Arianna’s pov.
It had been days since I’d been locked up in the prison. I guessed it had been four days without seeing the sun or taking a shower. Food was delivered to me only in the morning and at night and trust me it was nothing luxurious.
Mr. Andino was really making good his threat of punishment. It was oddly comforting to be there in silence, the other prisoners in there didn’t talk much, and I wondered why. I was annoyed that I didn’t escape successfully. My plan was really flawless, in my eyes that is.
The plan was to distract their attention so I asked Sofia to get me food later after Mr. Andino was gone, and she did so and left shortly after. I then pretended to be really tired and needed rest, so I requested that no one disturb me for food or any other reason. Luckily I had a lot of flimsy material in the drawers, so I tied them up to make a long rope then anchored it to the window, and made my escape.
It was going smoothly at first, a little too smoothly if you asked me so I hid behind some trees and saw some men in black patrolling with guns. I was very shocked and surprised because technically it was illegal to have guns unless you obtained a permit.
I kept on trying to dodge and avoid them, but then everything turned dark. When I opened my eyes I was back at the mansion carried by a man dressed in black.
I was thrown into a cell without a word from the man who carried me here. I could see the disdain and disgust in his eyes, but I didn’t give a hoot about it.
I had ample time to reflect on the conversation I had with Mr. Andino. I didn’t know if it could be called one, but we did talk. I had to be realistic this time around, I couldn’t escape and I knew that even though he said what he said as a threat he could carry it out. Especially after seeing what I saw yesterday, the men, the guns, and now this prison. I mean who the heck builds an underground prison like this and has a bunch of men roaming around with guns?
He was a dangerous man and I couldn’t risk my family’s safety at all. I sat there thinking and suddenly I heard footsteps. I stood up straight and glanced outside nervously, light shone from the corridor and the window making the lighting bearable. I waited patiently for the footsteps to finally stop and I saw a man in front of my cell. He was literally smiling like a flower and I felt even more uncomfortable.
“Hello there beautiful.” He said, still grinning.
I tilted my head in confusion. “Excuse me?”
“Tsk tsk brother really doesn’t know how to treat women properly. Luckily after a few lessons, he will become manageable.” He sighed like he was some sort of wise old man.
I stared at him not saying a word and he continued, “I’m here to bring you out. I would really advise you little beauty to try to not get on his nerves again. Trust me when I say that Gabriele Andino is not an easy-going man.”
I rolled my eyes at his words and mumbled “At least you got that right.”
He laughed and stared at me more seriously this time around. “You’re really interesting.”
I smiled back at him, “I know that.” He opened the door and smiled broadly. “You can call me Basilio.”
I nodded as I walked out of the cell “Arianna.” He didn’t say another word and led me out. As we passed I looked into the cells and I saw ferocious eyes staring back at me. I claimed to be fearless but I was bathed in a cold sweat and averted my eyes from the cells. Basilio must have noticed my reaction but didn’t say a word.
We soon came out and Sofia was pacing around in the corridor right next to the exit of the prison and immediately she spotted me, she ran towards me immediately but seemed a little daunted by Basilio. He didn’t talk to her but ignored her and left. Seeing that he was gone she grabbed onto my hand. “Miss, are you alright? Are you injured anywhere? Why did you try to run away? You could have been killed! I was so scared. You don’t know…”
I held a hand to my forehead.”Hey hey, Sofia can you calm down and let me speak? You’re firing so many questions at me.” I was touched by her concern for me. “Just help me to my room okay? I’m really tired and I need to shower.”
“Oh yes, I’m sorry, let’s go.” She said and I waved my hand to brush off the apology.
Thirty minutes later I was out of the shower and dressed. Sofia had already arrived with my lunch and I invited her to sit.
“Sofia, I have a few questions I would like to ask you.”
She nodded. “Please go ahead.”
I set my lunch on top of the bed and faced her squarely. “Who exactly is Gabriele Andino? What does he do? Why are there men walking around with guns in the surroundings? Why does he have a prison built in his house?”
As I asked my questions she looked terrified and she stood up slowly and looked at me.”I’m sorry miss, I can’t answer your questions, it’s against the rules. If you want answers I’ll advise you to ask Mr. Andino.”
She proceeded to leave the room and as she left she turned back and whispered, “I can’t tell you anything, but just be careful they aren’t good people.” Then she hurried away.
Since I couldn’t get answers to my questions I ate my lunch first and then lay down on the bed to catch up on lost sleep.
It was nighttime when I woke up. I stretched and then drowsily opened my eyes. I turned around and hit something, shocked I scurried out of the bed and fell to the ground in my haste. I looked up and saw that Gabrielle Andino was sleeping in my bed. I pressed a hand to my chest and heaved a sigh of relief. I leaned over and he looked so peaceful and beautiful as he slept. I hated him, but his beauty was undeniable.
I watched his face entranced and reached out to touch his face. Just as my hand was about to land on his face, he reached out and grabbed it. I panicked and froze. His eyes and they were shockingly bright and sharp, cold even, and it scared me. His eyes showed recognition and he smirked again and the cold slowly faded away.
He held my hand as he sat up on the bed and hauled me to him. I yelped and landed on his lap. I lowered my head to avoid his knowing smirk. He raised my chin to meet his eyes. His eyes were so beautiful and I stared at them lost.
“You keep fighting me Bella, but you can’t deny the fact that you feel something for me.”
That sentence simply shook me awake, what a way to ruin the moment. “You’re wrong. I feel nothing for you, don’t be a narcissist.”
He smiled and traced a finger along the length of my arm and I shook a little. “I’ve seen your reactions when I touch you bella..” He leaned into me and whispered in my ear. “.. The look on your face, your little shivers. And right now I know that you’re turned on.”
I wanted to run away, but he gripped my arm tighter. “Let go of me, you’re sick.”
“Why don’t we have a little experiment to see who is right? Hmm?” He asked me, still smiling. The room was bathed in soft light from the lamp and the atmosphere immediately turned heavy.
I really didn’t want to make that deal with him because I was afraid that my body would betray me right in front of this man.
But he wasn’t giving me a choice as his hand trailed down my arms and to my ass. I struggled against him and he squeezed it and pulled me against his crotch. I blushed a bright shade of red as I felt him press against me.
His hand trailed up my skin and stopped at my boobs. I hated to admit that I anticipated what he would do. He cupped them in his hands and gave them gentle squeezes and rubs. I let out a small moan and unconsciously arched into his palm.
I opened my eyes to meet his, and I was shocked at the intensity of his gaze. I could feel the heat It brought and could feel his erection straining against his pants.
His hands moved from my boobs to my lower abdomen and I stiffened in anticipation. His hand boldly dipped into my panties teasing and stroking my clit. I let out a low and long moan at his actions. His hands moved faster as he rubbed my clit, then suddenly he stopped and removed his hand as he sat me down on the bed.
I opened my eyes and watched him in surprise. He smiled again “I told you, Bella, you are attracted to me. And later we’ll discuss what I have to do to get into your pants.”
I frowned a little at his tone of voice and he continued. “Think of me.” And he turned around and left. I ran a hand through my hair in frustration, not sure if I was frustrated at my body’s reaction to him, or him for not finishing what he started.
“You’re just horny Arianna, get it together,” I mumbled. I didn’t feel like sleeping so I stood up and went to the window. He told me to think of him. I knew I wasn’t supposed to do that but remembered his eyes, so green and shockingly bright and I knew I would do nothing else.
