I opened the door for him to come in. He should say whatever he wants to say and leave.
Why would an Alpha let traitors in his of course he’s a fool. Can’t he just see, or is he paying deaf ears cause he want more pack member?
If that’s the reason then he’s not supposed to be an Alpha.
“Uhhm” he cleared his throat.
“Vanessa, I know you’re very mad at me for not sending them away. But it’s not what you think”.
“What I think? What was I thinking? You let traitors in your pack what were you expecting, peace? You don’t know what I’ve been through, do you?”
“I know, I understand your pains. But you see I need them here to know their plan. They are the only ones who can take me to the person behind them coming to my pack to destroy me.
I can’t let them go just like that, there are things I need to know” he voiced out.
“I never thought of that. There’s someone behind their evil actions”.
“I knew Anna was the person who implanted my pendant in your room”.
“How did you know?” I thought I was clever and wise. I never this man right here is…… I’m speechless”.
“What do we do?”
“I’m gonna think of a plan”.
“How long will you take to device a plan?” I asked impatiently.
“I don’t know for now” he said and left.
I happily ran into the bathroom to take my bath. I’ve never been so happy in my entire life.
An idea struct me. A very wonderful idea. I need to see the Alpha and tell him of my plan.
I dressed up as fast as I could and I rushed downstairs to the Alpha’s chamber, But was shock by the sight in front of me.
If this is a dream, someone should wake me up.

I ran back to my room as fast as my legs could carry me.
Just now I thought I saw a good person. Why are people so cruel?”
“You are also one of them” Xina spoke I my head.
“Just get out of my head you fool”.
“Before I go, don’t forget you rejected our mate because of your selfish desire” she said before vanishing.
I’ve never seen Xina so angry but today I just felt everything crumbling down.
I just wanna leave this place but where would I go? Who would wanna take a stranger in? Absolutely no one.
I just need to avoid him in my best way.
Soon afterward I was called downstairs for lunch, but I got no appetite. I decided to ignore the caller.
Just when I thought no more disturbance, a knock on the door made me realize I’m not in my house where I give order.
“Who is there” I whispered. But the person heard me to give a reply.
“It’s me, open up”.
“I wanna be left alone, please go”.
“It’s me, the Alpha open the door” he said with the voice of authority. But I’m too angry to listen to that.
“I just said I need to be left alone, just go” I burst into another round of tears as I find myself unable to control it.
“Nessa, what’s wrong? Please open the door I need to see you please”.
Did he just say please twice? I should be happy but I’m not. I don’t even wanna see his face.
“Okay, I will go. But I will come back” he said as I heard his footsteps fading away.
Today is the first time I’ve refused my food cause I was angry. Even when Jason found his mate I wasn’t as heartbroken as this.
But today I felt vulnerable.
I woke up to the knock on the door.

“Alpha king demands your presence” the announcer said and left.
Why does he wanna see me? Can’t he just let me be?.
I sluggishly went downstairs just to beheld another ugly sight of Meredith sitting on the Alpha’s leg like she is his mate.
I wanted returning back to my room when a tiny voice spoke with authority, making me stop on my spot. Not because I was scared but because I was surprised at her guts.
“Stop right there” the voice kept ringing in my head.
I turned giving her death look but she wasn’t scared at all.
Well I’m not surprised. She now sees herself as the Luna.
Who knows how long this has been going on.
“And why do you think you’re in the best position to stop me?” I found myself unable to control my and as i want I hold and punch the life out of her.
“Cause I’m your Luna and you must do as I say”.
“You wish” I turned to leave but she grasped my hand, landing a very dirty slap on my face.
“Don’t you dare walk out on me” I turned to look at the Alpha but wasn’t bothered. He kept eating his food like nothing happened.
We I guess I have to show her the stuff I’m made of.
I returned back the slap that I could see her cheeks turn red like a tomato.
What were you thinking, huh? You’d just slap me as you wish and go away with it? Not in this life Meredith cause I’m gonna squeeze the life out of you. Don’t you dare me” I warned but what happened next shocked me to my bones.
The Alpha slapped me.
“Don’t you dare raise your hand on your Luna” he warned.
“Well I guess I’ve over stayed my welcome. I’m leaving your pack for good” I said heading upstairs to pack my things but his cold voice stopped me.
“You’re going no where. I decide when you leave” I turned facing him.
Was he really the Alpha or someone in disguise.
He signalled his guard to take me to my room and I was locked.
“Open this door, you can’t keep me here. If you don’t want me then let me go” I shouted as loud as my lungs could.
“You will spend the rest of your life in that room without seeing the light outside” she spoke from the outside.
“Not even you can stop me from leaving” I retorted.
“Why don’t we see about that” she said and laughed wickedly.
This not the time to banter words with her. I just need a plan to leave this place, cause when the pack will be falling I don’t wanna be here.
The door was opened as the Alpha walked in holding a tray.
“What are you doing here? Just go back to your useless Luna”.
“Vanessa just listen to me”.
“There’s nothing to listen to, you’re just a weak Alpha who doesn’t know his left from the right. Just get out I don’t wanna see you”.
“Do you detest me that much? You don’t even wanna listen to me, how do I explain”.
“There’s nothing to explain for as long as I know she’s your Luna. Just leave!!” I screamed at the upper of my voice.
“Okay but don’t complain cause I tried to explain but you won’t listen” he said before stepping out.
