“Don’t be angry, after a few days it’s your birthday, don’t let her ruin your mood, or your health. Let’s go, I’ll take you shopping.” Annie blinked her eyes, and pulled Stacy with her towards the car.
“If I wanna get rid of her, there are so many ways, what we need to do now is to look pretty, otherwise how is your lovey dovey going to fall in love with you?” Annie sat down behind the wheels and said, raising her eyebrows.
“Bill is not even coming, it’s no fun.” Annoyed, Stacy was hitting on her seat, and pouted.
“You should invite him, I think if you invite him, he will come!”
“Really?” Stacy’s previously unhappy face showed some hope.
“Sure, you are such a pretty lady, why would Bill not like you? Use your birthday party as a chance to make him drunk, then… hm?” Annie raised her eye brows, indicating something.
“Will it work?” Stacy was not sure.
“Of course! He is good friends with your brother, he will treat you well, just for his sake, don’t worry.”
Their car left the house, and Stacy nodded, “Thank you Annie, you are so nice to me!”
“Of course, I will be your future sister in-law.” Annie laughed.
“Don’t worry, I am going to make my brother join the party as well.”
Stacy promised and Annie was reassured enough to smile happily like a little flower. Her eyebrows softened, her lips raised, she was thinking of another plan.
“We should tell Abigail to drink with the guests.”
“No, no, if so, then Bill is going to have his eyes on her immediately, and not see me.” Stacy said to her.
“Don’t worry, Bill is not that kind of a guy, if he knows what a cheap person Abigail is, a slave, he will keep away from her.” She understood the thoughts of rich men, even if they play women, they need to have some taste at least. He would not touch a woman that is nothing.
Stacy saw how confident Annie was about this, and was reassured, “That’s good, if so, then even my brother will see what kind of person she is, and Bill will also stop liking her. Annie, you are so smart.”
Abigail’s health recovered very fast, she was able to take granny to take a walk in the garden, but her pregnancy was nagging her energy, so she looked for an excuse to come back into the house with granny.
From far, Stacy and Annie were walking towards them, their voice loud enough to be heard.
“I didn’t expect it, at all, he agreed to come! And he even said to be my dance partner, I am so happy!” Stacy’s voice was filled with happiness, she was jumping and skipping, as if she was going to fly off.
“I told you, you only need to invite him, he will come. Don’t worry, he will be yours.” Annie put her shades on the hair, she was wearing a bright colored beach dress, looking like a butterfly.
“Yes! That day, I need to get him.”
They were laughing, when they saw Abigail, and Stacy’s face froze, her eyes were full of despite and disguise.
“What are you still doing there! My party is coming up, why are you not already learning manners with Rowena?”
“I’m sorry, Granny…” Abigail paused, she had not gotten any notice about going to the party, plus, granny needed her.
“Stop using Granny as an excuse, who doesn’t know that you just don’t want to. Still wanna be like last time, let my brother take you, dress pretty, and act like the female master of this house? You wish!” Stacy started scolding Abigail, and interrupted her sentence.
She pointed to Annie next to her, and laughed, “My brother’s dance partner has been set already, except for Annie, there is no other person! You should give up, slave.”
“Of course.” Abigail nodded her head, agreeing. She never wanted to be seen as a couple with Joshua. All she was in his eyes, was a substitute for Michelle. This was an insult for her, how would she take an insult as a compliment, and have hope towards him?
If she could stay with granny, give birth to her baby, she will already be satisfied. Anything that was insulting towards her, she will just have to endure it.
She nodded, and said, “Alright, I will try to go to the course.”
“Not try to, you have to.” Annie’s evil eyes rested on her face, and gave her a dark smile. Then, she went inside with Stacy.
Inside was quiet, the windows all closed, the doors locked, this room was perfect to make secret plans.
Annie was on the phone, listening unhappily to the voice on the other end.
“I also want to, marrying him is my dream, but this is to blame on you! If I didn’t go to America, there wouldn’t be someone else now taking my chance!”
“Some men just want pretty women, not brains, why study so much. Plus, I don’t like those courses at all, it just wasted three years in America for nothing. If I have used those three years to seduce Joshua, I would have been his wife long ago.”
“If he likes smart women, why does he still not like me now? Even if I have a masters degree from Houston University, he still hasn’t even looked at me! It’s so annoying!”
“Fake, how would he even know it’s fake, it’s all your fault!”

Abigail was wearing a white blouse, and black pants, combined with a black suit vest, and a black bow-tie, Abigail quickly transformed into a pretty service girl.
Her hair was tied up high into a ponytail, her pretty soft face was full of energy.
She had asked someone else to take care of granny, to keep Stacy happy, she had to accept this work.
She had a plate on her hand, a smile on her face, and walked between the guests, handing out drinks.
The people who came today were all business partners with Joshua. Joshua was a coldblooded murder in the business world, but also a big winner in everyone’s mouth, everyone wanted to partner with him, and be taken under his wings.
Everyone knew, he only needed to stomp feet and the market will tremble. If they could gain his trust, and have a chance to cooperate, they would be one step closer to money, even if they didn’t want to be rich, it would be hard.
This is why so many people attended this small party.
The big living room was quickly filled with guests, when they were looking for the main character of the party, they couldn’t help but to notice Abigail. Men’s eyes lightened up with her gorgeousness, while women were getting jealous.
But Abigail didn’t seem to have noticed how people were looking at her, all she could think about was to please her guests.
Just the little gesture of pressing her lips together, would raise the attention of men, causing them to breath quickly. Without the intention, she has become the godness of men, and the enemy of women.
All the attention was drawn by her, but she didn’t notice at all, that she has become a character of the party.
“So annoying! What are you standing here for! Go and help in the back!” Stacy, said to her. She was wearing a shoulder-free cocktail dress, showing her pretty white shoulders. She had noticed that her guests were acting weird, and then noticed that Abigail was the reason.
She regret to ask Abigail to work, and now wanted her to go help out in the kitchen.
“Okay, sure.” Abigail put the plate down, and turned to leave.
“Get me a glass of red wine.” A voice said, Bill was walking from the door, dressed in a white suit, drawing women’s attention to himself. He blinked, his eyes laid on Abigail. He nodded towards her and asked.
“Bill, you are here!” Stacy, who had a lot of make up ran towards Bill, and pushed Abigail to the side, her arms wrapped around Bill’s, her eyes filled with love and joy.
“Hello pretty princess, I am so honored to be your dance partner today!” Bill was tall, he seemed like a tree in a crowd of people. He had a smile on his face, every move he made was elegant and charming.
Now, all Stacy could see was Bill, he pulled his arm and said in a girly voice, “The party is about to start, today you have to be my personal dance partner! Today’s Bill, belongs to me alone.”
“Sure, sure!”
Both of them passed by Abigail, as if she didn’t exist.
Abigail was a little surprised, she didn’t think that Bill would come. So the person Stacy and Annie were talking about that day was Bill!
She saw the love in Stacy’s eyes, it was hard to miss, and she started to worry again, worry about Stacy’s future.
“Bill, come and cut the cake with me!” Stacy took Bill’s hand, and they cut the big cake on the table in the living room.
“Did you make a wish?” Bill turned his head, his gaze was wandering in the room, then rested on Abigail, and smiled at her.
“I did!” Stacy said with her sweetest voice.
Annie came from the crowd, she had just talked to the journalists and told them about her intention to announce her engagement with Joshua.
But until then, she had not seen Joshua, she was a little worried, so left the crowd to walk towards Stacy.
