“Can you tell me why?” Calvin raised his eyebrows and whispered in a low tone.
“I hate playboys! Especially those who are rich and not loyal!” I met his burning eyes and replied coldly. “Please don’t waste time on me!”
“You—how do you know I’m a playboy?” Calvin smirked.
“Don’t you know how many girls go after you?” I glared at him with furious eyes.
“Forget about it. As compensation for your kicking, I’ll give you the honor to eat with me.” Calvin’s tone was so commanding that I couldn’t refuse. But I did feel a little guilty for the pain that I caused for him. So I agreed with his request.
But I wouldn’t let him have an easy time. I ordered the spicy dish, but Calvin took it motionlessly. The funny scene I wanted to see didn’t occur, and I felt a little disappointed. Maybe it wasn’t spicy enough. So I immediately took a bite too, but as soon as the food touched my tongue, it felt so hot that I felt that my tongue was going to burn. I started shedding tears immediately. I turned my back to wipe away the tears, and then met Calvin’s playful eyes. I took the water he handed over awkwardly, drank up in one sip.

Cavin’s pov
I felt my tongue burning so much that I stopped feeling anything at all when I ate that spicy food. I knew it was Alexa’s play tricks, but I pretended to be calm. It really took the best of my acting skills to keep an indifferent face all the time! But it was just so spicy that I couldn’t bear it.
I felt that she was acting like a baby. Ah… she was so cute!
“Let’s go.”
“Is your tongue burning?” Sitting in the car, I tilted my head and noticed Alexia staring at me. Surprisingly, she was thinking of the way I was drinking water. But she still dared to laugh even after knowing how spicy the food was!
“It’s not burning! It has already gone numb!” I pouted.
Alex pursed her lips and smiled.
“Don’t laugh anymore. You’re pissing me off!”

Finally, she reacted, seemingly confused about whether she should push me off or continue to kiss me. I smiled and kissed her more intensely. After what it felt like yours, we finally separated.
“Take a good rest and good night.”
“Bye-bye.” She blushed and returned home.
Alex’s pov
Anni saw him from the window, and instantly started teasing me. “What a wonderful date with a wonderful guy!”
“We just met by chance, and he just sent me home.”
“I don’t believe it. I saw you smiling.” Anni pressed the truth out of my mouth
