Sophia hit Brandon’s arms. “Why are you saying like that? I don’t want a contract marriage for my daughter for any reason. Have you forgotten that we both didn’t want to leave each other as well? And what was our situation when we were apart? I don’t want those pain in Caro’s life.”

“He looks like a flirt to me, just like Calvin.” Brandon found out the first fault in Artemis, on which Sophia rolled her eyes.
“Our Calvin is flirt, playboy, and womanizer. So, please don’t compare Artemis with our second son because Artemis is much better than Calvin.” Sophia said, showing that she wasn’t happy with Calvin’s lifestyle. “Comparing Artemis and Calvin is like an insult to Artemis.”
“You do know why he is like this?” Brandon said. “So, that his mate will result in him and choose Colton over him because no good woman stands a second with a man like Calvin.”
“I don’t understand this. Like really? Both the brothers want to give up on their mate for one another. What if… what of their mate want both of them? Shouldn’t it be her decision with whom she wants to stay and with whom not?” Sophia asked angrily, but then she realized they shouldn’t be discussing this, not when she had to know Brandon’s feelings about Artemis.”

“I don’t like his mother. She doesn’t look like a woman with morals. What if Artemis will also be like her? After all, they are blood-related.” Brandon found another reason to dismiss Artemis from Caroline’s life.
“Seriously? I don’t think it’s a good way to judge someone on the basis of their parents or children. Neither of us was a flirt, but our son is. Also, I’m nothing like my father, even though we share the same blood in our veins. So, stop giving any stupid excuses.”
“Moreover, they are already marked, so I don’t think it will look nice to separate them as long as you long find a valid reason to do so, and I’m positive there won’t be any if Colton has accepted him. Brandon made a face hearing that, knowing that his mate was right about it.
“But she is just a baby.” Brandon reasoned out.
“Oh, yeah! Baby reminded me that your daughter has a baby too.”
“Whhhaattt?” Brandon’s eyes widened in shock.
“Don’t be surprised. She has adopted him. He is a toddler who is going to be two years old next month.” Sophia told him, to which he couldn’t understand how to react on it. “I know you have been planning to give hard treatment to all your sons-in-law from the day when Oli gave you a hard time, but…. But I just want you to want to say YES at the end.”
“And let me daughter GO?” Brandon questioned.
“Don’t be jealous; our sons will bring daughter-in-law in return.” Sophia tried to negotiate.
“Really? One is not interested in GIRLS, and another doesn’t want to settle down and enjoy his life to the fullest.” Brandon scoffed. “On the top, I have three daughters and just two sons.”
Sophia wanted to slam her head on the wall hearing his words. “What do you think? How about we should try again for mak babies again?” he suggested, on which Sophia gasped.
“You have lost your mind. At the age of becoming grandparents, you want to become a father. Are you serious?”
“Yes, I’m serious. By the way, it’s been a while since we made love in the study room.” Brandon proposed, pulling Sophia close to him. “And I’m always hungry for her.” His wolf said with a grin on his face.
