Book:My Sexy Boss Published:2024-5-1

MY HEART has been full of nervousness since I got off the stage. Farrah greeted me with her tight hug.
“Just a final ramp and we’re done!” she said to me.
I didn’t care that I just nodded. Even wearing the gown didn’t seem to matter to me, because Rexon was still busy with my mind and how he looked at me before.
“You look dashing!” she exploded loudly at me, there I just blinked and glanced at my high waisted gown in peach color. It has a lace on the hem matched with glass shoes.
“OMG! You look like Cinderella in your style!” she exclaimed.
My lips twitched, even I can’t recognize myself now, I never imagined that this is the outcome of the gown when I wearing.
“After your final ramp. Miss. Cindy will join you on stage so you can go on the final walk together.”
I nodded at what she said and took a deep breath.
“Goodluck!” She patted my two shoulders which I just nodded again.
When my name was called again, I went up on stage with courage and fortitude.
“And last but not the least in her final catwalk, wore a lovely lace and the newest pair of glass shoes that will be releasing in the market this week. Please give around of applause to Miss Cherry Mae Banaag!” Introduced me again by the announcer.
I walked high like a pro, ignoring the hot look Rexon was throwing at me. Even though I knew that every time I took a step and turned my body. He was following me, so I improved my walking even more and in the end I did well.
Miss also accompanied me. Cindy on stage with some models and we walked together.
“I knew it! You did a great job Cherry, thank you so much!” Miss Cindy hugged me. I don’t know how to feel at this time. A mixture of excitement and joy fills my heart, add to the support of my father, whom I saw from the far table.
“I have to thank you for giving me the opportunity to wear your works!” I reciprocate with a hug.
“You deserve it Cherry, and we need to celebrate your debut success!” she said again that I nodded.
We both went back to the back stage. Miss Cindy approached the reporters for the interview while I was quickly dressed in a simple white T-shirt and crack jeans. I also wore the low heels that Cindy had given me.
“Cherry!”
Aunt Melva greeted me with a big hug with Dad.
“You are so great!” They greeted.
“Thank you, I can’t do this if it weren’t for you!” My gaze shifted to Dad who was also greeted by my tight hug.
“We are so proud of you!” Andrew said to me.
“Thank you, Andrew!” I even messed up his hair before I laughed.
“They had a dinner party for us! Come join and let eat first,” I said.
“Oh, were okay! We’ll go first it looks like you’re not done yet…” Dad said goodbye to me.
“Ah, all right, Dad, be careful when you go home.” I took them to the exit where I hailed a taxi.
“I’ll go right after this and we’ll celebrate at home!” I smile broadly at them.
“Oh this kid, just text me when you get home.” Dad said, nodding I found out before the taxi left.
With a wide smile I went back inside where the reporters attacked me.
“Miss. Cherry, what is it feeling being the new face of Cindy’s F&S?” A reporter asked me.
I barely closed my eyes because the camera was constantly flashing on my face.
“Very happy and thankful.” I sparingly answer.
“So, what’s next for Miss. Cherry Mae Banaag? Can we see you at some fashion shows?” Another reporter asked.
“I – I can’t answer that question right now, but I’m hoping.” I smiled slightly at them and tried to walk in.
“One last question Miss. Cherry, about being your Personal Assistant to the vocalist of the logistic band Rexon Del’torre. Is it true that you left him because the job offered to you by the F&S clothing line is better?”
I was stunned by his question, I knew they were not ignorant of my previous job with Rexon.
“H-that’s not true, I’m still working for Rexon, if you please excuse me?”
I don’t want to appear rude or whatever. I just don’t want Rexon’s name to be involved even though at first he didn’t consent for me to be a model in this event.
“Miss. Cherry! Miss. Cherry!” They called me but I quickly went inside.
“Cherry, where are you from?” Farrah greeted me.
“Ah, I just took Dad outside,” I answered.
“Madam has a dinner party! You shouldn’t let them go!”
“They decided to go home since dad is tired of the event,” I answered.
She nodded and pulled me into the function hall and as I expected it was very elegant. The presses that can enter are also selective, unlike the outside presses that are greedy to get a scoop.
I looked down at what I was wearing after and shaking my head down. I should have been wearing formal attire, in case I didn’t have such clothes. I thought it was just a simple party, I didn’t know that this dinner party was so pretentious.
“Ah, Cherry!” Cindy called my attention. I immediately approached her.
“I’d like you to meet, Mr. Nicholas Galvez. The owner of T-shirts & Glam Company.”
I looked up at the man next to her. She was wearing a black Americana that matched her broad shoulders. His eyes seemed to be talking because of the flicker of the eyelashes. Given his sharp nose and red lips so I can say he’s really handsome.
“Hi! It’s nice to finally meet you Miss. Cherry!” He holds out his hand to me.
I smiled sparingly at him and slightly raised my hand to reach for him.
“So am I, Mr. Galvez.” I said politely.
“Mr. Galvez is one of my business partners. One of his companies is dropping fabric at F&S and he wanted to discuss something with you. So, I’ll leave you for a while because I have a guests to take care of.” Cindy smiled at me first give me meaningful look before leave.
I could do nothing but follow her greeting some guests who attend tonight.
“Can we please take a sit for a moment?” Nicholas guided me gently to the solo table.
We sat at a single table quite a distance from the ballroom stage and the noise of the guests. There we were treated to a meal that was just a dish for everyone.
“I’d like to congratulate you first for the successful F&S fashion show. You really did a great job, very much impressive for the beginner like you.” He started.
He holds in one hand the glass of red wine to me.
“Thank you,” I sparingly answer. I wish I had something more to say but I restrained myself.
“I can’t go around anymore, Miss. Cherry. I want you to be a model for the launch of our clothing company this coming month. My company actually re-releases a new fashion in the dress and shoes catalog every month , I want you new image of T-shirts & Glam,” he adde
