When Rowson saw Eloise’s agreement, he immediately went and changed his flight.
It was hours before that early morning flight and Sweety had been playing all day, which would show sleepiness.
Considering that the flight back to France takes more than ten hours and the journey is long, the two decided to stay at the hotel for a little longer before setting off.
“Sweety, you get some sleep.”
Mother and daughter lay in bed, Eloise patting the little girl’s back and lulling her to sleep.
Sweety yawned and looked up at Eloise with teary eyes.
Rolling over and nestling into the crook of Eloise’s arm, her eyes rolled for a moment as she mumbled her lips and asked, “Mommy, are we going home?”
A little reluctance clouded the little girl’s eyes, she had not yet said goodbye to her brother.
It was only when Rowson went outside to make a phone call that he dared to ask Eloise in a whisper.
At the dinner today, before she left, the little girl glanced back at Solomon and noticed that his expression was on the verge of tears, and at that moment Sweety’s eyebrows couldn’t help but furrow.
Brother and Handsome Daddy don’t seem to want them to leave.
When she came back she saw that her mummy was not in the right mood and did not dare to say anything more.
It was only when it was time to leave that he showed a fondness for it.
“Hmm.”
Eloise looked slightly puzzled, stroking the little girl’s forehead in response.
The little girl glanced at her small mouth and asked somewhat capriciously, “Is it okay if I don’t go? I want to find my brother and daddy.”
“Sweety, no more name calling, your daddy is out there and you don’t have a brother.”
Eloise’s tone became a few shades harsher as she seriously corrected Sweety’s name calling.
This knuckle-eye will be hard on Rowson’s heart when he hears Sweety call someone else daddy.
Sweety’s eyes were watery and she looked at Eloise with a stern expression.
“Yes!”
The little girl made a sound the size of a fly and kept the two words in her mouth, stubbornly refusing to change her mind.
She has a brother, that’s what!
Eloise saw this and felt a sense of powerlessness twist around her heart.
She also realised that her tone was too serious and that children don’t know any better, so why was she being so serious?
The expression softened slightly and she said, “If you say so, so be it, now, get some sleep.”
The little girl sniffed, then smashed her mouth and closed her eyes obediently.
Into the night, four hours later, Eloise, with her sleeping little girl in her arms, rushed to the airport with Rowson.
Their movement was caught in time by Thomas, who immediately reported it to Hector.
“Prince, we found them, looking like they’re heading to the airport.”
On the other end, Hector’s brow knitted hard as he pulled open the study door with a clatter and made his way outside.
He asked in a hushed voice, “Are you sure? Got the ticket information?”
“Well, just found out, it’s a flight back to France!”
Thomas’ men on this side just happened to deliver the message, and he immediately responded, his expression suddenly tightening.
“Stop them!”
Hector’s expression changed abruptly and his pace faltered in place.
He looked out into the grey sky, where the day had not yet broken.
It seems that Rowson was afraid of a long night and wanted to take the earliest flight back.
This look of weakness made Hector even more certain that the woman was definitely Eloise!
“You take your men to the airport and stall them, never let them board the plane, I’ll be right behind you.” Hector’s eyes flooded with a touch of ruthlessness.
After instructing Thomas, he turned back around, went to Solomon’s room and carried Solomon out.
Downstairs, Solomon was still in a dazed state with a few moments of reluctance.
Hector whispered in his ear, “Solomon, wake up, let’s go find Mummy.”
After a moment of reaction, Solomon’s furrowed brow gradually relaxed.
Sobering up in a flash, he stared at Hector for a moment, waiting until he had fully digested the information before quickly putting on his coat and shoes himself.
Father and son rushed to the airport together.
Over at the airport, Thomas arrived in force with a group of men, blocking the three men who were about to go to security.
Rowson and Eloise blushed slightly after recognising Thomas as someone close to Hector.
Rowson chided coldly, “What are you doing!”
Eloise shielded Sweety and took a half step back, staring at the scene in horror.
Thomas ignored him, keeping his eyes on Eloise.
The shock in his heart still hasn’t completely worn off.
It really does look exactly like Eloise! No, that’s Eloise for sure!
Eloise averted her eyes with some discomfort and turned to Thomas, “Please move over, we’re going to board.”
“Madam, I’m sorry, but you can’t leave until the president arrives!” Thomas said with a nod.
Rowson’s face darkened as he listened on the sidelines.
“We’ve said we don’t know you, why are you still coming after us! Keep this up and we’ll call the police.”
Ignoring the furious Rowson, Thomas looked to Eloise, who had stepped aside, with a slight frown.
“There can be no mistake, you are our lady, you should feel it, this place is different for you, don’t you want to know what happened in the past?”
Thomas keeps a close eye on Eloise, trying to break through her defences in an effort to stall for time.
Eloise drops her eyes with some hesitation.
“I …”
Seeing that the words were working, Thomas continued, “Madam, our president has been looking for you for three years, and he’s been a ghost for the last three years, are you really not curious about what happened?”
Next to her, Rowson saw that Eloise had faltered and pulled her over and made to leave in the opposite direction.
Before he left, he warned Thomas, “If you guys get in the way again, I’m going to call someone!”
He looked so annoyed that Eloise had to turn around after him.
“Mummy! Don’t go, don’t leave Solomon behind!”
Behind her, a soft, mournful cry pulled hard on Eloise’s pace of departure.
The sound of her mummy seemed to break through the air and smashed straight into the softest part of her heart.
I couldn’t move my feet from the ground.
She looked back into Solomon’s teary-eyed eyes and her heart fluttered hard.
A sense of déjà vu spreads.
Solomon, at this moment, had come running up beside Hector and tugged at Eloise’s coat.
Hyung turned to Eloise and said, “Mummy, do you really not want Solomon anymore?”
Eloise’s throat heated up and the words, “I’m not your mummy,” couldn’t be uttered.
Sweety would have been woken up by now, and saw Solomon and Hector lighting up.
When he heard Solomon call out for Eloise’s mummy, his eyes rolled and rolled, and he was a little confused.
Her brother also calls her mummy as mummy yeah.
But Mummy said last night that she didn’t actually have a brother.
Sweety, in the midst of the confusion, kept silent and blinked bashfully.
Hector also stepped forward and met Eloise with intense, fiery emotions outlined in his eyes, wanting to take her into his arms.
