Tyler entered Techna’s office and saw Techna sitting on Jake’s laps. He didn’t know why he didn’t like Techna sitting on Jake’s laps. “What the hell… ”
Both Techna and Jake looked at him, she jumped up from Jake’s laps and moved to her desk. “Mr Moner, it’s not what you think. I.. ”
“Tyler, why are you surprised? “Jake stood up and faced Tyler. ” It’s not like she is your girlfriend.” He added, emphasizing on girlfriend.
He shaked his head mentally and glared at Jake. “You have no right to call me by my first name and also question me! ”
“Tyler, we went to college together and were good friends, I see no reason why I should call you Mr Moner. “Jake chuckled.
“Jake, you think this is funny, huh? This is work, we have to act professional.”
“Okay, Mr Moner but I don’t think I wanna be professional.” Jake said.
“Friends? Mr Kings, I have never met you before except since the day of your interview. Who are you joking with here. If both of you wanted to make out, you could have done it else were, not in the office and during work hours. “he said firmly.”And I gave you work to do, Miss Winters.”
Techna squirmed. “Mr Moner, we weren’t making out. We just.. ”
“Enough Miss Winters, pack the files I gave you and to my office.” He ordered.
“Sir I haven’t… ”
“Miss Winters, I wouldn’t repeat myself.” And he suddenly glanced at Jake who was chuckling like a fool. “And what is so funny? ”
“Instead of ordering her to your office every now and then, just tell her you wanna to see her beautiful face and gorgeous body. “Jake said and smirked at Tyler who gave him a glare.
“Jake don’t be silly.” Techna said blushing a little before walking out.
As soon as he entered his office, he snatched the files from Techna and threw it on the table.
“What the heck, Mr Moner. If you think I will arrange that again, you wish.” Techna cursed softly and glared at Jake, then she realised she wasn’t meant to yell at her boss.”Mr Moner, I am sorry for yelling, I just got annoyed.” Techna pleaded. She needed this job and the money. She couldn’t lose it.
“Get me lunch.” Was all he said.
“What do you wanna eat? I can… ”
“Get me what you think I can eat. “With that he went to his chair and fell on it.

What would he like to eat? Techna kept asking her self before she got to the restaurant across the company. Techna smiled from ear to ear, after remembering what Tyler loved eating back in middle school. Tyler most of the time always dished himself Spaghetti and meatballs spiced with lobsters and ketchup. People always found it weird that he ate spaghetti with ketchup.
She entered the restaurant and ordered Tyler’s food, french fries and chicken nuggets for herself. She bought Coca-Cola for both of them. They both loved it and took it together back at elementary school. Techna frowned, remembering how close they were then, but now they were distant. Arrogant, Ty, Arrogant.
She held both the plastic bag and came out of the elevator. She went to the direction of Tyler’s office. She first dropped her lunch on her table before knocking on Tyler’s door.
“Come in.” He said with his husky voice.
Techna pushed the door open, and saw Tyler with his jacket and tie removed and buttons opened.
Techna’s Pov
Holy molly..
“Will you pass the food and stop staring at me. Am I that hot? ” I saw him smirking. That evil smirk. I blushed and looked at him, he was sitting on his chair, legs crossed on the table, one hand in his hair, the other on his laps, like he was the boss. He is the boss, you idiot. ” And sorry, you are not my type. I don’t date brown headed ladies, and those with very slim body. ” he smirked. I wanted to slap him really hard.
“Excuse me, I am not too thin. I am just slim, and I like my body this way. Other men do, and I never said I wanted to date you either. “I dropped the plastic bag on the his desk and glared at him.
“Meet me in the conference room by one o’clock on the dot, we have a meeting with the CEO’s of some companies.” He took the plastic bag and opened it. Before I could tell him there was nothing between Jake and I, I saw him smiling.
“You remembered my favorite food, Miss Winters.” he took the fork and rolled spaghetti on it before putting it in his mouth. “But it’s been five years since we last saw each other.” He looked up and met my gaze.
“Well…” I had nothing to say.
“Go and eat your lunch before it gets cold. and stop staring at me, its indecent. I have a girlfriend.”
“I was not staring at you. You are too arrogant.”
“Just leave my office ” He sighed.
“Gladly. ” I walked out of his office with a sigh. But wow, we had a conversation without even fighting. I wanted to smile but didn’t. I don’t like him.
Tyler’s Pov

“Gladly” She said to my surprise and left. Damn!! I disliked that woman. Always have, after what she did to Melissa. Why would she do that to the girl she knew I liked, back at elementary school. I always liked her as a best friend. I don’t want to admit this but, I really had a big crush on her, even when I liked Mels.
Well we were best friends and I didn’t wanna ruin that by telling her my feelings, because she might not have felt the same way. But after what she did to Mels, I disliked her. I didn’t even give her the chance to explain, because I thought she might lie. After that day, I wasn’t my self, I lost my best friend and my crush. Then I started making her miserable, fighting and arguing with her on every little thing, just to stop crushing on her. I think I succeeded, I am not even sure.
I am really sure she dislikes me or hates me now, and I don’t give a fuck. I never wanted to give her this job in the first place, if not…
“Tyler, the meeting starts in five minutes. “A familiar voice said and I looked up smiling at my secretary, Mels.
“Okay.” She came in and helped me with my buttons. It was a good thing that Techna doesn’t know my secretary is Mels yet. After Mels finished my blazer’s button, I angled my head and kissed her.
