Chase held his breath and waited for the attack after heard the warning.
He felt nervous this time.
“No! The load of the central computer has increased to ninety percent! It will be stopped until one hundred!” Reba suddenly shouted.
Chase was shocked and then turned to look at the screen of the central computer.
The load data was increasing to ninety-one percent.
If the central computer crashed, seventy percent of the devices in The Hope would stop, including the gravity system and air circulation system, which supported human lives!
“So, that’s just your attack, right?” Chase’s face turned sullen.
“Call IT specialists now!” Dasin said to a scientist.
The scientist nodded and then sent the message.
“What kind of attack is it? Network attack?” Reba said worriedly.
“No. It’s a logical lock.” Chase shook his head. “They knew we still use the binary system, so they made the virus with logical lock.”
“So, can we deal with it?” Reba asked.
Chase nodded and didn’t say anything. He entered the system and began to work.
But the result made him desperate.
They couldn’t decode the logical lock!
“We have to shut down the central computer and run the standby.” Chase frowned.
Dasin nodded. “Fortunately, we have a standby.”
Since Chase received the League of Guardians’ message, he prepared a standby central computer on Epsilon Eridani A.
Though the standby was not as stable as the formal one, it could block all the information outside.
As expected, everything ran smoothly as the standby central computer was run.
“Come on! Show me your means!” Chase murmured.
Chase ordered all the scientists to stop to observe the space with the satellites they sent before.
Ten minutes later, a scientist finally found something strange.
It was the water drop!
The materials were unknown, but it was just like a water drop.
Chase detected it at once and got the simple information about it.
It was of high reflectivity, enough to reflect even laser!
Because of the reflectivity, it had no color and could become any color, like a chameleon.
It was beautiful, as delicate as a masterwork.
With a length of about ten meters, width, and height of about three meters, it hung in space but actually sped to the planet.
It would arrive after one minute!
Though the water drop was not so fast, Chase knew The Hope had been locked, so they didn’t dare to take off.
Most importantly, numerous people were out to probe the mines and hadn’t returned yet!
And The Hope needed time to start the curvature flying.
It would take hours according to the technology people now could control.
The space warcraft outside the atmosphere now was all ready to fight.
All of the warcraft kept high-tech weapons.
The technologies of mankind made them become a space civilization at level three.
The weapons were also improved much.
Many weapons useful in space war had been developed, such as laser weapons, energy weapons, and mini nuclear bombs.
Chase decided to attack. “We have no need to wait longer. The water drop is just our enemy! Fire!”
