“Why?”
“I have my period.” Yang Shuting replied.
There was silence on the other end of the phone for a while
“I’ll let you go this time, next time you’ll pay me back double!”
“What?” roared Yang Shuting,
“What do you think I am? A whore?”
“You’re already a prostitute, just a little more expensive than other women.” Ling Weihao continued,
“Besides, you shouldn’t lose your temper, it’s bad for your body.”
After saying that, he hung up, and a busy signal sounded. Yang Shuting clutched the phone and smashed it on the ground.
Yang Shuting felt hungry, so she went downstairs to the supermarket to buy some snacks, she turned on the TV and watched those Korean dramas with great interest. Feeling quite bored, she picked up the phone and called Huang Xin and chatted with her for a while before falling asleep.
The next day, when she went to the office, she met him in the parking lot where he was deliberately waiting.
Yang Shuting didn’t want to see him and walked past him.

Back in the office, Yang Shuting sat on the chair angrily, leaning against the back of the chair.
Even though Tangbin was no longer her boyfriend, he still broke her heart.
She heard someone knocking on the door, it was Li saying that Mr. Ling had asked her to come to the office.
Yang Shuting sat up straight and frowned slightly, she had just arrived at the company and he was looking for her, she wondered why he wanted to see her? She supported her heavy head with her right hand, exhaled intermittently, stood up and walked into the office of Ling Weihao.
“Mr. Ling, what do you want to see me about?” Yang Shuting stood there respectfully. She raised her eyes and noticed Ling Weihao was looking at him, he took off his jacket .
“Why did you hang up on me last night?” Ling Weihao raised his head and stared at Yang Shuting directly, his face was expressionless, and his voice was also as cold as frost.
No one dared to hang up on him except her, Yang Shuting, a woman he didn’t understand, a woman whose character was like the clouds in the sky, unpredictable. Last night he went to the “Night Rose” , besides it was the kindness invitation of his friend Wen Yuhang. There is another reason as well, to see if she was there. He called the “Night Rose” girl , but was told that she did not work there.

Yang Shuting heaved a sigh of relief and turned to leave.

“What is your relationship with Director Tang?” He asked.

“I heard you used to be boyfriend and girlfriend, but now you’ve broken up.” He said.
Yang Shuting thought about it and finally nodded her head. She just didn’t know why Ling Weihao suddenly asked her such a question and was confused.
He didn’t ask anything else and let her get to work.
In fact, Yang Shuting hadn’t had the period, she was just making an excuse, and that excuse finally allowed her to have a few days of peace and rest.
Since that day, Ling Weihao no longer came to Wansheng, perhaps because he had other urgent matters to attend to.
