“What is that black mist released from that thing!?” Maniwa shouted angrily.
The deaths of two Human Ninjas and six Upper Ninjas felt like a piece of flesh was torn from Maniwa’s heart.
Yuriko’s face showed shock, disbelief, and a hint of fear.
“Miss Koken, I never expected Leo to have such a powerful treasure. We underestimated him,” Yuriko took a deep breath and looked uneasy.
“Underestimating him means nothing. Even if he can kill Human Ninjas, he is no match for Yonamine!”
“When Yonamine defeats and captures him, the treasure in his hand will belong to the Koken family. Even if it costs us dearly, it will be worth it!”
Maniwa’s heart bled as she spoke with determination to capture Leo today and bring him back to Orientia.
The escaped Human Ninja named Nakasone Yosuke was more enraged by his companions’ deaths, “Leo, how dare you kill the Koken family ninja? You will die horribly!”
“You little devil! Stop talking nonsense and let me send you to your ninja companions,” Leo said coldly as he charged towards Nakasone.
Although not afraid of death, Nakasone feared the mountain-like object in Leo’s hand greatly. He knew there would be terrible consequences if he got too close to Leo. So while dodging Leo’s attack, Nakasone quickly retreated backwards.
As he retreated rapidly with both hands forming seals: “Ninjutsu – Ice Tiger!”
A fierce tiger formed from condensed ice suddenly appeared in the open space between Leo and Nakasone, emitting a heart-wrenching roar that caused the surrounding temperature to rapidly drop.
Leo formed hand seals with his left hand, condensing energy blades that shot towards the ice tiger.

The energy blades failed to shatter the ice tiger but left deep marks on its surface.
The ice tiger roared again, leaped forward, and pounced directly at Leo.
Leo activated a Spirit Fire Talisman, summoning a dark blue flame that transformed into a spirit snake, charging at the incoming ice tiger.
In the next moment, the spirit fire snake coiled around the body of the ice tiger. The tiger struggled and roared in mid-air, but soon melted into a puddle of water, falling from the sky.
Leo’s body flickered, swiftly closing the distance between him and Nakasone.
Once again, the black mist erupted from the Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak, enveloping Nakasone in a single breath.
With the Ice Tiger technique broken, Nakasone once again experienced the terrifying gravitational pressure. Fear flashed in his eyes as he sensed the breath of death.
“Mr. Yonamine, save me!” Nakasone shouted loudly.
Just as Nakasone cried out for help, three invisible energy blades were already closing in on his body.
Nakasone managed to dodge two of the energy blades.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t evade the third one, and a grim hole appeared in his chest, gushing out blood.

In just a few short minutes, three Human Ninjas and six Upper Ninjas had all been lost at the hands of Leo.

“Yonamine, it’s up to you now.” Maniwa muttered heavily.
The perspective returned to Leo, who let out a long breath. He had consecutively slain three Human Ninjas and six Upper Ninjas, which consumed a significant amount of his Spiritual Power.
Just as Leo was preparing to assist Fire Rose in the west, a strong sense of crisis pierced him like a needle.
A figure appeared eerily behind Leo, followed by a flash of a blade.
Leo swiftly turned around, without hesitation, he immediately summoned the Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak.
After the Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak was thrown out, it instantly grew several times larger, acting as a barrier in front of Leo.
“Clang!” A sharp metallic sound rang out as the blade struck the Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak.
The Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak was unable to withstand the force of the blade, and it rebounded towards Leo.
While catching the Nine Abyss Suppresses Evil Peak, Leo also endured the tremendous force from the blade. Caught off guard, his chest felt tight, and a mouthful of blood sprayed out.
In front of Leo stood an elder dressed in a purple ninja robe.
This elder was none other than Yonamine, the Lower Earth Ninja who had previously inflicted serious injuries on Leo.

Hundreds of energy blades condensed in front of Leo and began spinning like a storm, then transformed into a conical airflow, attacking Yonamine.

After more than ten seconds, the power of the energy blade storm was exhausted and dissipated. The rock and soil barrier shattered and turned back into dirt, revealing Yonamine’s body.
Leo narrowed his eyes. The strength of an Earth Ninja was indeed much stronger than that of a Human Ninja.
The attack just now, if it were against a Human Ninja, would definitely have killed them. However, Yonamine emerged unscathed.
