Looking at Serina’s aggrieved little face, Derek could not help but gently kiss her again.
“You are not money. You can’t expect everyone to like you.”
Serina couldn’t help laughing and punched Derek in the chest.
“You are so annoying.”
“Am I wrong?”
“No, but…” Serina glanced at Derek.
“Then it makes sense. We can’t make everyone like us. But some people will like their beloved ones forever, even if they commit the crime of adultery.”
Serina sighed and said, “Maybe I’m really not liked by the older generation. Even my mother wants to push me away every day.”
“You’re a straightforward girl and don’t want to cater to others. They are all vain people. What they like the most is that others can say something pleasant to their ears. They find you’re annoying when you say something unpleasant.”
Derek stroked Serina’s hair. “But I like your character. So, it doesn’t matter if they don’t.”
Serina heard Derek say something so lovingly for the first time.
Serina smiled. “Then, if I commit crimes, will you still like me?”
“Nonsense.”
“Just answer my question.” Serina pouted and shook Derek’s arm.
“So, are you going to commit crimes to prove that I like you?”
“I was just asking you.”
“Yes. Okay?”
Serina was elated.
“Alright, don’t worry about annoying things anymore. It’s getting late. Go to bed.”
Serina nodded but did not move. She lay in Derek’s arms.
“Aren’t you going to sleep? Just go.” Derek was about to get up, but Serina pressed on him.
“Carry me.” Serina narrowed her eyes and smiled brightly at Derek.
“Oh, my lazy girl!” Derek held Serina tightly, stood up, and walked towards the elevator.
The two of them cooperated quite well. Serina pressed the elevator bottom, and Derek only needed to hold her in when the door was opened.
In the bedroom, Derek put Serina on the bed. He touched her nose and said. “Do you want me to carry you even when you want to use the bathroom?”
“I don’t mind if you want to.” Serina blinked at him.
“Okay, then I’ll get something and cut off your legs. Anyway, it’s useless to keep it.”
“Do you really want to do that?”
“Anyway, I have to carry you.” as he spoke, he kissed Serina on the lips, and Serina held him by the neck at once.
They hadn’t done this for days. The two of them both became passionate when they kissed each other.
All of a sudden, Derek reluctantly moved away from Serina’s lips as if he thought of something.
Serina was still enjoying this kiss. She suddenly opened her eyes, her little face as red as a rosy apple.
“Considering you’re not feeling well these few days, I will save it.” Derek panted a little.
Serina pouted, a little disappointed.
“What? You want to continue?”
“Of course not. I don’t want you to touch me anyway!” Serina looked away.
“But from your face, it seems you’re telling me something.”
“What is it?”
“Give me more,” Derek said word by word.
Serina immediately covered her face with a pillow. “Oh, no!”
“Fine, silly girl. I’m going to take a shower.” Derek immediately walked to the bathroom.
Serina removed the pillow and smiled.
They hadn’t publicized their relationship for long, but why did it feel like they had been married for years?
Oh, no! They had just dated for a short time.
They couldn’t treat each other like a couple.
Absolutely no!
While Derek was taking a shower, Serina ran to the cloakroom and found silk pajamas with straps at once.
Afraid that Derek would see it, she used a bathrobe to cover it. When Derek came out, she took the bathrobe to take a bath.
After the shower, Serina dried her hair and applied some moisturizer. Inside her bathrobe was silk pajamas.
Seeing that Serina had finished bathing, Derek put his phone aside.
“It’s getting late. Just sleep.”
“Okay.” Serina lifted the quilt and shuffled in with her bathrobe.
“Why are you sleeping in a bathrobe? You will feel uncomfortable.”
“Turn off the lights first.” Serina turned her back to Derek, somewhat shy.
Derek shook his head. What was going on?
He had to turn off the lights.
Serina immediately took off her bathrobe and got into the quilt when the lights were off.
Derek pulled her into his embrace. But the moment he touched her body, he felt something like electricity.
The silk pajamas touched extremely smoothly.
Serina turned her back to Derek and covered her mouth, afraid that she would laugh.
Derek smiled. She knew why she acted strangely. But didn’t she like cotton pajamas before? And they had to with cartoons patterns.
Now she changed into silk pajamas. So did she mean…
Derek held Serina in his arms. “Serina, you need to have yourself checked out the day after tomorrow. So, we just sleep like this. Good night.”
Serina was disappointed.
Since she had worn silk pajamas to induce him, why the hell would he restrain himself?
This annoying guy!
Derek wanted to turn her over, but she remained in the same position. She was mad and refused to let him hug her.
“No, just come and sleep.”
“I’m sleeping!” Serina was mad.
“Fine, as your wish, okay?” Derek turned over and pressed Serina down.
“Go away. Get off!” Serina pushed Derek’s chest.
“I like this! Just once!” as he spoke, he kissed Serina on the lips.
He was not a tactless man. Moreover, he had been abstaining from lust for many days.
Serina did not refuse the kiss even if she pushed him.
It was a beautiful night.
The next morning, when Derek woke up, Serina was still sleeping.
Derek sat up slowly. Serina opened her eyes in a daze when he was just about to tuck Serina in the corner.
“Morning kiss…” her eyes were not completely open, and her words were inaudible.
“What?” Derek approached Serina.
“Morning kiss.”
Derek smiled and kissed her on the cheek. “Alright, enjoy your sleeping.”
Serina turned over and continued sleeping.
Derek put a black bank card on the bed and left a note for Serina before leaving.
“It’s rare to have a break. Go buy something. The card is unlimited.”
It was already close to noon when she got up.
