Chapter 6: Axel’s POV
Anger rolled off of me as I marched out of the dungeon with fisted hands.
I couldn’t do it.
As much as I wanted to hurt her parents. As much as I wanted to f*ck her hard and make her scream in pain in front of her parents, I could not do it.
“Damn it!” I hissed, throwing a punch into the wall.
My wolf could not bring himself to hurt her. Her tears stung my heart. And I hated it.
Completely irritated, I changed my direction and moved to my concubines’ quarters.
I needed to release some steam and Savannah was the first in mind.
I pushed through her doors and her eyes snapped open on the bed. She shifted her position and sat up.
“Get n@ked!” I commanded.
A smile covered her face as she quickly got on her knees and took off the night dress she had on, leaving her body completely bare before my eyes.
Today, I didn’t come to marvel at her amazing body, I came to bury my c*ck deep within her and forget about Violet.
I tore through my clothes and closed the distance between me and the bed. I pulled my belt off and allowed my pants to drop off. My angered c*ck twitched as I released it to the cold air of her room.
Savannah sat up, excitement already bubbling out of her. Her breasts called for me to grab them and I did just that.
I got onto the bed and grabbed her neck. “Make me feel good,” I hissed and she smiled wider.
“Say no more my king,” she whispered and joined her lips with mine.
My wolf was still fueled by the mix of emotions I had just endured, he rose to the surface and my hold on Savannah’s neck tightened as I took control kissing her till she was completely breathless.
…………
When I got enough, I got off her bed and pulled my pants back on. I picked up my shirt and headed for the door.
“Why not spend the night my King?” She asked, her voice a whisper.
“I have had enough,” I mumbled and stepped out of her room.
My mind was troubled and I needed to clear it. I thought fucking Savannah would do just that but it didn’t work.
I continued walking till I passed my room. I thought it would be best to sleep but in my condition, sleep was too far-fetched.
I decided to take a long run instead. That was guaranteed to make me feel better.
I got to the fields at the back of the mansion and took off my clothes. I kept them on a designated tree and let the wind pass through my skin.
It was a moonlit night. The air was cold over my skin and the smell of the fresh plants was alluring to anyone who cared to walk down here.
I heaved as I let my body succumb to my transformation.
My bones crackle as they reset and pick up my true anatomy. They popped loud in the night air as my soft human skin turned into dark thick furs covering every inch of my skin.
My claws emerged from where my fingers once sat and my legs turned into strong limbs.
I let out a loud howl as my transformation became complete and I took a long leap into the forest. I ran with full force enjoying the slap of the wind in my fur.
I was running so fast that the force of the wind became music to my ears, numbing all of the pain and troubles I had.
It took me back to a time when my father would take me running in the woods. His large black wolf taught me how to transform and attain my strength.
I wished he could see what I could do now. I wished he could see how I had regrouped our people and made them strong and unstoppable again.
The wind continued its melancholic music to my ears and this time, it wasn’t just my father it reminded me of, I remembered Violet.
I remembered the small little coats that she would bring for me when her parents would let me freeze outside for no reason.
Her beautiful blonde hair would float in the cold air and she would giggle when I accepted her warm bread from her fingers.
Her innocent little laughter echoed along the room, accompanying the symphony of my memories till I could run no more.
My wolf let out another howl and this time, it wasn’t out of anger. It was out of pain.
I roamed back to the tree lines where I dropped my clothes and changed back to my human form.
Rather than return to the mansion, I found myself heading to the slaves’ quarters. It was still early for them to be asleep as most had to do the cleaning in the mansion and then return to finish more chores before they could be allowed to sleep.
As I stepped in, I watched as they all worked. Some were ironing, and some were folding clothes of all sizes and colors.
Then my eyes fell over her. She was at the corner sniffling a yawn as she folded a large dress in her hands.
“My king!” Their supervisor saw me and quickly got up to bow.
I nodded acknowledging him and then I pointed at the corner Violet sat struggling to keep up.
“Take her name off this duty. Let her go back to her room.”
For all her kindness to me, this was the least I could do.
