“It doesn’t matter. You can work as a cleaner.” Chase decided to help this pitiful woman.

As they got to Josh Edifice, Chase called Wall there to take May and the boy in. Chase told Wall about the matter and then left.

“Mr. Wang… I… I can do some cleaning.” May was anxious. This was not an ordinary company.
“Well, you can do some cleaning.” Wall nodded. Since Chase personally arranged her to be here, Wall had to pay for her salary no matter how much she could do.
Wall took May to the personnel department, and then commanded the assistant manager Jared Xu. “Jared. Arrange her to do some cleaning. And help her apply for the meal card and accommodation.”
“Yes, Mr. Wall.” Jared nodded. When Wall left, he peered at May with curiosity.
May was lame, and came with her son, making Jared feel disdain.
But she followed Wall here, so Jared thought she must have some relationships with Wall.
“What’s your name?” Jared asked.
“May Li,” May answered.
“Do you take your ID card here?” Jared said.
“No. I haven’t applied for my new ID card yet. I’ll get it a few days later.” May looked nervous.
Jared frowned. How could this woman make a check-in without an ID card?
“Is it Mr. Wall who asks you to come here?” Jared stared at May.
“It’s my son’s savior. He asked Mr. Wall to take us in.” May answered.
“Alright. Immediately come here to complement your information as long as you get your ID card.” Jared nodded. Anyway, though she might have some relationships with Mr. Wall, she was just a cleaner.
Then Jared called someone to take May to her accommodation.
As Chase left Josh Edifice, he received a strange call. Chase answered it when he saw the number was from Jol City.
“Mr. Lu. I’m Reba. A feast will be held at seven tonight. My friend wants to meet you, so could you please come there?” It was Reba.
“I’m just a small potato, so there is no need to meet me.” Chase refused. He didn’t prefer attending such a feast.
“Oh, Mr. Lu. Actually, Dan Zhang is still pestering me, so could you please help me once more?” Reba requested.
“And Dan’s grandfather announced that if I don’t marry Dan, he will refuse to give us the Green Land construction.” Reba continued.
Chase was moved. The construction belonged to him now, so he couldn’t let such matters happen.
“Well, I’ll be there on time.” Chase agreed.
He had to take over that construction as the location of the stones’ company.
Now the stones’ company had been founded, but the office building was rented, so they couldn’t buy stones now without warehouses.
In the afternoon, Chase picked up Cassie and then prepared the dinner. After he had dinner, it was already 6:30, so he said to Jayne Lin. “I’m going out. I’ll be back later.”
“It has nothing to do with me if you come back,” Jayne said coldly.
She was still angry with Chase. Even she didn’t want to speak with Chase.
Chase sighed and then left.
The feast was held in a private club. As Chase got to there, many luxurious cars already filled the square, among which Chase’s Audi A6 was quite poor.
Just as Chase found a space to park his car, a security guard knocked on the car window.
Chase opened the window and frowned. “What’s wrong?”
“Sorry, it’s not a parking space, so please find another one.” The guard looked at Chase with disdain. How could a poor Audi park there?

“Man. The whole club has been booked already. And all the people who come here are big shots. You just go away. I don’t want to make this bigger.” The guard persuaded Chase.
“Don’t you think I’m one of those people?” Chase smiled.
“You?” The guard laughed at Chase. “Do you know who booked this club?”
The guard spoke with pride. “It’s Young Lady Chen! The people she invited here are all wealthy and reputable. Their cars all cost more than one million. So what kind of big shot are you?”
Chase looked around. Indeed, there was no other car worth less than one million.
Just at this moment, a Benz G500 came over.
