Leo appeared by Bevis’ side just in time, with a harmless smile on his face. He looked at the thug and said, “Hey guys, let’s talk this out. It’s not very manly to bully a young girl. How about we call it even?”
“Call it even? Who do you think you are? I came here specifically for her today! Don’t get involved, do you know who I am?” The thug breathed out alcohol fumes and acted arrogantly.
Leo stepped forward and offered him a cigarette politely. “Where are you from bro?”
The thug rudely took the cigarette but proudly replied, “I’m from Red Star.”
“Oh wow! Nice to meet someone from Red Star,” Leo lit his own cigarette before continuing, “Do you know where I’m from?”
“Where are you from?” The thug sized him up.
“I’m from UV! Let’s not fight each other today. Come on guys, let me buy some drinks for everyone!” Leo suggested.
“What the hell?! Do I look like someone who drinks cheap liquor like that?!” The thug cursed and threw a punch towards Leo’s face.
Leo dodged to one side while Bevis grabbed hold of the thug’s wrist tightly.
Bevis exerted force secretly, and immediately the ruffian’s face twisted, no longer exhaling alcohol but inhaling cold air with a whimpering sound.
Leo smiled and stood aside, confident that Bevis could handle these guys.
Bevis grabbed the ruffian’s wrist and led him out of the bar, with the other three ruffians naturally following.
Once outside, Bevis threw the ruffian to the ground, and the other three rushed to help their leader up.
“Boss, are you okay?”
“Damn it, you three idiots, don’t help me, hit him! Beat him to death!” the ruffian yelled.
Bevis stood tall like a small mountain, unfazed by him.
One of the ruffians, wielding a weapon in his hand, swung a steel pipe towards Bevis.
Bevis firmly caught the steel pipe swung at him, then delivered a powerful kick, causing the ruffian to release the pipe and roll on the ground, clutching his stomach.
Another ruffian held a fruit knife, his evil intentions clear, and suddenly stabbed towards Bevis’s ribs.
Despite his large stature, Bevis was agile and evaded the incoming fruit knife, promptly kicking the ruffian in the waist.
The ruffian was sent flying by the kick, and the fruit knife fell to the ground as he groaned in pain.
In the blink of an eye, two out of the four ruffians were down, and the third one showed a frightened expression.
Bevis never showed mercy when dealing with scum like them, and he immediately kicked the third ruffian to the ground.
The bar patrons who followed outside cheered as they witnessed the four ruffians being taught a lesson.
These guys were good at watching a show, but when it was their turn, they all turned out to be like castrated chickens.
The woman approached and thanked Bevis repeatedly.
The woman’s name was Alani Shepard, a senior student at Langstel Art University.
Facing a beautiful girl, Bevis had no resistance. His face turned slightly red as he repeatedly said, “You’re welcome.”
Leo approached the whimpering ruffian and picked up the steel pipe from the ground. He tapped it in his hand while wearing a cold smile. “We gave you a chance to back off, but you insisted on causing trouble. Who’s to blame? Do you still want milk now?”
The ruffian vigorously shook his head, but Leo suddenly raised his hand.
The next second, the steel pipe landed on the ruffian’s body, and a piercing scream echoed.
After dealing with the ruffian, Leo handed the steel pipe to Bob.
Bob had been itching to join in, and after taking the steel pipe, he didn’t discriminate. He gave each of the remaining three ruffians a “thrashing” turn.
Once Bob had his fun, Leo smiled at the onlookers. “For those who have money, show your appreciation by donating, and for those who don’t, show your support. Today’s drinking ends here. Could someone please call emergency services? We bid you farewell, and until we meet again!”
Settling the bill and leaving the bar, Bob and Bevis had something to attend to, so they quickly took a taxi and left.
Leo originally planned to take a taxi back to the clinic, but strangely enough, after waiting for a long time, no empty taxis showed up.
Growing impatient, Leo decided to walk to the nearby bus stop.
Once on the bus, Leo immediately regretted it due to the overcrowding.
He squeezed his way inside, finally grabbing onto a handrail and letting out a sigh of relief.
As the bus started moving, bored, Leo began scanning his surroundings, hoping to spot a beautiful woman and enjoy the view.
However, Leo didn’t hold much hope.
After all, in this day and age, as long as you’re a beautiful woman, you naturally have an ATM sticking to you and a luxury car to ride. Why would you take the bus?
After scanning the area, Leo actually spotted someone quite eye-catching.
Not far behind him, a pure and beautiful girl was wearing headphones, listening to music with a blissful smile on her face.
Leo turned around and “innocently” admired her, and the girl seemed to notice his gaze. She looked up and smiled slightly at him, then waved her hand.
Leo was taken aback. What did this mean? Did she know him? His mind quickly searched, but ultimately, there was no face that matched the girl’s.
However, when a beauty waves at you, can you still call yourself a man if you don’t go over?
“Beauty, do we know each other?” Leo shrugged, and the two male passengers in front immediately leaned to the sides, leisurely walking towards the girl with a smile.
The girl took off her headphones and smiled. “We don’t know each other. But it doesn’t matter now, because we know each other.”
Leo couldn’t help but be stunned.
The girl’s seductive body approached Leo, and she placed a hand on his shoulder. “Handsome, you should feel honored, I’ve chosen you.”
“Oh? How should I interpret this?” Leo “shyly” smiled, and out of caution, his right hand casually rested on the girl’s shoulder.
Leo believed that if the girl had any improper intentions, he could instantly crush her shoulder blade.
Feeling the warmth from Leo’s palm, the girl couldn’t help but giggle, adding a touch of coquetry to her originally innocent face.
“Handsome, do you want to play with me? Just for 500 dollars.” The girl exhaled softly, leaning close to Leo’s ear and whispering.
“… ” Leo instantly petrified.
What was going on?
“How about it, handsome? I’m fluent in four foreign languages. I can call you in Japanese, French, English, or Korean. If it weren’t for your handsome looks, the price would be 500!”
“You can choose the location, or we can go to my place!” The girl delivered another heavy blow.
“Beauty, if you chose me today, you’ve really picked the wrong person. I don’t have 500 in my pocket, how about 50? If that works, then I’ll go with you!” Leo whispered with a low voice.
As soon as she heard the price, the girl’s face suddenly changed, and she pushed him away with a look of disdain in her eyes. “If 50 t is all you have, then go home and play with yourself!”
Leo chuckled coldly, reached out, and pulled the girl over. “I’m not interested in my own hand, but I’m very interested in you.”
