Aaron’s eyes instantly brightened up.
He almost forgot that Vanessa’s medical skill was so superb.
Vanessa nodded, “Okay, I will make the prescription according to grandpa’s condition, and all he needs to do is to take it on time.”
Aaron smiled, “That would be great.”
Old Mr. Anderson’s heart disease was not an ordinary type, it’s extremely complex. The Anderson family had found many doctors but they could only temporarily slow down his condition.
But since Vanessa said there was a way, then there must be a way.
Vanessa continued, “Take me to grandpa’s attending doctor, I’m going to change the medication grandpa is taking.”
Aaron took Vanessa to see Dr. Gray, old Mr. Anderson’s attending doctor.
In a ward, a girl in a white lab coat was chatting with Dr. Gray.
The girl was Dr. Gray’s daughter Lacey Gray, a medical college graduate who came over as an internship.
Lacey sat in her office chair, spinning a black pen in her hand, and looked up at the middle-aged man who was carefully reviewing his medical records.
“Dad, it’s so boring.”
Dr. Gray looked up, “Have you written all the medical records I asked you to write?”
“Absolutely.”
Lacey pushed the medical record book in her hand to Dr. Gray, “Except for this patient with heart disease, I have never seen such a complicated medical history in my life…”
“Don’t be ridiculous, do you know who that patient is?” Dr. Gray said with a stern face, “He’s an Anderson.”
“The Anderson family?”
Lacey wandered.
At that moment, the door to the ward was pushed open, revealing a slender figure.
When Lacey saw Vanessa’s pretty face, she began to sound rude, “Will you knock?”
Vanessa gave her a faint look.
Dr. Gray looked a little embarrassed, “Lacey, watch your manner.”
“Did I say anything wrong?”
Lacey muttered.
Dr. Gray apologized, “Excuse me, Miss, my daughter is spoiled by me. May I ask what you want to see me about?”
Vanessa said calmly, “I’m here to find you to replace old Mr. Anderson’s prescription.”
Lacey was about to go out but stopped in her tracks when she heard Vanessa’s words.
She asked curiously, “Old Mr. Anderson? Are you from the Anderson family?”
Vanessa directly ignored her.
Lacey got a bit angry and was just about to speak when Dr. Gray’s serious voice rang out.
“Miss, may I ask what you mean by this? The prescription I prepared for old Mr. Anderson is the best, how can you change it at will?”
Vanessa replied lightly, “It is true that the medicines you prepared for old Mr. Anderson are all imported medicines, but are they really suitable for him?”
“You only consider the fastest-acting medicine for heart disease, but did not take into account the specific condition of him.”
It was rare for her to say so much.
And she pointed out Dr. Gray’s problem almost to the point.
Dr. Gray was lost in thought.
Vanessa was indeed right.
All along, he had been adopting some fast-acting drugs.
But what’s wrong with that?
Dr. Gray looked at Vanessa in confusion.
Before he could say anything, Lacey came over, smiling, “Young Miss, you are from the Anderson family?”
Vanessa glanced at her and didn’t say anything.
Lacey didn’t bother by Vanessa’s distant manner.
After all, she was an Anderson.
“You’re right, the medicine my father gave old Mr. Anderson is indeed some fast-acting medicine. We also want him to get better quickly.”
Vanessa looked at the smiling Lacey and frowned.
Lacey, “You are so good-looking, why don’t we make friends?”
After Dr. Gray saw his daughter’s behavior, although he was somewhat dissatisfied with her interruption, he still agreed.
His daughter was also approaching the age to get married.
