Chapter 467 Fight!

Book:My Legendary Husband Published:2024-5-1

Chase felt repression since his shuttle left The Hope. It was an unspeakable feeling, but Chase could feel a death battle was waiting for him.
There must be an unknown danger on Mars, and it was not the monster Joe had been fighting with.
Those monsters were hard to deal with, but Chase felt he might encounter much more horrible monsters.
It was just Chase’s presentiment, so he couldn’t speak it out.
Twenty shuttles sped in the silent space, and the people in the shuttles were also quiet because they didn’t know whether they could live after this war.
Chase stared at the outside space and Mars that they were getting closer and closer to.
Though there was desert, which looked the same as it on earth, people felt uncomfortable when they remembered they were in space.
It was morning on Mars, and the sunshine was not so burning.
The shuttles landed at the place fifty meters away from Joe.
Chase stood up with a handgun in his hand, and then Tate and Josh went to open the gate.
“Open it!” Chase ordered. Tate quickly opened the gate, but they found no monster.
“Be careful. Those monsters may hide under the ground.” Chase reminded.
Josh and Tate nodded and then walked out.
They weren’t attacked, but they still kept alert.
Chase then went out, too, followed by forty martial artists.
Their skills were much better than ordinary soldiers due to the martial arts.
“They’re coming! Ready to fight!”
At this moment, Chase found the ground was raised up and down with something rolling under it, and the direction was just to them!
Others also found the situation about the ground.
They were martial artists, so they kept sharp perceptions.
Chase ordered his men to throw the grenades.
The powerful grenade could destroy everything with a range of five meters and cause a deep hole at the explosion center.
“Bang! Bang! Bang!”
Their views were blocked by the dust because of the explosions.
They didn’t know exactly how many monsters they had killed, but they could see the monsters were much less as the dust faded.
The monsters were all forced out, and Chase finally clearly saw its shape.
How horrible the monsters looked!
They were like the monsters from the nightmare!
Their bodies were flat, and they had no eyes or mouths. Even they had no features on their bodies to show which side was the face.
There were iron tubes on their bodies, sharp enough to puncture the thick spacesuit.
But the hardest kind to deal with was the small monsters, who were faster and smaller.
The small ones were the nightmare for those martial artists who had learned to use guns for only several days.
Their skills in the shooting were insufficient to aim at those small monsters.
Chase ordered them to shoot, but only tens of small monsters were killed.
Numerous monsters rushed to them.
Chase concentrated and entered a clam meditation stage.
All the noise disappeared in Chase’s ears, and he could only felt his heartbeat and the crazy monsters in front of him.
And those monsters’ move became slower and slower.
It was a particular stage in martial arts, which could make the martial artist feel everything became slower as if the time was going to pause.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Chase slowly shot those monsters, and every time he shot, one small monster would be killed.
The bullets in one charger of the gauss handgun were one hundred, but Chase consumed them quickly.
Chase threw the gun away and took out the gauss machine gun on his back.
Tate, Josh, and other martial artists also began to shoot with machine guns.
Finally, after a hard battle, they made ways and rushed to Joe’s shuttle.
Joe was excited and hurriedly went out.
But just at this moment, Chase felt dangerous!
