Xavion was sitting in his study, completely drown in alcohol. He wanted to see Eira, he was missing her scent, her touch. Finally he couldn’t hold himself back anymore and went towards his room.
He didn’t find her on the bed, it was past 12 am. He checked in the bathroom but it was empty. Xavion was confused thinking where she can go at this time.
Xavion was about to look outside but then he found her note on the bed. He read it and all alcohol drained from his system.
‘she left me… How can you leave me like this Eira…’
Xavion was fuming in anger. He threw that note aside and stormed out of the room.
‘Lorenzo is waiting for her to come out so he can take revenge and this girl has a audacity to leave the mansion again… Enough of gentleness, I am going to teach her the consequences of her actions. She is risking her and babies lives…”
He saw Aron in the living room.
“Aron Alert the men and order them to search in every direction… I want Eira…”
He growled.
“Relax… I know where she is… Our men are already following her…”
Aron answered casually.
Xavion scowled at him.
“You know?… How do you know that she is out and why the fuck I have no idea about it…”
“She left two hours ago and I didn’t stopped her. It’s our opportunity to catch Lorenzo, I am sure he will try to meet her.”
Aron said and xavion started seeing red.
“I came to inform you but you didn’t let me enter the study…”
Within seconds Aron’s head snapped aside as hard punch landed on his face. Aron wasn’t surprised, he expected this reaction from him.
“Are you out of your fucking mind…”
Xavion grabbed him by his collar.
“From the beginning I am keeping her away from that bastard. She is fucking pregnant you fool, she can give birth anytime soon and you let her out where Lorenzo is ready to hurt her. She can’t fight in that condition. He let her go in the morning because he wanted to hurt me through her, he knew that Eira will hate me after knowing the truth… But this time he won’t leave her alone. I swear if something happens to her then I’ll kill you Aron…”
Xavion growled.
“Where the fuck is she now?…”
On other hand Eira was walking on the deserted road alone, dragging her suitcase behind. She was exhausted, her legs were hurting but she was worried about the pain in her abdomen. It was hard to walk with big baby bump. She can’t go back either.
Eira stopped and stand beside the road waiting for a lift. She has no energy to walk.
Finally she saw one car coming and tried to stop it.
The car halted in front of her and it’s window rolled down displaying the young boy. He looked teenager.
“Hello, can you please give me a lift to main city…”
Eira requested.
That boy looked conflicted before but then looked at her baby bump and suitcase.
“Okay, get in…”
Eira breathed out in relief, she placed suitcase in the back seat and sat beside him.
“Thank you so much…”
She said closing the door.
“No problem… My name is Jeremy… By the way what are you doing out in this situation. It’s not safe…”
He said.
“I had to…”
She mumbled.
Jeremy tried to make conversation but Eira replied only in one word, she was in no mood of talking.
“Are you single Eira?…”
He asked.
“If you don’t mind me asking of course…”
“I am pregnant… what do you think?…”
Eira countered not liking his flirting at all.
“It’s not necessary to be in a relationship to get pregnant, you know…”
He chuckled.
“No I am not single…”
She answered with sad face, no matter how much she hates xavion right now but she can’t give his place to someone else.
“Ohh I see…”
Jeremy replied and after that didn’t said anything.
They were finally about to reach the main city, it was five minutes away but then suddenly one black car overtake and stopped in front of their car. Jeremy quickly stopped and cursed.
“What the fuck…”
While Eira quickly protected her bump. Thankfully she was wearing seatbelt.
Eira saw the car and her eyes widened.
“Xavion?…”
She mumbled recognising the car.
Xavion got out of the car and stormed towards the Eira’s side. He didn’t even wait for her to open the door, instead he broke it Detaching it from the car and threw it away.
He grabbed Eira’s hand making her gasp at the grip. Xavion pulled her out and dragged her towards the car.
“Xavion leave me…”
She growled.
On other hand Jeremy was shocked but angry. He broke his car.
“What the fuck…”
He too got out of the car.
“Hey leave her and who the fuck are you… How dare you touch my car…”
Jeremy tried to throw punch at him but xavion grabbed his throat in one hand while keeping his grip firm on Eira and threw him back on his car making Jeremy land with scream.
“Xavion what are you doing, he is human…”
Eira looked at him in disbelief. He was looking lethal. His coat was Missing, sleeves was rolled up and hair was messy. She can clearly see his veins popping on his forehead.
Xavion didn’t answered her and threw her inside the car. Eira struggled but whenever she was moving her stomach was hurting. Xavion sat inside and drove back towards the mansion.
“I am not going back to your house… Let me go xavion…”
She yelled.
Xavion pulled in front of the mansion and dragged Eira towards their room.
“Xavion she is pregnant… Be gentle…”
Aron shouted.
“Stay the fuck out of this…”
He growled back and Eira almost flinched at his voice.
“Leave me… It’s hurting…”
She whimpered at his hold on her arm.
Xavion let her arm go when they entered inside the room. Eira quickly sat down on the bed with painful whimpers.
Xavion sat down on the floor and she frowned. Her eyes widened when she saw big metal chains in his hands. He grabbed her leg and she struggled.
“What are you doing?… Leave me…”
She tried to kick his hand away but he grabbed it tightly and locked the chain around her ankle.
Eira was in shock. Xavion stood up and glared at her.
“I will tie you to my bed for the rest of our lives if I have to… But I won’t let you go anywhere…”
He said and first time she saw the dark obsession in his eyes.
