“Chatting with Mr. Wang?”
Jared laughed at Chase’s word.
“How can you be so shameless? Does Mr. Wang know who you are?” Jared satirized.
Chase smiled. He didn’t want to speak more with Jared.
But as Chase intended to go, Jared stopped him. “Chase. What are you doing in my company? If you come for a job, I can directly inform you that you’re out.”
Chase stopped and peered at Jared, then he smiled. “I have given you an opportunity, but you don’t take it. Now, I won’t care about Lea’s feelings anymore. Do you believe that Wall has to welcome me?”
“Welcome? Haha!” Jared laughed. “Chase. Your joke is so funny! Who are you, do you think? You’re just a guard, so don’t boast too much. If Mr. Wang really comes to welcome you, I can kneel and kowtow to you!”
Chase raised his eyebrows. “Really?”
“Of course! I can kowtow to you if Mr. Wang really welcomes you, but if he doesn’t, you have to lick my shoes!” Jared said with disdain.
Jared thought he knew Chase well. He still remembered that Jayne asked him to help Chase find a job when they had the meal in Jade 36 that day.
“Deal!” Chase smiled and then took out the mobile phone to call Wall Wang.
Chase had to teach Jared a lesson so that Jared could put his attention on work, instead of on such meaningless things.
Even Silver acknowledged Jared’s ability, revealing that Jared was indeed capable. Chase definitely wished there could be more capable talents in the company.
Of course, as the boss, Chase had contained an open-minded as wide as the sea.
Even though Jared wanted to humiliate him, he had to be tolerant.
“Don’t pretend anymore. I know you well. Chase Lu. You’d better lick my shoes now. Don’t waste my time.” Jared sneered.
Chase looked at the clock. It was already ten minutes after the check-in time, so he reminded Jared. “Oh. Don’t you care about being late? Or, as a manager, you can have free working time?”
Jared was reminded of checking in. His face turned sullen and shouted. “Chase! Are you f**king deliberate to make me late?”
Silver, a strict woman, made Jay Sis’s rules, so its rules were also tight, especially to the managers.
Once an ordinary employee was late, his salary had to be cut down by one day’s wage.
And for the managers, it was three days’ salary.
Jared paid much attention to mocking Chase, but he forgot to make a check-in.
He glared at Chase and then ran inside.
But after a while, he strode out again, making Chase so bored.
Chase didn’t want to humiliate Jared, so he reminded Jared before.
But Jared didn’t take his kindness and came out to make trouble again.
Indeed, Jared was capable, but his moral character was too terrible.
“Chase! You make me lose three days’ salary! Are you deliberately setting me up?” Jared shouted as he strode out.
Chase shook his head, and his smile also faded.
“You deserve this. It’s you who made trouble first. Do you think you’re superior to others since you work in Jay Sis?” Chase questioned.
Jared was irritated. How dared Chase scold him like a senior?
Just as he wanted to curse Chase, he saw Wall stride out and come over.
“Mr. Wang really comes!” Jared glanced at Chase with shock.
No!
Impossible! It must just be a coincidence. How could such a poor guy know Mr. Wang?
“Mr. Wang. My delay is all because of this guy. He intended to break in our company, so I tried to stop him!” Jared explained.
“Jared Xu! What are you doing! Mr. Lu is my honored guest! How dare you stop him outside?” Wall’s face turned sullen and then roared.
Chase was the real boss! How dared Jared stop the real boss outside of the gate?
Honored guest?
Jared was stunned. Wasn’t Chase just a guard?
How could he become Mr. Wang’s honored guest?
Wall was disappointed. Not to mention Jared’s offense to Chase, even Jared couldn’t keep the right working attitude! How could this fool spend much time on a guard’s word, stopping people?
“I think you should be transferred to be a guard!” Wall snorted.
Jared was panicky. He now began to realize his great mistake, and thus he hated Chase more. It was all because of Chase, Jared thought.
“Do you still remember our deal?” Chase sneered and reminded Jared.
Jared’s face turned pale. He couldn’t accept the humiliation to kneel and kowtow.
He ignored Chase and said to Wall. “Mr. Wang. Sorry. I’m going to make a self-criticism.”
Then he left cautiously.
Jared felt so bitter.
Chase was just a guard, so how could he know Mr. Wang?
And he was even an honored guest!
“Young master. How should I deal with that guy?”
Wall also cautiously asked Chase.
Jared was his subordinate, so he thought he would also be rebuked by Chase.
