Turning around to see who came up behind her, the Intruder placed his hand over her mouth and dragged her around to the wall, Daphne did not have to see his face to know it was a man, it was Josh, she could smell his cologne and the rum on his breath, she was doing up against the wall, his hand still over her mouth and the other hand above her head.
“I have been watching you Daphne, waiting for you, what exactly is going on between you and that bastard?” Josh asked, he moved his hand away from her mouth, but still kept her pinned against the wall.
“That is none of your business” she spat out, trying to free her hands.
“It is my business Daphne, I will not sit and watch that bastard take away what belongs to me, insaw the both of you kissed, the way he held you so close, are you fucking him?”
She looked into his eyes, they were dark, filled with rage and she became frightened, ” Josh, I have never for once led you on, IAM not I love with you, and I never will, breaking into my house is a crime, assult is a serious crime, but for the sake of our friendship I will pretend this never happened, leave now and I don’t want to see your face ever again ” she told him.
It was as if he couldn’t hear her or maybe he didn’t listen, she tried to scream when he pushed her down on the ground, covering her mouth as he attempted to pull down her pant.
Daphne tried to fight him off, but being much bigger and stronger than she was, his body was crushing hers, she could not breath since his hands were covering both her mouth and nose.
Daphne could see darkness and knew she was close to passing out when all of a sudden Josh body left hers slamming hard into the wall, with his hand gone from her mouth she could breath.
Sitting up, she started coughing and saw Alex and Josh fighting.

Alex just finished talking to his brother concerning the contract he was working on and was about entering his car, he suddenly remembered he hadn’t he hadn’t tell her about having dinner in his place and staying over for few days, he thought about telling her on phone but decided to tell her since he was still in her apartment.
He knocked and when he didn’t get an answer, he opened the door with his own share of her key and walked in, at first he thought she might have fallen asleep and he doesn’t want to wake her, when coming out of the apartment he thought he heard a noise, like a crashing sound from inside, rushing into her room when he saw a man ontop of Daphne, he saw Red.
Going over, he put his arm around the guy neck, pulled him off her and slammed him into the wall.
Josh stood up and looked over at Daphne, ” I can’t believe you are fucking this public Dog, a Playboy with no conscience, how could you be a slut?”
Alex went over and punched him in the gut causing Josh to fall backwards landing on his ass, ” I know who you are, and if you ever go near her again, I will kill you”
“She is mine Alexander! Not yours, you are only deceiving her, fucking her then later dump her” he pushed Alex and went to go over to Daphne, only to be stopped by Alex who again punched him.
They started fighting, each throwing punches, the more they fought and got pushed around destroying things in her house fear gripped Daphne, she knew if she doesn’t make a move to stop them someone would be lying down on the floor lifeless and it would be Josh.
She picked her phone and dial the cops.
By the time the cops came, Josh had been badly beaten by Alex, the police arrived and the three of them gave their statement, Josh was taken away in handcuffs, when he walked past them he glared at Daphne and Alex, ” You think I won’t get out of this? Think again?” He said, barking at both of them.
“Hey! Would you like a drink to calm your nerves?” He asked her, his arms still around her in a protection way even after the cops left and her room was being fixed.
“I think I would rather go to your apartment, I can’t spend the night here”
“Yes of course, I will take you to my apartment”
When they got to his apartment he had her sit down while he made them some tea, taking it to the living room, he sat next to her, ” Daphne I want you to tell me what exactly Josh has been telling you”
