It was in a villa located in the suburb of City S.
Insanely, Dylan was practicing boxing, and dull thuds came from the sandbag constantly.

“Time for meeting. The new CEO will host a meeting for the sales department. Let’s assemble in the conference room on the top floor.”

Vincent sat up in the executive chair in a suit, decently and domineeringly.

Bailey, the director of Sales, stood up and said after a look at Vincent.
That Bailey could climb up where he was now had much to do with Vincent apart from his own efforts.
He stood next to Vincent without hesitation. It was the dual president system that he made nothing of Vincent.
Vincent nodded gently. He turned to the crowd and said gently,”I make an announcement that the president requires to divide the sales department into two teams.”
“Mr. Lawson and I will take the responsibilty to lead you to accomplish the achievements of the quarter.”
“As for the distribution of the team members, I still need to have a discussion with Mr. Lawson.”
Vincent was indifferent and said,”It’s all up to you. You can choose which team to join. Do not worry about the unequal number of two teams’ members. I simply hope that everyone can join the team you want.”
The enrollment began!
Sixty chose to join the team of Dylan while there were eighty members in all in this department.
The rest twenty interns had no choice but to join the team of Vincent, for they were not qualified for the other team.
If not, they would not stay at the company.
For Ana, it was really hard to make a choice, for neither was the one she wanted.
However, she was forced to choose the team of Vincent under the condition that Dylan had no intention to admit her.
Vincent was relieved when he noticed Ana was on the name list of the rest twenty. He continued to say,”Now that you all have chosen your own team, I would like to make the other announcement. In order to make more achievements in this quarter, a new Associate Director will be added to the sales department. One of you with excellent performance will have the chance to be appointed.”

Such a position was extremely attractive to sales staff, especially those elites, who even clenched their fist, were determined to rush for it in this quarter with their full efforts.

Besides, Nunwah Group is the biggest beauty group in City S with more than three hundred beauty salons in need of a tremendous number of facial masks. Who’d like to be in charge of such a program?”
“I’ll do it.” Ana stood up suddenly before others,”I want to take charge of this program.”
Actually, Ana even did not know why she stood up until now.
Maybe she felt wronged and acted rashly against Vincent, or just to prove herself through the way of becoming the new Associate Director.
She thought that maybe Vincent was very rich, but she would not be worse than anyone if she started to set to struggle for something.
The eyes of the crowd were all fixed to Ana and hostility could be observed from the eyes of quite a few elites.
Obviously, such a position provoked everyone to compete for the program of Nunwah Group.
It would help a lot to the election if the deal was made successfully.
“Ok, this task is over to you.” Vincent nodded lightly and agreed.
“Wait.” Dylan turned to Vincent and sneered constantly,”Mr. Lawson, you claimed the position of a new-added Associate Director just now. Then you decide to give such a significant project to Ana easily. Although she is a member of your team, it is too unfair.”

Ana just looked through the materials of the new facial masks silently and thought about how to sell them.
After the meeting, Vincent passed by her the moment she left the conference room.
“Though Sandra is not that proficient with business skills, she has Bailey as a helper. You must come up with a plan…”
“It is not your business. Whatever I do, I only need to manage the order worth eighty million.” Ana glanced at Vincent and interrupted him.
Vincent just shrugged,”I hope you can be as strong-willed as what you are now on cooperation with Nunwah Group.”
