I really need to rest but my body doesn’t want it, I know what he did but I can’t feel his bite mark on my neck. shouldn’t that leave a mark because what he did was so deep, so it’s impossible that nothing was left behind, but every time I felt my neck, there was nothing. It hurts a little but I don’t feel anything. Weird.
I approached the door and turned the doorknob which made me happy. OK! It looks like he forgot to lock the door, will I be able to escape?
“Good morning, sir” I heard one of the maids greet, for sure it wasn’t Mr. Dane is already at that school and teaching. He is a teacher. So who did one of the maids greet?
“Where’s the girl?” I don’t know why I suddenly got nervous when the man’s voice I didn’t recognize asked. I feel because he is referring to me.
“He’s resting” the maid answered again. I know it’s me, it’s obvious. I don’t know why I opened the door and stepped twice, that’s why I heard them because they were close to the room where I was. Why did I open the door? I was seen!
“A-ahm, hello?” That’s all I said. I was a bit surprised because the man the maid was talking to was looking at me, then he suddenly smiled at me before approaching me.
“Come here” he said but instead of coming closer I backed away, why should I come closer to him? I don’t know him, he is just a stranger!
“Scared of me?” he asked. I want to answer him, ‘Isn’t it obvious?’ But I do not want to. The ex was very rude if I answered him like that.
“Oh!” A loud scream came out of my mouth. He suddenly appeared beside me, I don’t know but I felt fear. Is he a vampire? of course he is! You can see his fangs that are ready to bite me, right?
I ran out of the room, until I got down to the first floor. I don’t know which direction I’m going because I know he will follow me and another thing, I don’t know the way around here. I don’t even know where I went, all I know is that I was on the first floor.
“Im not going to hurt you. Why are you running?” He is in front of me. I was still looking around to get out but I couldn’t see what I was going through, it turned into a wall! Shit! Is it a dead end?! I don’t know what I should do, I’m just scared.
“Get off me!” I screamed when he touched my shoulder, he is scaring the shits out of me! My teacher did disappear for a while but there is still something! Don’t I have the right to rest? Hello! My body hurts.
“I can smell your blood and it smells, sweet. I should taste it!” He is like a child who is happy because he was given candy. But even so! He wants my blood! My blood is not candy to celebrate.
“Don’t touch me! Never lay your dirty finger on my skin!” even though I was scared, I still managed to stun him somehow, but instead of that happening, he just sneered at me. Terrible. It’s hair-raising. I couldn’t see anything that I could pass through because it looked like a wall surrounded us, how did that happen?
“Do you think I’ll listen to you?” He challenged me and just pulled my hand away, afraid of what he was going to do, but I still had no fight. He is too strong compared to me who is already weak. He just pushed me against the wall and put his mouth close to my neck.
“Feel the pain, b’tch”
“Feel the pain, b’tch” he softly whispered while sinking his fangs into my neck.
Mom! Aren’t you planning to take me here?! I don’t want to be here! They only give me pain.
The only thing I could do was sob while trying to push the person in front of me, I know what I’m doing is pointless but I still want to try. It hurts! It wasn’t enough, I screamed in pain and fell down crying.
I hope I can escape here, Im not going to stay here, I need to escape from him and from this guy.
“Your blood is different. And I can’t stop my self but to drink it. This must be mine.” He whispered. I thought the pain would stop but it didn’t, he buried his sharp fangs again that’s why I screamed in pain. Especially when he wraps his arm around my waist so that his fangs sink deeper into my neck.
“S-stop. i-im begging you, p-please” I begged trembling. My bones are shaking, maybe when he lets go of me I’ll fall down suddenly.
“I know, you like it. So, shut your mouth!” he growled at me then buried his fangs again, but not in my neck, but in my wrist. I just screamed in pain, when will I run out of blood? Because my blood has been flowing for a while now!
“T-that’s right p-po” I begged.
“Stop it, Rin. Lucas will get mad at you.” reminder of a man who just arrived. I was very grateful and the man he called Rin stopped, just like that I fell down and went straight to the cold tiles. What the man named Rin did made me lose my strength, I don’t think I can stand anymore.
“Damn! you just ruin the moment” cried Rin, I was catching my breath to stop closing my eyes. I don’t want to sleep again, I want to get out of here.
“Get out, Rin. I’ll take care of her.” said the man I didn’t know either, even though I wasn’t looking at them. I know that Rin is very weak because I can hear her saying ‘tss’ but what scares me more is the man that Rin is talking to. Will he take care of me? I won’t let him! What if, he is a vampire? Even if I’m weak, I’ll punch his face!
I could hear footsteps, maybe it was the man’s name Rin. I’m just shaking but I’m not numb, I know the man Rin was talking to picked me up.
“You must be tired” he said while continuing to walk up to the room where I came from earlier, Mr. Dan. Why is he smart? It should be, because my body won’t be able to handle it if he does the same thing that Rin did to me earlier.
He just laid me down on the bed and kissed me before speaking.
“Get rest, lady. By the way, I’m Ryan”
Rin and Ryan. The first letter of their names both start with the letter R. What’s the big deal, Summer?
