The hand resting under the table tensed a little as Zain lifted the teacup to his lips and took a soft sip.
Jack was depressed, she didn’t know what Yanis was up to, he obviously liked her uncle, so why was he on a blind date?
Being depressed and without him to talk to, Jack could only bury his head in his food.
He hadn’t originally come for the food, but now that he had ordered so much it was best not to waste it, or else, with the way his uncle looked right now, he feared he would be scolded.
Jack buried his head in seriousness and ate, while the three adults had different thoughts.
Because of Yanis’ words, Gaitan acted especially attentive, handing Yanis plates and asking him in a varied and gentle way to eat more.
Watching him use his own chopsticks to put something on his own plate, Yanis inexplicably felt a little uncomfortable, since there were clearly communal forks here, why was he using his own?
If she didn’t eat it, she couldn’t, and if she did, she was really grossed out by it.
After all, she didn’t want to exchange spit with some random guy….

Just as Yanis was tearing himself away, Jack looked up from his food.
-Gaitan, there’s communal fork here, why are you using your own to give Yanis something to eat?
Hearing this, Gaitan smiled and explained.
-It doesn’t matter, Yanis and I are getting married anyway, so it’s okay to use the same one.
-If you’re getting married soon, that’s fine, what about the others? -Zain spoke lightly.

Zain’s eyes pointed directly at the dishes on the table.

Gaitan could not answer him.
He didn’t usually keep it in mind with his friends, but now that he was in a five-star hotel, it seemed a little strange that he didn’t.

The waiter came quickly.
-Remove all the things that have been eaten and replace them with the same ones again – ordered Zain in a cold voice.
The waiter froze for a moment, reacted quickly and came over to remove the plates.
Zain looked at the plates piled up in front of Yanis, -Remove the one in front of her as well.
Gaitan’s expression was hard to read.
Yanis gritted his teeth, held back and finally, unable to hold on any longer, put down his fork with a thud.
-What do you mean?
Zain’s expression was light, with no trace of displeasure or anger. He raised his eyes gently and said with a raised eyebrow, -I don’t mean anything, I just can’t stand to see people who are unhygienic.
He rarely spoke as he did today.
And this comment was directly referring to their blind date, Yanis really thought the other person was hilarious.

Yanis lost his strength and sat helplessly in his seat.

He was silent for a long moment and looked at Gaitan beside him.
-It’s nothing, let him change it if he wants, I’ll pay whatever it costs, anyway today is a dinner for Jack, it has nothing to do with anyone.
Gaitan listened to this like a swallowed fly, but finally nodded when he thought Yanis was going to pay for it.
