cortez is a lovely woman that could make anyone fall for her. Allen was no different. He would be lying if he told anyone that he wasn’t enticed by her beauty.
Allen Peterson was obviously tempted.
“I already have Ava Smith and do not plan to have anything to do with other women” He thought to himself.”
He really wanted to refuse Sasha Cortez because this is the second time she took the initiative to invite people to lunch.
The first time, was when she asked the very rich man who just passed by. The second time was today, when she tried to invite Allen Peterson.
But then, Sasha did not take no for an answer. After all, she knows that her charm is big enough to invite an Allen Peterson to lunch.
“No! You helped me so much today! I have to thank you for everything”
She said as she stepped forward grabbing Allen Peterson’s big hand in her small hand.
“Come on! I know a local restaurant that serves wonderful food and has a pleasant atmosphere. Let’s have a meal there!”
Being held by Sasha Cortez’s little hand and feeling the softness of that little hand on his, sent butterflies to Allen’s stomach. He couldn’t resist what he was feeling so he agreed.
He couldn’t help but smile bitterly to himself when he accepted Sasha Cortez’s offer. He appears to be a layman as well, and he shows no reluctance in the face of attractive women. However, they were only going out to eat a meal after all so Allen Peterson quickly comforted himself by telling himself that he doesn’t need to feel sorry for Ava Smith.
Moments later, they drove to the restaurant that Sasha Cortez suggested. As soon as they arrived, Allen Peterson nodded with satisfaction. He was amused by how everything looked because he never knew that such a place exists.
Sasha Cortez is right. The environment of this restaurant is really good. Although it is located in the suburbs, one can say that it is much cleaner than the urban area. It is a good place to eat.
When Sasha Cortez and Allen Peterson entered the restaurant, their looks quickly drew everyone’s attention.
Sasha Cortez’s face is, needless to say, the major force attracting people wherever she goes, to the point where she has to wear a mask to avoid people staring at her.
Allen Peterson is likewise a good-looking individual. Coming in together made them look like an attractive couple so it immediately became the center of attention in the restaurant.
“Wow, she is such a beautiful woman!” a man in the back said.
“Yes, she is breathtakingly beautiful! Much prettier than my girlfriend!” Another man said shamelessly in front of his girlfriend which made her walk away from their table.
“Oh, honey, I’m wrong. She’s not as beautiful as you. She’s not as beautiful as you are!” The man then said apologetically.
“Wow they really like a perfect combination of a handsome man and beautiful woman. I’m envious. I’m so envious! I wish we are the same as them!” another couple at the restaurant said.

There was a lot of discussion as they walked in, but most of the men cast envious eyes on Allen Peterson.
“Dr. Peterson, let’s go to the window seat over there. It’s very quiet, too.” Sasha Cortez said softly to Allen Peterson.
Allen Peterson nodded “Okay sure, let’s go there!”
Soon, the waiter guided both of them to the corner by the window. They chose such a secluded location since they wanted to go low-key.
But just because they want to keep a low profile doesn’t mean they can keep a low profile. After they sat down, there were still many people staring at them, and the focus of their eyes was mainly on Sasha Cortez. It’s somehow like their first time seeing such a beautiful person.
Fortunately, no Sasha Cortez fans are there, otherwise, it would cause a turmoil. This is because the fans might start an argument with Allen Peterson. After all, eating with their idol is a big privilege.
Since Sasha Cortez has been to this restaurant before, Allen Peterson directly asked her to decide what to order.
After ordering, the waiter gave Sasha Cortez a deep look and left. That’s her charm. Even the waiter in the restaurant couldn’t help but look at her beauty. “Dr. Peterson, thank you very much. If it wasn’t for you today, I don’t know how things would have turned out!” Sasha Cortez once again thanks Allen Peterson. The red wine arrived and she poured a glass of red wine for herself.
Hearing what Sasha said, Allen Peterson couldn’t help but smile bitterly “Well, Sasha Cortez, you don’t have to thank me anymore. You have been thanking me several times along the way. My ears are bleeding already.” He said casually.
After a short pause, he continued to say “Don’t call me Dr. Peterson any more. Just call me Allen. We can speak casually to each other.”
“Is that alright with you?” Sasha Cortez blushed slightly when he heard Allen Peterson.
“Yes it is, why wouldn’t it be? Just call me by my name. You and I know each other!” Allen Peterson said casually and took a sip of red wine.
Sasha Cortez blushed and nodded. Then she said shyly, “Dr. Peterson, the same goes for you, you can call me Sasha. You call me Sasha Cortez all the time.”
“Good!” Allen Peterson didn’t seem to notice anything and dealt with it in a nonchalant manner.
Suddenly, a gang of tattooed gangsters burst through the restaurant’s front door. A gold chain, a gold watch, and a large bald head adorned the commander. His entire body reeked like thugs.
Seeing these gangsters coming in, the guests in the restaurant were all surprised. Then they quickly lowered their heads to eat and did not dare to look at them at all.
These gangsters are gloomy, to say the least. What if you insult them by staring at them? This is how the average person thinks. They don’t want anything to do with gangsters. No matter how terrified they are of criminals, if they become associated with them, their normal lives would be affected.
Allen Peterson just glanced at them casually, but didn’t care much. But sometimes it’s not like that, some instances if you don’t want to pay attention to others, they wouldn’t care about you.
The bald man with the gold chain looked around. When he turned his eyes to the corner, his eyes suddenly widened, as if he saw something incredible.
Then he rubbed his eyes and looked at them again, which confirmed that he was not wrong. “Sasha! It’s you!” The bald man couldn’t help but shout.
Hearing someone call out her name, Sasha Cortez was surprised and quickly turned to look.
When she saw that the speaker was the bald man, a little doubt appeared on her face, because she never knew the bald man.
“Ha ha, it’s you! I knew it!” The bald man said with a proud smile. Then he strode towards Allen Peterson and Sasha Cortez. When he got close, he looked at Sasha Cortez with a smile on his face.
“Hello, do we know each other?” Sasha Cortez asked cautiously. She doesn’t usually get in touch with these little gangsters, but she doesn’t know how the bald man recognized her.
“Oh! I almost forgot, I know you, but you don’t know me!” said the bald man, patting his head. “When you were on the radio, there was a man who claimed he would pay $500, 000. 00 to ask you to lunch, and that was me.”
When he said that, Sasha Cortez’s expression changed dramatically. By a strange coincidence, she ran into one of her fans!
It’s fine if it’s just a regular fan. This fan, however, is a gang leader and it does not appear to be a positive thing.
In addition, he had stated that he would invite her himself to lunch. What will this guy do now that she’s eating?
“You… Hello!” Sasha Cortez said with a forced smile.
“Ha ha, I always wanted to invite you to lunch, but you didn’t agree. Even if I wanted to give you 500, 000 dollars, you wouldn’t agree.” The bald man said with a smile.
At this time, he noticed Allen Peterson beside him, and his face became gloomy immediately. “Sasha, didn’t you say you wouldn’t eat with men? Why are you eating with this little white face?” The bald man frowned.
The bald man referred to Allen Peterson as “little white face,” and he looked at him with grimace.
Sasha Cortez responded swiftly “You misinterpreted him. He is a friend of mine. He was quite helpful to me today. That is why I invited him to lunch.”
“Wow, what a friend! How can you be friends with this kind of b***s***? Your friends should be a powerful man like me, not a white face like this man.” The bald man gave a bitter snort.
He then gestured to Allen Peterson, who was standing directly in front of him “Get out of here, little white face. I’d like to dine with Sasha! Please leave us so we can have our own world. Also, Sasha, after lunch, I’ll take you out to play. You’ll have a great time, I’m sure!”
Sasha Cortez’s face turns pale as she thinks of being out to play with a gangster.
She made a rapid motion with her hand. “No, no, I’m busy with something else! Let’s go, Allen Peterson! We have a lot of tasks to finish!”
