“I’m at my home… Any problem…? ”
I looked at him shocked and also Cami was a bit amazed at his answer.
He was now dressed in normal clothes. He was wearing track and suit.
He laid on his door with is arms crossed over his chest. He looked at is with a smirk on his face.
“This? This is Mrs Harley’s home. She was here till yesterday. How can you be in his house. Do you know her? ” Cami asked.
“No, I don’t know any Harley or his wife. ” She said as he blinked his mesmerizing eyes with each words.
“Then what are you doing here. Where is Mrs Harley ?” Cami was a bit furious. She said in a louder voice.
“Is she inside? ” I asked Mr Gold nervously.
“No one is inside. ” He said. He was so calm but Cami was getting irritated with him.
“How dare you? Ley call Mrs Harley. Even if you are rich, how can you enter someone’s house when they are not in home ?” Cami said looking at me.
I took out the phone nervously. I was nervous and I looked at mr Gold. I wonder what he was doing here.
“Give it to me… I’ll call her. ” Cami asked the phone.
I gave her the phone and looked back at Mr gold. He was so calm. He was smiling . His lips were curved in a beautiful smile. But his smile was more like a smirk.
Cami dialed Mrs Harley’s phone for few times before it got connected.
“Hello ” Mrs Harley picked up the phone.
“Hello.. Mrs Harley. ”
“yes? Who are you? ”
“Yes Mrs Harley. It’s me Camila. Remember? I live next to you. ” Camila said.
“Yes, what happened? ” she asked politely .
“Mrs Harley , where are you? When are you coming back. There is person at your home. I don’t know how he got the keys but he is inside your house. ” Camila complained to Mrs Harley.
“What are you talking about Cami? I already left that room yesterday. I don’t live there anymore .” she said.
” What are you saying? Why won’t you come back? ” Cami said through the phone gripping the phone tightly.
“”Please come fast. There is someone at your house. ” Cami added.
“What are you talking about Camila. Can’t you hear me? I’ve already sold it, so it is non of my concern .” She said with a bit of anger.
“but… ”
” I was given double money bys rich people. They said some Mr Gold wants it. That’s why I left that place. If you want you can sell your apartment too. “Mrs Harley said.
Camila hung up the phone in irritation. She looked at Mr gold as if she was going to kill him anytime.
” Why did you buy this appartment ? ” she asked Mr Gold.
“I wanted to… ” he replied.
” What’s so special about this house. Why did you buy it? ” she asked
“I don’t tell you ? Did I? I not only bought the appartment. ” he said smiling sweetly at Camila.
“Well, I have some works to attend to. Don’t ever disturb me again. ” Mr Gold said as he closed the door.
“He bought an apartment here? ” I asked Cami .
Crack.
The door opened a bit and Mr gold take his head out though the gap.
I was a bit shocked. What if he had listened something wrong.
I can buy anywhere I want. ,, he said to us.
What do you want? – Cami asked him.
Whatever I want, I don’t need to tell you. he said back to Cami.
Cami made her hand into fist.
I know who you are… Don’t you think I won’t recognize you.. – cami shouted at me gold.
I looked her in shock. What had happened to this sweet girl. What has she recognized that she wants mr gold to know that had already recognized.
Well That’s a good thing then. everyone recognises me wherever I went. – he said being so full of himself.
You – Cami looked at him with angry eyes.
He was not irritated. He seems to enjoy the talk. He was smiling.
In a while his smike faded away and then he looked aloof. He closed the door with a bang.
What does he thinks of himself. He can’t do anything just because he have money.
Cami was still furious at him.
Calm down Cami. Take a deep breath. ,,, I tried to make her calm a bit.
Did you see what I made today? – I asked to distract her from this thing.
She looked at me, and the she looked down, but she didn’t said anything.
Lets go and have breakfast. Who cares who lives here. Let’s go I made some cupcakes for you.. I pushed her slowly towards our appartment .
I hold her by shoulders and went to the door… Before I opened it I looked back but he wasn’t here. Nor his door was opened.
I shouldn’t expect anything… Sigh.
I went in and gave her some cupcakes . After eating some of them she seemed fine now. And she was now moaning in the taste of the cake.
“How is it? ” I asked.
” Its out of the world… ” she smiled at me. I went forward and gave her a big hug.
Willis’s pov.
My mate and her roommate was going towards their appartment. She didn’t once looked back as she went to her apartment.
I closed the door after she closed her door.
This wasn’t as big as my villa. But it is cozy. The bright and white lights on the walls seems so good. It was a plain and beautiful.
I went to the kitchen and put on apron.
O turned the knob of the glass and with a dash sound the gas lit up. I put a pan on it. It was breakfast time so I was going to have for sure.
I take some eggs from the fridge. I put down a white bowl at the table. I took an egg and slightly hit it on the edge of the table.
Crack, a part if the egg cracked and I removed the part with my own hand. I put the egg on the bowl. But only the inside thing. I throw the outsides.
I mix some salt and turmeric on the egg. I mixed them as well with the egg.
The pan on the gas aas hot already. I put some oil on it. I tool an onion and chopped them. . i put the chopped onion on the pan… The oil was hot already , so the onion becane red in a while.
I put the mixture of egg with salts. In a while, the omelette was ready.
I put it on a plate. And them I pour orange juice on a glass.
I went to the living room and sat on the sofa.
I had omelette . In between of the breakfast , I remember… Riley’s file.
I get my phone and called Liam. He didn’t picked up his phone. I called again.
Then after a while the call got connected.
“hello. ”
“Hmm”
“Good morning sir is there anything? Why did you call me “he asked me.
Where is the file. Send it to me now… I want everything to me sent here.
You really want to spent time there? – Liam who was just woken from his sleep. He was so tired yesterday. He didn’t even get a good sleep from my work.
It took him good amount of time before he could make Mrs Harley agree with them.
Liam was holding his phone on his hand. He just woke up and he didn’t know what he was talking about.
He then realised the other person on the phone would surely be scared. He stopped his talking and looked at Mr gold’s name on his phone.
Dont worry Mr gold. I’ll deliver those papers to you. I personally will. – Liam said.
I hung up the phone here and waited for him to deliver those papers.
I have my breakfast and waited for him to came.
I was still at that neighborhood, I don’t wanted to go anywhere. In a while , the doorbell was ringing…
I opened the door and outside was Liam. He was panting. It seems like he was running just now. He was so much drenched in sweat.
You have a car and yet you are sweating? … I asked him
There were lots of people at the elevator. And i came up by the stairs … He replied.
I’s thus the file? – I asked about the file
It’s Here. – he handed a document in my hand.
I went in and sat on the sofa. Then I took a deep breath before I could open the documents. Liam was sitting a bit far from us.
