Serina took a tissue to wipe her mouth.
“I can’t believe he considers me as a substitute for Marco!” Serina complained as she blew her nose.
She threw the tissue on the ground and looked at Ernest.
“Why don’t you say something?” she asked.
“What?” Ernest had lost in thought.
“I said why you are so silent? Ernie, have you already known about it?” Serina noticed his distraction.
“I…”
“Tell me the truth!” Serina said.
“Marco…”
“Marco? Why do you know her name?” Serina interrupted him.
Ernest nodded, “It was on the news a few years ago, but my little grandmother later stopped the spread of the news. What makes me confused is that Marco is a man, according to the rumor.”
“A man?” Serina frowned and carefully recalled the photo. “It’s not true. I’m sure the one in the picture is a woman.”
“I have never seen Marco before. The news I heard said that my uncle was gay.” Ernest said.
She began to doubt herself.
The person in the photo had very short hair and was wearing ordinary jeans, seeming to be about seventeen or eighteen years old without obvious female features.

“You didn’t tell me that you were with my uncle at first,” Ernest complained.
“I…” Serina didn’t know what to say. If she didn’t hide it from Ernest at the beginning, she would have known about Marco long ago.
“Are you about to divorce my uncle?” Ernest asked.
“Of course. I have to quit. I can’t bear him thinking about another person all the time. I swear I will never be a substitute for anyone else.”
Ernest nodded.
“It’s good for you.” He said.
“Are you serious? I’m about to get a divorce, but you don’t even comfort me.” Serina cried.
“I have cooked for you and made your milk tea. What else do you want?” Ernest said.
Serina curled her lips and stopped talking.
“How could you say that I didn’t comfort you? Every time you got disappointed in love; I was here for you.” Ernest felt that he was wronged.
The last time when she found that Sammy and Clara had a love affair, she also called him back and drank with him.
Serina realized she had gone too far, so she linked her arm through his and said, “Ernie, you’re so sweet. Don’t worry. I will find a perfect wife for you.”
Ernest sighed, “Next time you break up, don’t forget to feed yourself. Otherwise, you don’t know what going to happen.”
“I see.” Serina touched her stomach. After eating some noodles, she was not that upset.
“You need to have a rest, and you may feel better tomorrow morning. I have to go.” Ernest said.
“Where are you going?” Serina asked.
“I still have to work tomorrow. If you need anything, just give me a call.”
Serina nodded.
Ernest patted her forehead, “Take care of yourself and go to bed early. Good night.”
Serina told him to drive slowly and be careful.
Then, Ernest waved to her and left.
Serina locked the door, washed her face, and lay down on the bed.
She didn’t sleep well that night due to the nightmare.
When she opened her eyes in the morning, she felt that her eyes were badly hurting because she had cried all night.
Since she didn’t want to get up, she started playing with her phone in bed.
Seeing a pink icon, she opened the app.
Her time of period was recorded in this app, for she was too lazy to bear it in mind.
Some time ago, when she was on set, she turned off all the notifications.
