Chapter 47

Book:Sealed Sex With Billionaire Published:2024-5-1

There has been no news of Calvin for a week. That can only show one thing, he doesn’t care!
Thinking about it, I felt disappointed and bitter, but then I grinned. He didn’t trust me at all. Why should I be disappointed. But that kind of thinking makes me look down on myself. On one hand I tell myself I hate Calvin, and on the other I think why he doesn’t treat me as lovingly as he used to. Maybe I’m just crazy.
“Hey, Alexia, what do you think?” Ella came out of the room and found me still sitting there holding my phone, not knowing what I was doing. She hurried over and patted me on the shoulder.
“Ah, you scared me!”
Ella narrowed her eyes and asked unkindly, “You’re not thinking about your husband, are you? By the way, he was just on the news. He was at some business forum. Let me find out for you.”
Ella pulled out her phone, swiped at it a few times, and clicked on a news video. “Look how handsome he is! I’m so jealous of you, Alexia.”
“Jealous of me being abused?” I glanced at it briefly, then looked away, feeling uncomfortable.
“To be honest, I’d love to be abused by him,” Ella said with a serious expression.
“Sick!”, I gave her a black eye.
“Alright, no kidding, let’s go shopping!”, Ella grabbed me and left.
Grandma Gloria was chatting with her neighbors and didn’t get home until about nine thirty. The computer at home was on and someone requested a video chat.
As soon as Grandma Gloria accepted, the face of a handsome young man appeared before her. He was very good looking, but his expression was a little cold. “Grandma, why are you coming home so late?”
“Boy, did you talk to grandma like that?” Grandma Gloria drank, but she was in a good mood. “I was chatting with the grandpa next door, and he was showing me how to make pizza.”
“How can you learn with your cooking skills?” The man was clearly not convinced,
“Enough about you!” snorted Grandma Gloria and said triumphantly, “My cooking skills have improved a lot.”
“That’s because grandpa is too nice, isn’t it?” The man continued talking.
“Calvin, if you talk to me like that, I’m going to hang up!” shouted Grandma Gloria, banging the table angrily.
Calvin curled his lips. “How mean!”
“Hmm, I heard your girlfriend ran off with another man, so how can you still sit here and chat with me? Shouldn’t you be hiding in the bathroom crying?” Grandma Gloria didn’t shut Calvin up and started to fight back.
“Don’t tell me you’ve run off with other men!” Calvin was furious, Grandma Gloria could feel his anger through the computer.
“Almost! Your girlfriend’s gone!” Grandma Gloria waved his hand with a smug look on his face.
“I told grandpa you were in love with another man!” Calvin threatened.
“The weather is very good, have you eaten anything yet? By the way, I’ll let you know a secret, the two girls who live upstairs. I have a suspicion that they are lesbians. When I first saw the little girl, I noticed she had something on her neck. Hickeys and bite marks.” Grandma Gloria quickly changed the subject.
“Grandma, you can’t talk about other people’s personal lives at will.” Calvin said softly.
“Just kidding! okay, I’ll go take a shower, I’ll make pizza when you have time, and I’ll introduce you to the pretty girl~” said Grandma Gloria, without waiting for Calvin’s reply, and turned off the computer.
At this point, Calvin hung up the video call and sat alone in an empty house. He was in a really bad mood.
Calvin’s POV
Alexia didn’t check in with me and only called her mother for two minutes every day. I was really angry!
But what could I do? Go looking for her? She was obviously avoiding me, and I certainly wouldn’t find her. I could use relationship to find her, but if the family found out about such a move, Alexia would be in trouble.
But, I really missed her!
Alexia’s POV
Today is the tenth day I’ve been to Ella’s house. Aside from chatting with Grandma Gloria every day, I almost live a life of isolation. Fortunately, with Ella, I’m not lonely.
That day, as soon as I got up, I saw Ella squatting next to my bed, “Alexia, will you help me?”
“What are you doing?” I knew it was nothing good when I looked at Ella.
“It’s nothing. A friend of mine opened a restaurant. They want someone to draw paintings at site. He asked me to find someone. I thought of you.” Ella waved her hand and said.
“When do you want me to go?” I lifted the covers, got out of bed.
“Tomorrow afternoon, you’ll draw at site for two hours.”
“The reward doesn’t matter, if it’s your boyfriend, it’s my boyfriend!” I pushed Ella’s hand away.
“Oh, I know Alexia, you’re the best!” Ella hugged me happily and gave me a kiss.
I turned my head and dodged, pushing Ella’s face away in disgust, “You haven’t brushed your teeth yet! Stay away from me!”
Ella smiled and ran off.
I finished washing, ate breakfast, and by the time I looked at the clock, it was almost half past nine.
“Ella, I’m going to Grandma Gloria and I’ll be back later.” I said to Ella who was writing in the study.
“If you’re going to the grocery store, bring me back some cake!” Ella exclaimed.
I replied, grabbing my phone and wallet and heading to Grandma Gloria’s house.
“Grandma!” I called outside, the door was open, grandma wasn’t there.
“You’re here, come on, I’m chatting with my grandson right now, let me introduce you to him!” Grandma Gloria , who was having a video call with Calvin, suddenly got excited and shouted through the door.
“Boy, let me introduce you to this girl, you must like her!”
Calvin looked indifferent and replied directly with two words, “Not interested!”
Grandma Gloria curled her lips, “Hmph, okay, since you don’t like her, I’ll introduce her to Warren, I think the boy will like her!”
“Grandma, I may not have time to go to your house. I’m attending important meetings these days.” Calvin has no interest in trying pizza.
“I get it, you’re busy! Hang up!” Grandma Gloria annoyed.
Calvin was speechless.
“Alexia, there you are, I was just chatting with my grandson.” Grandma Gloria smiled and pulled me close.
“I heard you don’t have a boyfriend, let me introduce you to my grandson! He’s very handsome, tall, and has no shortcomings or bad habits. You can really think it over!”
I was so startled that I kept waving my hands,”Grandma Gloria, forget it, I don’t want to talk about my boyfriend right now!”
“Hey, you can talk to him first, okay?” said Grandma Gloria enthusiastically.
“No! He’s too good, I’m afraid I don’t deserve it! grandma, I appreciate your kindness, I really don’t want to fall in love!” I smiled, not taking her words to heart.
“Oh, I’m so disappointed!” Seeing that I insisted, Grandma Gloria couldn’t force me anymore, so she sighed in disappointment.
“Grandma, don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll find a satisfied one!” I comforted her.
“But I am satisfied with you!” Grandma Gloria didn’t want to give up yet.
I had no choice but to lie, “Actually, Grandma, I don’t like men, I like women.”
I pretended to be shy and blushed.
Grandma Gloria was disappointed, but she immediately looked excited, “Actually, you and Ella are lovers?”
“Poppycock.” I almost choked on my own saliva. I felt I couldn’t chat any further, so I said I had some work to do and ran off.
Gloria didn’t get annoyed when she saw me running away, and cheerfully sent Calvin a message, “Hey, Alexia and Ella are really LES.”
Calvin, who received the message, was shocked to see the familiar name. Could it be the same name? But he only heard the sound, and it was a little familiar.
“Grandma, it suddenly occur to me that the forum I am attending is postponed until next week, and I’m off the day after tomorrow, I will see you.” Calvin’s words were overwhelmingly excited.
“Okay, I’ll prepare pizzas for you” Grandma Gloria was very happy.
At this point, the corners of Calvin’s mouth couldn’t stop lifting. He didn’t expect me to hide near his grandma’s house?
Who would dare to say that this wasn’t the arrangement of fate?
After they finished the job, Calvin and Warren headed out. He couldn’t wait to get there.
Calvin arrived an hour later, but instead of driving straight to the house Grandma Gloria, he parked the car in the parking lot near the community square.
“Bro, what are you doing?” Warren was taken aback.
Calvin ignored Warren, closed his eyes, and leaned back in the back seat as if he were asleep.
“Hey, it’s Alexia!” Warren was taken aback, his eyes widening, and he pointed to the girl approaching the supermarket near the parking lot.
“Yeah!”
“Hurry up and find her!” Warren excitedly opened the car door, but was held back by Calvin. “No hurry.” Calvin smiled, this time he wouldn’t let me run away again.
“Then we’re going to Grandma’s house?” Warren was even more confused.
“We’re not going there for a while.” Calvin narrowed his eyes.
Warren shrugged and thoughtfully started the car. Since Calvin wasn’t in a hurry, he wasn’t in a hurry.
I’d been a little anxious all afternoon because I always felt like someone was staring at me.
But if Calvin’s people find me, can I stay home as safe as I am now? I stay home, not daring to go out.
The next afternoon, Ella drives me to a restaurant downtown, and the owner welcomes us warmly. Since it’s still early and there are no people in the restaurant, I started drawing.
But in the last half hour someone asked to buy the painting. After a while someone handed me a piece of paper. I looked at the note and was a little shocked. I looked up and looked around. My mood became even more complicated. “Who wrote this?” I whispered to the person handing me the note. “Written by my boss.” The man smiled kindly. I bit my lip.
