Sam was lifted by Chase. He got into panic immediately.
“Dad! Save me!” Sam said. He knew that Chase was a martial artist. Even his guards couldn’t beat Chase.
Sloan and Jeff turned around, both were unhappy.
Jeff stared at Chase with a gloomy expression and said, “How dare you raise a racket in my place?” Jeff had been the Chen family’s Councilor for many years, and even the Chen family’s lord respected him.
Chase was the only person who dared ignore him.
Chase said lightly, “Councilor, right? Those guys owned me money, Can’t you see it? They make me in trouble, I just want my money back.”
Jeff was ignited, and his body was shaking. He turned around and yelled, “Security, security!”
Several securities came. A crowd of onlookers gathered, waiting for a good show.
People were waiting to see Chase being kicked out.
Jeff threatened, “Boy, I’ll give you another chance. You go out by yourself, or you will be kicked out by me. Which one do you prefer?”
Chase was a guest here, and that would be a shame if he was kicked out.
People around shook their heads and thought Chase was stupid. Chase shouldn’t have asked for money in the Chen family. That would be an embarrassment for Jeff.
Chase smiled and said, “Kick me out? If Jason wanted me out, I wouldn’t stay here for one second. Well… You are not qualified to do so.”
People sneered after hearing what Chase said. Most of them saw Chase coming from outside, not from the two meeting rooms, so they thought Chase was just one ordinary guest. Jeff can kick Chase out at any time as he wanted. In this big house, the ordinary guest would be treated only in ordinary ways.
Jeff asked, “What did you say just now? I am not qualified enough to kick you out?”
Chase said lightly, “You’d better think before you act. I don’t want to embarrass Jason, nor did I want him to kick you out of the Chen family.”
People thought what Chase said was ridiculous.
But Jeff narrowed his eyes and hesitated.
Jeff had been the Councilor of the Chen family for many years. What made him capable of this position was not just his ability, but his judgment.
Chase was so confident, and Jeff had to be cautious to make the decision.
If Chase’s words were true, the family’s lord would be unhappy even if he was free from being dismissed.
So Jeff hesitated.
Jeff said, “Sloan, today is Chen’s 70th birthday. I don’t want to upset him. Here is one suggestion for you. You give Chase 100 million and write an IOU. ”
Jeff gave Sloan a look and then turned to Chase, “This is all I can do. You’d better accept it.”
Chase smiled. He knew it was impossible to ask Sloan for 600 million. He also didn’t want to make trouble at Chen’s birthday party.
His purpose was to make Sloan write an IOU.
Sloan knew what did Jeff mean. If Chase didn’t go to his home to ask for debt, Sloan would let it go. If Chase did, Sloan wouldn’t be kind to him. He would teach this little rat a lesson inside his house.
Sloan snapped out of it and said to Chase, “What do you think? Boy?”
Chase smiled and said, “Why not? Write it.”
Sam said to Sloan, who was writing the IOU, “Dad, I only own him 350 million.”
The dealer felt painful. He thought Sam would let him go and wouldn’t ask him to pay 150 million. If he knew that Sam was so shameless, he would never play for him.
He was regretful.
After Salon was done, Chase took the card and the IOU, asking the waiter to change all his chips.
People all worried about Chase. Since this young man definitely had got into trouble for provoking the Wang family.
Not everyone dared to ask the Wang family for money.
Chase’s phone rang as soon as he came out of the casino. It was Jayne.
Jayne said, “Chase, where are you now?” She sounded unhappy.
Chase said, “I’m in the Chen family to celebrate Chen’s birthday.” He told Jayne, but she refused and said she had customers to meet.
Jayne asked coldly, “Where’s your money?”
Chase answered, “On my card. Do you need it?”
Chase realized that it was Jeannie, or Shell had told Jayne that he lost 90 million.
Jayne hung up the phone after Chase finished.
Chase looked at his phone and smiled bitterly.
He lost the money in front of Shell was to let her knew that he had no money for her to gamble.
Gambling would ruin everything. Most of the gamblers were losers. Even Chase, who had a wonderful hearing ability, refused to be a gambler. That’s why Chase didn’t want Shell to gamble again.
If he allowed Shell to gamble, Chase believed that they would lose everything.
Gamblers always lose their sanity in the end.
Chase’s phone rang again when he put it away.
Jason said on the phone, “Chase, Where are you? I asked my daughter to pick you up.”
Chase said, “Right here. I am in this living room with many entertainment venues.”
Jason said, “Go to Longevity Garden. My daughter will meet you there.”
“Ok,” Chase said. He asked the direction to Longevity Garden, walked there.
He arrived at the door of Longevity Garden but was stopped by a guard.
The guard said, “Please show me your invitation card.”
Chase was stunned. He didn’t receive a card from Jason. Jason just invited him but didn’t send an invitation card to him.
