He made my first day as his girlfriend, a hell. How could I cope with him for few more days or probably months? With all the thoughts I walked to the library where Anna was waiting for me. When I was heading to it, my walk was interrupted by a bitch. No need to mention the name, right?
“Enjoying your life as Harry’s ugly girlfriend?” Vickie gritted her teeth.
I was already irritated with Harry’s actions and now this slut. Damn! I choose to remain silent to whatever shit she say as I was not in the mood to fight with her.
“You seduce every guy but act like you are the innocent girl who doesn’t even know how to talk to a guy.” She rolled her eyes.
Along with irritation another emotion included. Anger! I looked at her furiously but it’s the least thing she cared.
She kept talking “I don’t understand how a girl like you became girlfriend to Harry.”
I was controlling my anger but it burst out. I asked looking at her “Why? Jealous of me?”
She stepped forward pushing me back by my forehead with her long devil fingers. “You are nothing special to feel jealous about you. You will be just an another slut for him to enjoy.”
“Oh! So all these days you tried to be one of the sluts to him?” I smirked.
“How dare you? You little piece of shit.” She stomped her foot.
“You may have all the time to fight with me but I don’t have enough time to quarrel with you as I have works.” Saying that I walked past behind her hitting her arm with my shoulder.
I reached library then Anna and I started walking out of the college. While we were walking, a car suddenly halted beside me that made me flinch. It’s Harry’s car.
“Get in the car.” I heard Harry’s voice. Ignoring him I held Anna’s hand and started walking away.
I heard the footsteps approaching me, Harry calling my name. He stood beside me shouting “You can’t ignore me.”
“Oh yeah! I can.” I rolled my eyes.
His face turned serious as soon as he listened to me. He then said “Fine! You don’t have to be my girlfriend. I hate it if you ignore me.”
My lips curved up with smile hearing him. So it’s like one day girlfriend? Whatever! My mood was elevated with his sentence.
He started walking towards his car but he suddenly shouted looking at us “I don’t know how your parents react if they know about the party.”
My eyes widened hearing him and we both immediately turned back shouting “No.”
He smirked at us and stood like he achieved something. I held Anna’s hand and dragged her towards his car.
“We’ll come with you.” I said.
“Oh Stella! I asked you to come with me it doesn’t include your friend.” He replied.
“Harry! I can’t leave Anna like this. She has to come with me.”
His expressions seemed he was not accepting me so I acted accordingly. “As my boyfriend you have to do few things for me. And one such thing is allowing Anna to come with us.”
Harry and Anna both looked at me with shocked face. Harry’s shocking expression turned as a laugh.
“Get in.” He said looking at us both.
Anna and I walked to the backseat and when I was about to hop in, he shouted “What? Am I your driver? Come front.”
I let out a sigh hearing him and I sat on the passenger seat while Anna sat on the backseat.
“Ready princess?” saying that he drove off with a full speed.
He kept blabbering about many things but Anna and I remained silent. He then asked looking at Anna through mirror “I heard you have a deep crush on my cousin.”
She didn’t reply anything. I could see she was feeling nervous.
“Harry!” I shouted.
“What? I thought to help her if she answered to me but I guess she got over Roman.” Harry replied while focusing on the road.
Suddenly Anna shouted in a loud voice “Yes. Yes I love him. Since I was kid, I have been loving him.”
“Love?” He laughed.
Harry’s laugh when Anna was telling seriously made the situation awkward. I gave him an angry look and he controlled his laugh. He then said “Anna! Your friend and I are going out tomorrow. Roman will be there along with us and I’m inviting you too.”
I was so shocked hearing him. Going out? With him? No chance. Before I open my mouth to say that I wouldn’t come, Anna shouted “Really? Oh my god! Thank you. Thank you so much Harry.”
I turned my head back to her side and saw her smiling. Her face was glowing with her sparkling eyes.
“You are my girlfriend’s friend. It’s no big deal.” Harry replied.
What’s with him and me as his girlfriend?
Anna got out of the car when we reached her home. She waved her hand and walked inside her house. He continued driving to my house in a very low speed. I looked at him with questioning face.
“I don’t want you to get out of the car soon.” He said.
I became silent for a moment and said “I don’t want to go out with you. You can’t expect I’ll do whatever you say and act accordingly to the situations. You never said that we are going out. You didn’t even ask me.”
“Relax Stella. Even Roman too don’t know about this. I thought Anna would be happy if she meets Roman so I planned it when I was talking to her few minutes before.”
“What?” I kept looking at him without shifting my gaze.
“I told I would make your friend and my cousin close if you be my girlfriend. If I say, I do.”
I smiled listening to him. Anna would be so happy if she talks to Roman. A voice inside me was telling to thank Harry but no. He doesn’t deserve it.
“Be ready for tomorrow. I hope you won’t cancel it. You too want your friend’s happiness.”
“What about Roman?”
“I’ll take care about him.”
We reached my home and without saying anything, I got down of the car and walked inside. He then drove off. After having my snacks, I started doing my college works. Then involved in other activities.
The next day was same. Went to college, then to dance practice. Harry didn’t come to dance practice but I managed as it was all the basic individual steps. The evening Anna was so excited as she was going to stay so near to Roman. Even if she be with him, she couldn’t tell him that she loves him or the least talk to him. I don’t understand what’s the point of her excitement. And Roman! How will he react if he know that Harry is trying to make him close to my friend?
With all the questions in my head, I kept applying my eyeliner. I wore a full length black party frock with matching heels. I already told my parents that Anna and I was going out with Harry and to my surprise they accepted without asking anything. He maintained such a good reputation in front of them.
I heard Harry’s car’s horn honking from outside. I walked out after saying bye to my mom.
I saw Roman along with him and I smiled looking at Roman. I sat on the backseat without talking anything.
“Bro! Her friend; Anna is coming with us.” Harry said.
So he didn’t tell about Anna before?
“You didn’t tell me?” Roman raised his eyebrow.
“Come on dude! It’s a party for Stella accepting me as her boyfriend so I invited her friend too.”
Roman looked at me saying “It’s really shocking to know this. I never thought you would fall for a guy like my cousin.” He laughed.
It means even Roman didn’t know why I became his girlfriend. I should inform Anna to not tell about the reason of me being Harry’s girl to anyone. We then reached Anna’s house and Anna’s mom reluctantly send her daughter with us. During the entire drive Anna’s gaze was on Roman. She didn’t even listen to what I was saying.
We reached a restaurant. When I was about to sit beside Anna, Harry dragged me and made me sit beside him. As it’s a two seated chair, there’s no other option for Roman instead of sitting beside Anna. Damn! I can easily say she was dancing inside.
Though Harry was talking many things, I didn’t say anything. I was looking at Anna whose face was glowing. I felt so happy looking her like that.
The server brought our food and when he was about to serve it Harry stopped him saying “We’ll manage.”
Then the server left. Harry served food in my plate which made my eyes wide opened. He was smiling looking at me. Really he’s like an open book but the irony is no one could comprehend him.
He then pushed the bowl to Anna and sighed her to serve Roman. Roman was so busy with his cell phone so he didn’t notice it.
When she was about to serve, Roman said smiling “No. It’s… it’s fine.”
Immediately Anna replied “It’s okay.”
Too much drama. I rolled my eyes.
Roman and Anna were smiling at eachother. It’s the first time I was seeing Roman smiling at her. It was exciting.
While we were waiting for our next order, Harry said
“Excuse us, guys.”
He then held my arm and literally dragged me out of the place. We stood behind a glass door and I began shouting at him “What the hell! Why did you do this? What do you want?”
“Shhhh! Why do you always shout? Look at them.” He said looking at Anna and Roman through the glass. He continued saying “I was trying to give them some privacy.”
He was right. They need to spend time. Atleast for few minutes.
“I need privacy for us too.” He smirked.
Ignoring him I kept looking at them. The order arrived and Roman was serving her. Oh My God! They were talking, smiling and laughing too. I couldn’t say how happy I was feeling looking at them. They both look so cute.
While I was admiring them, I felt a hand slowly wrapping my waist. I looked at Harry and as soon as my gaze fell on him, he turned his head to another side and acted like he was such an innocent guy. I pinched his hand which was on my waist so hard.
“Ouch!” He yelled and removed his hand.
“Mr. Harry Wilson! Behave.” I warned him.
“Come on Stella! You have to reward me with something for trying to make your friend happy.”
I started walking away but he held my wrist, pulled back and pinned me to the wall with his hands holding my wrists tightly on either side of me, beside the glass door. With his action, the kids who were playing beside us, shocked and their mouths dropped wide open. They kept looking at us with their widened eyes.
“Harry! Leave me.” I shouted.
“No. I won’t. As a girlfriend you have to give me something if I make you happy.” His breath was fanning on my lips.
“Harry! They are looking at us.” I said looking at the kids.
“Oh I don’t care about them. Give me a kiss and we’ll leave.”
“No way.” I shouted.
“Then we’ll stay like this the entire night.”
“I’ll shout for help.” I stammered.
“No you won’t.” He smirked.
“This reminds of Ben. He too tried to do the same thing.” I shouted.
“No. He is the villain. But I’m your hero. Your boyfriend. Don’t bloody compare me with him. I will be always there to protect you from Ben but no one is there to take you away from me.” He made a proud face.
I tried to push him, smack him but in front of his bulky figure all my actions went in vain. The kids were looking at us without even blinking. He was spoiling the kids too.
I brought my face forward and he loosened his grip on me but not completely. I kissed his cheek and pushed him back with all of my strength. As he loosened his grip, I was able to push him then ran away.
“This is cheating.” I heard him shouting.
I reached to the table and saw them both laughing. Harry reached and we ate silently. Then we walked out of the restaurant but before we got in the car Roman again went inside as he forgot his cell phone. As soon as he went, Anna’s action made me astounded. She hugged Harry.
“Thank you so much, Harry.” She said.
Harry smiled looking at her. He made her stand straight saying “Welcome.”
Then Roman arrived and we all started to our houses. After Anna, I got out of the car and walked inside.
It’s so good. Seeing Anna happy made me really overjoyed. I wish Anna gets what she loves.
