“Come on bro, you’re still here anyway. It’s just a barbeque and pool party in the afternoon, it’s not like we’re going out clubbing until dawn.” Winston was making me come to the twins’ house warming party.
I should’ve gone back to the beach house today, hell… I should’ve gotten back yesterday. But my head was still somewhere else. I had called Alice, she too told me that everything was fine and that I should do my thing.
My thing… but I know I’d think about her when I’m at the beach house alone. I’d worry about Louise, knowing so little about her… about her eating issues, it makes me want to stay in the city. Just to be close to her, to… oh God!
“Women bro… bikinis, margaritas and beers, you’re already cooking pancakes…” Winston argued further, knowing my diet already.
Grady and Percy were known to hold laid back house parties, where only selected group people would attend and the crowd was always pleasing. So I was good with it, and I surely needed the distraction.
“It’s not even their primary residence, they’re going to rent it out for additional income. I know about it, my agent sold them the house.” I told him while making my morning coffee and pancake breakfast. It was my cheat day, I was in the city and we’re going to the twins’ barbeque party. Yup, I had already made up my mind that I’d go, I was just making Winnie try a little bit harder.
Minutes later I was texting Nate my agent to meet me there, he was the one who got me the beach house and I was thinking to purchase another one.
It was around three o’clock when we finally arrived at the twins. Winston was pulling me straight to the bar, where Jack was chatting to a bikini-clad women.
“Hey, there’s the main attraction! Allen, welcome… here have a beer.” Jack was playing the bartender role, while I thanked him for the drink.
“Thanks, man, so where’s the lucky couple?” I was looking around until I saw Grady walking my way with a girl on his arm. A blonde who looked familiar. Where have I seen her before?
“Allen! My favorite celebrity.” Grady joked and give me his man hug, the woman took a tropical long glass drink from Jack and give him some space for us to talk.
“Grady, congratulations man… where’s the man of the house?” I joked, making him slapped my back playfully.
“Allen my boy… I’m older than him, I got all the wisdom which he doesn’t have.” Grady said, defending himself.
“Screw you, brother! Older by minutes only, and yeah… he’s the boring brother, while I’m the fun one. Hey Sherry… thank you for coming, where’s my date?” Percy greeted the blonde, wait a minute…
“Hey Percy.. thanks for the invite, the girls will be here in a couple more hours. They’re picking up our workaholic friend.” She said casually, while she’d occasionally look my way in the most subtle way.
“I don’t know if you remembered, but I invite the girls we met at Player a couple of weeks back.” Grady chimed in snaking his hand on the blonde, she giggled but let him be.
“Sherry just get him away from us already…” Jack teased, while he was still busy flirting with the bikini babe in front of him.
“I’ll see you later boys. Come on Grady, show me your pleasure room.”
“Damn… he’s one lucky guy…” Percy laughed while getting a beer from the fridge.

“Boys! I hope I’m not too late for the party…” Nate, my real estate agent join us by the pool an hour later.
“Hey! There’s our money shaker…” Percy shouted from behind the grill, making everyone laughed.
“Damn, I’m not a stripper dude! They shake more money than me.” Nate retorted, making a couple of girls laugh.
“And I’m sorry girls, this wannabe stripper is taken…” Jack joined us with more beers on his hands and passes them to us, then he joined us at the outdoor seating area.
“All the good ones usually are Jack, and you are apparently still open season…” The fair skin blonde woman slithered her arms onto his shoulder and licked his ear, whispering something making him laugh.
“Hey Lucie, welcome.. when you’re done with him… can I check out your tats?” Winston was back from the kitchen with more plates and some buns, then putting them on the long table for everyone.
“Nice pick-up line… but as alluring as it is, I don’t mess with Cora’s. And you are hers…” she laughed, making Winston rolled his eyes at her.
“Wow… I’m missing a lot of the juicy stuff am I?” I finally voiced out my thoughts.
“Ah… Allen right? Both you and our workaholic friend Louise are. Perfect match I’d say…” Lucie seated herself on Jack’s lap and slithered her tattooed arm on his chest, making him groan.
“Okay boys… the lady had spoken, I’m having some behind the door activities..” Jack got up and abruptly picking her up to his shoulder caveman style, making everyone laugh and some whistle to his action.
Nate and I continued on to talking about the cottage which I was going to buy. While Percy and Winston were having beers and eating burgers. We were all enjoying our view of the bikini babes and some other couples lounging on his pool area.
But on the back of my mind, I was busy with the idea of seeing Louise again after meeting her parents a couple of days ago. I was agitated but excited to meet her at the same time. It was weird that we kept on bumping to each other, without us even planning ahead.
“There they are… Winston!” The beautiful woman was coming our way with two of her friends. Louise caught my eyes, she was still in her business suit. But she looked even sexier, than the rest of the women here in their bikinis. She looked tired and a little pale, my heart just skipped a beat when I saw her.
Damn… not good…
This is definitely not going to be casual.
“Well, that’s my cue…” Winston stood up and greeted Cora. He looked whipped already as they kissed heavily, I could see Louise blushed as the couple melted in each other’s arms.
“Okay boys, I’m going to go back now. Allen, just call me when you’re back at the coast and I’ll get the owner and we’ll settle the paperwork.” Nate was getting up and said goodbye.
Percy was following Winston as he greeted the other woman, and she smiled at him warmly.
“Yes, tomorrow Nate, I’ll text you the time.” I shook his hand and escort him to the door.
Louise was looking a little bit uncomfortable sipping her beer and awkwardly talking to a guy by the bar. I hurried my steps, trying to get to her.
But I didn’t expect Myra to be at the front door, looking excited to see me as she called out my name in her sexy manner.
