I felt like dancing…. I was happy. Ray was happy. He was howling with joy inside me. I look at the video again and again in the part while she quickly looked away and kept her head down in the moment when I looked at her direction. She was looking at me without my consent.
I looked at the video further and further. And soon it was the part where she came to me. I looked at her nervous face while coming towards me.
I kept looking and there was the part where she ran out of my sight in the party. I thought she disappeared but in the video I saw that she had been to the washroom instead. And Anyee also followed her giving the drink to the Rick guy.
I smiled looking at the video. My mate was so nervous to talk to me that she needed to use washroom huh?
After a while, it was the part when she came back. I saw her moving forward but she was trying to hide behind Rick. Whike the whole video played, all my focus was only on her.
While I was watching the video, I was getting a bit angrier as well as my wolf because it will soon gonna be the part where my mate will be touched by Samuel. I got pissed at that thought.
Riley moved forward with the drink in her hand .

I was looking at the worst part of the video. I wanted to see that…. I wanted to see her expression because at that time I could not see anything because the drink spilles in me and I had my eyes closed.
Wgile she was about to take her third step, suddenly the girl standing next to her spread one of her leg forward and blocked her way. My mate who didn’t expected that got tripped and lost her balance.
All of the sudden, all the anger regarding that moment got transferred to Olivia. How dare she do this to my mate ? She was the root cause of all this. Because of her I was so stressed that long? Because of her, I was angry with my mate, because of her I was envious at my mate being happy. Because of her I sent her to that far, I punished her where there was no fault of her…. She got into danger…. Her life was on risk… Her leg was hurt, her arm was wounded all because of her… She was the main root of the problem…
I got so angry at Olivia as well as me. How stupid was i to not see the fact? How stupid was i to punish my mate without her fault?
I looked at the innocent mate in the screen. She closed her eyes while she was falling. She didn’t know that she was caught by my best friend. Now, I wasn’t angry at him but thankful because if he hadn’t caught her she might got hurt badly.
I looked at her innocenct face. She quickly got straight as soon as she saw Samuel in front of her. I was happy at that but more angrier at me.
I got out of the office with laptop in my hand. I went to my desk and sat calmly. I was so calm but inside I was burning with anger. I know this is the calmness before the hurricane.
As I seat on my seat, Liam came to me. I looked at him.
“How is it? ” he asked.
I looked at his desk. It was on the left side. It was good and medium sized. I nodded at him.
“Ask Olivia from finance department to get here ” I said.
He looked at me for a while and nodded. He left the office.
I sat there and waited for their arrival. I had already prepared in my mind, what was I going to do with her.
After a while there was a knock on the door.
“Came in ” I said calmly.
Liam and Olivia walked through the door. My blood boiled anger looking at her . Even Ray was so in rage that he want to came out and bite off the head of the people who wanted to hurt his mate .
“Hello sir ” she nodded at me.
I didn’t respond to her greetings.
Liam went back to his desk and started working without much interference.
She came forward smiling “May I know, why did you remembered me for ” she said as she sat on the chair seductively.
I felt my anger increasing to more height. “Did I ask you to seat? ” I said coldly.
She got panicked at my words and quickly get to a side. ” I’m sorry Mr Gold. It was my fault, I don’t dare to do it in the future please forgive me ” she appolized.
I looked at her and smirk came out on my lips ” You think you will get another chance? ”
She froze at my words. She must understand from my words and facial expression that something was not good. Her face went pale and she said in a weak voice ” I don’t understand ”
“Oh. You don’t have to? ” I said looking away from her.
“Then I… ” she stopped there.
“Take a seat ” I said.
She sat on the desk but she didn’t talked this time.
“I heard you did a great job a few days ago? ” I asked her.
“Me? ” she pointed at her nose.
Olivia tried to remember all the works that she had done recently. She had never done a work by herself. She used to boss around and bully newbies. m, make them do her works but applying all the effort she couldn’t remember her one work that was good.
“Yes, you” I replied. She was confused. She looked at me with confusion. I smiled inside at her, if you want to play let’s do it. I said inside my head and Ray smiled at me.
“But… I don’t remember… ”
“I’m going to reward you for that ” I said cutting her off.
Olivia get excited as soon as she heard that she was about to get the reward. She didn’t care about the work as long as she got reward.
“Really? ” she jumped off the chair in excitement.
“Yes I was going to… But if you don’t remember then what’s the point… ” I played with her a little more.
“I do remember… I remember that I did good job lately. I just don’t thought I would get rewarded by you ” she said quickly as soon as I said but…
Olivia didn’t care what his boss was talking about….. Her head was filled with the imagination of the reward he was talking about…. Will it he a diamond necklace, or a car… Or I will be promoted.. Is the company going to give me car…. She thought a lot of possible things and became happy in her own thoughts.
I saw her smiling sheepishly lost in her own thoughts and I smiled at that.
“Yes I had to reward you after you did that amazing work in that party….. ” I said the word incomplete and let her guess what the work was.
As soon as the party word came in her mind she thought of Riley. She thought how she tripped her while she was about to toast mr gold. And the drink on her hand had landed on Mr gold.
No no she shook her head. Why would Mr gold reward me for making the drink fall on him. There must be other reasons.
“Did anyone asked you to do that ? Maybe Vice president…… ” I asked her…. It was not a casual question. I knew from very beggining that Bella liked me. And she was my mate so it was obvious for them to be rivals. But this should be from Riley’s side because Bella don’t know me… She don’t know that I am a werewolf.
“No, no. ” Olivia shook her both hands. ” I did it myself. No one else was involved. I was the only one to do it. ” she said.
Olivia was thinking nothing but about the reward. She didn’t want to share her rewards with anyone by giving them credit as for what Willis was talking about, she didn’t care about that….. She thought she was with Bella that night and Mr Gold must be rewarding me because of sister Bella. After all she was the closest girl around mr gold… she thought
“Your reward is….. ” I went closer to her. She was smiling brightly with happiness. I went near and near to her and whispered I her ear “You are fired. ”
