Silver Moon Pack
The new Alpha was seen coming out of his chamber as the servants assembled themselves leading him to the dinning for his breakfast.
While breakfast was going on, Jason walked In to sit beside his father the new Alpha.
“My boy, come and eat with your dad” the Alpha called out to him excitedly.
“Dad, there’s something I want us to discuss about” he brought out a chair and sat close to the Alpha.
“Can’t it wait till after breakfast?’
“Of course, it can wait. I will be In my room” he stood up and headed straight to his room.
“Don’t worry son, I will be there as soon as I finish my breakfast” he shouted loud enough for Jason to hear.
Vanessa’s home
“I’m really tired of this fùcking pack, everything is just getting worst” Alex ranted frustratedly .
“How do you mean” he dad asked dropping the tools he was holding.
“First it was the Alpha being kidnapped. After a futile search for days, his body was found already dead and all of a sudden a new Alpha came. We don’t even know who he is, but we let him take the throne. Isn’t that weird? Don’t you think there’s something going on?”
“I don’t care about the pack anymore. What I need is to find my daughter. Nessa has been gone for months without any trace nor news about her disappearance. Your mom is going insane, can’t you see?”
“That’s also weird, cause mom doesn’t like Nessa”.
“You got it wrong, your mom loves Nessa a lot. But Nessa is a very stubborn girl and won’t listen to your mom, that’s why she’s mad at Nessa”.
“That story is also weird, you said mom loves Nessa, but they don’t get along. That hardly talk to each other, so wei….”
“Stop saying weird. The only that is weird is you”.
“How do you mean dad?”
“You’re already twenty four without a mate, don’t you think it’s weird?”
“Now you just said something I don’t wanna remember”.
“Lete give you a hint on how to find your mate quickly”.
“And what is that?”
I think you should join the rest In the upcoming mate hunting, don’t you think so?”
“Dad, why should you say that? I’m still too young for that, I’m only twenty four. Mate hunting is for old people without mate and I don’t need to stress myself looking for a mate” Alex added before running inside.
“Such a crazy son I have, you are going to join them in the next coming mate hunt” he shouted loud enough for Alex to hear.

Alpha’s chamber
As soon as the Alpha finished eating his breakfast, he rushed to Jason’s room.
He pushed open the door without knocking and Jason’s loud scream was heard from downstairs.
“Why would you come into my room without telling me” anger visibly written in his voice.
“But I told you I was gonna come after breakfast”.
“Yes I heard that but why didn’t you knock before pushing the door open?”
“You might wanna dress up before shouting, don’t you think?”.
Realization dawned on Jason as he noticed he was still naked. He quickly covered himself with an available blanket.
“What do you wanna talk about?”
“I went to the Crescent moon pack today”.
“That’s so good of you, that pack is gonna be ours very soon. Your mom is taking care of that”.
“That’s not what I’m talking about”.
“So what are you talking about?”
“Don’t you think we should let them be, after all we’re already controlling many packs including the blue moon pack, that’s one of the biggest pack. Why don’t we just let the crescent moon pack be, the pack is still small” he said visibly shaking from the anger.
“Shut your mouth up, nothing is too small for me to have. I wanna control the whole pack be it a small pack or a big pack, I wanna control them all.
“But dad….”
“No buts. How do you feel with the servants at your call, or the pack members at your feet. You will live like a god, no one can challenge you not even your friends and your mate”.
“Don’t talk about my mate”.
“I was only trying to make an example”.
“You know what?”
“What?”
“I think this conversation is ending”.
“But I just came in”.
“I know but I think I need to think over this whole thing including your lust for power”.
“Don’t you dare raise your voice at me son”.
“I can’t be your son, I can’t be a son to a man who don’t even care about people’s feeling. A father who only cares about himself, who wouldn’t mind risking his son’s life for anything. I don’t think I want such person as my father”.

“Please leave I wanna be left alone”.
“If that’s what you want, I will leave” he said before stepping.
“You’re my father yet you deceived me, you used. I don’t think i can ever forgive myself.
That man trusted me yet I killed him, he took me as his son, he gave me everything I ever wanted but I killed him because of you.
I’m sorry Alpha Maldrake please forgive me. I know I’ve hurt you and I’m sorry, I promise to make everything right, I will look for your son and bring him back” Jason ranted. Throwing anything his hands could reach across the room.
“Son are you okay? Alpha Killian asked from the outside.
“Just got away” Jason said before busting into another round of tears.

Vanessa’s POV
“Who are you and what are you doing on my window” I asked the person on my window.
“Shh, I’m here to save you” he said jumping inside through the window.
“Why should I believe you?”
“You should cause I can kill you right now if I want to”.
Well what he said make a little sense, but I can’t just leave with a total stranger just like that.
“Why should I leave with someone I don’t even know” I asked him.
“Just come with me, there’s no time to explain. Anna is gonna be here soon and she’s gonna force you to eat the food she brought and you know what will happen after eating that, don’t you? I’m here to save you.
As soon as we leave here I’m gonna tell you who I am” he said using a tiny key to unlock the chain on my hands and legs.
He dragged me to the window and was ready to jump when I remembered something.
“What?” He stopped on his track looking confusingly at me.
“What are you waiting for? We need to leave before she comes here”.
I ran back to my room, ransacking my bag, I brought out my perfume and black track.
After dressing up I quickly sprayed the perfume.
“What’s that for?” He asked.
“This will make them not to smell us. I handed it over to him.
After spraying he handed it back to me before jumping through the window and I followed behind.
We sneaked out slowly and noiselessly as we could but when we got to the pack gate, I heard Anna screamed. I instantly knew she’s in my room.
