I was angered but i can’t do anything here…
I stromed out of the church. There were lots of people everywhere.
“where have you asked them to meet? ”
“I searched on Google and there is a cafe just ahead of that turning. The review says the coffee there is really good. ” Liam said as he opened the car door for me.
I went in and sat on the passenger seat while he sat next to the driver.
He told the location and the driver start up the car.
Soon we were in front of Razors caf?. It seems pretty good. I never thought there would be some good caf? near a church.
We went in and sat on a table. In a while two people in suit came to the cafe with a briefcase in hand. They were from our company here to deliver the paper to us. They got out of caf? as they went out.
In a while our coffee came and the clients also cmt to the cafe.
“Hello Mr, Gold. I’m Andy Jackson. ” he offered me his hand.
I accepted his handshake “Nice to meet you. ”
Another guy who came with him sat on a side quietly.
I looked at Liam and he took out the paper from the briefcase.
“Well Mr Jackson, you can read the contract paper before you sign. ” he gave the paper to his assistant.
He read the paper in a while. Till then I enjoyed my coffee. The coffee here was really good.
“Well, Golden Company is really something worth respect. I’m very satisfied with the contract. ” he said keeping down the paper.
“Well then, let’s sign the contract. ” I looked at Liam and he gave him a pen.
“Well, I hope our deal with bring both of us to a successful tommorow. ” he said as he signed the contract.
I smiled at him and signed the paper as well.
“Well, it’s done. Here is the paper, we’ll discuss other things later. ” Liam gave Mr Jackson a copy of the original contract and keep the contract in the briefcase.
“Thank you Mr Gold for your time. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. ” Andy stood up.
“We’ll be get going now.” ..
I nodded at him and he went out of the cafe. Even though the contract was signed, I wasn’t in a hurry to go back. I drank the coffee completely untill it’s last drop .
“Let’s go. ” when the coffee was finished, I got up off the table. Liam paid the bill and followed me closely behind .
When we got back on the car parking place, I smelled her scent. I scanned the whole area.
Then my eyes locate her, she was going here and there in seach of something.
Wait why did she came out?
Is she out with that Jason guy?
My mind started thinking nonsense. I felt anger inside me, as I thought of Jason and how he hold her hand and talk about their marriage .
“He wasn’t here when I left the city, when did he came back? ”
“Who came back, sir? ” Liam tirned back and asked me.
“Did you find the information, I asked you to collect? ”
“Information?? Ohh yeah, Riley . I’ve find everything about her. ” he said.
“Then give me the information. What are you waiting for? ”
“Now? ”
“Yeah”
He scratched his head and said “That… I don’t have thet right now. I’ve put all the information in a file and you it on the drawer at office. ”
“What? Why would you put that in office? ”
What if others find out???
“Sorry sir, I was busy with the paperworks. I really forgot to send those to villa. ” he said.
“Leave it. ”
I looked outside the car, and she was still looking here and there. She then moved towards the bus.
I got out of the car and moved towards her. She was quite far from the place where I was. I only saw her entering the bus.
When i reached closer and closer, I felt that she was a bit panicked and scared. I paced up my speed and quickly entered the bus.
When I entered, I locate her in an instant. She was looking at me too. But ger eyes were glowing a bit.
As soon as our eyes met, she quickly looked away. She then buried her face in her arms as if she was scared that I’ll see her glowing eyes. As if I’ll call her monster…
She was scared from inside, she was afraid of herself… She was nervous too.
I could feel her, I could feel her wolf trying to connect with Ray. Ray also want to talk to her.
My eyes changed color and now Ray was taking control of my body. He looked at her mate with so much adore.
She was still hiding her face in her arms as Ray called out “Mate. ”
She slowly lift her face up and looked at me. Her eyes were still glowing but I had taken control from Ray. I don’t want to mess up everything.
“What… What did you just said…? “she asked me with a bit of shock in her eyes.
“I didn’t said anything, you just imagined things. ” I said to he and her glace become gloomy gradually.
“You, what are you doing here… Go away.. “She said as she again covered her face in her hands .
When she was covering her face, I saw a red stain in her hand. I looked carefully and it was blood in her hand.
Something inside me hurt… I felt a sharp pain in my heart. I went up to her and take her soft hands in my hands.
I felt a pleasurable shock wave moved in my veins. I felt my heart throbbing inside my chest. I have touched her before when she was drunk but this was so good.
” What are you doing… Let me go… ” she tried to pull her hands away .
I hold her more tightly and make it unmovable. I flipped her hand and saw she had got a cut in her hand. Thankfully it wasn’t that deep.
“let me go… You… ” she was constantly applying force to withdraw her hand.
I looked at her and then she got quiet. She didn’t said anything.
I focused back on her hand. I touched the wound.
“Shhh” she hissed at my touch.
“Does it hurt? ”
She was looking at me but I was looking at her hands. I don’t know what was her expression.
She shook her head .
I didn’t have first aid kit with me at this time. I searched in my pocket and found a hankercheif in one pocket.
I take it out with one hand while I was still holding her hand with another.
“What are you. …”
“Can you stay quiet for a while? ” I glared at her and she nooded her head.
I focused back on her hand and tied the hanky in her wound.
It will at least stop from bleeding.
She quickly withdrew her hand as soon as I released her hand.
I heard some noises outside. I looked out and saw the people inside church were caming out of the there. I think the marriage has completed now and they are going for the party hall.
I looked at my mate once but she was again covering her face. I shook my head and went out of the bus.
Riley’s POV
I looked at him leaving the bus. My eyes followed him untill he reached inside his car. Then I looked at my own hand it was folded on his hankercheif.
Unintentionally, a smile escaped from my lips.
People was coming out of hall and, my friends will came out for sure too.
I quickly took out my phone and opened the front camera. I look at the girl on the phone screen. Thankfully, my eyes were back to normal.
I take a sigh and out the phone down. I looked out of window untill my friends cane inside the bus .
In a while the bus was filled with the people. I was still looking out of the car and there were people starting there vechile to go to the party hall. We were going there s well.
Cami, Ethan and Jason also climbed the bus in a while.
Cami and Ethan sat on there seat while Jason sat beside my seat.
I looked out to the black Mercedes but the cars black window were up and I cut do anything about that.
In a while we moved towards the destination.
“Why did you came out? ” Jason askeis as the bus started to move..
“I just came out for sine fresh air. ” 77 I replied.
